    I was referred by a few friends, as I wanted my hair crocheted and they did not disappoint...I went in straight from work exhausted, and the atmosphere was immediately calming. Lorna has a calming voice. She works fast and gentle! I was done and out within an hour!

    Guaranteed a good look! My retwist gets done super quick within an hour. I have alot of locs but some how Novia does her thing. I would definitely recommend. They do other things as well just call them.

    I’ve been a client of Novia at Natural Hair Solutions for over 20 years. I must say she and her staff never disappoints. Not only do they provide professional service but the atmosphere is always pleasant. Most importantly is my hair is very healthy and always beautiful. I get complimented everywhere I go.     I absolutely love this salon.Its all about the atmosphere and sweet spirit thats in the place.The owner posseses the fruit of the spirit and so do the employees.Its an extraordinary salon! ♥️🙌🏽

    Simply the best... I took my 4 year old son in to get his hair twisted, his final words were this is the best day ever! I love my hair! Andrise did an amazing job on my sons head. Clean and positive atmosphere, beautiful staff, and they all work sufficiently. I would definitely recommend this place💯🎯

    Love Novia! My hair always looks Great leaving her shop. I also enjoy getting my hair washed from the ladies here, very relaxing. Once my son turns 3 maybe 3 and a half Ill start bringing him to Novia to get his hair twisted and treated.

    I have been going there for about 3 years now every few months for relaxer. I see Lorna and she is very kind and wonderful. She is excellent with mixed ethnic hair. She is a great listener and takes your hair care regiment into consideration when doing your hair if you ask. I must say that the products at this salon are mostly very cheap products which most of them I do not use. I bring my own relaxer (need a specific one due to my allergies). My rating is based on the stylist and the products at this salon. The stylist is 5 star and the products available are 3 star. The cost for relaxer is fair compared to other salons in the area.

    Mrs. Lorna is a phenomenal hairstylist and you can tell she enjoys her craft. I would recommend her to anyone needing to retwist their dreads or ladies needing a fresh new look! She works fast and a pleasure to chat with!Keep up the great work!!!

    Natural Hair Solutions salon is neat and clean. My technician, Ms Lorna, gives the BEST hair wash! I have Sister Locs, mid-back length, and Ms Lorna washed my locs and massaged my scalp masterfully!

    I have been a client of the owner, Novia, for over 20 years. When you have the best there is no need to go elsewhere. She has been a professional stylist, confidante and friend throughout. Always going over and beyond to get the job done. There have been times when I wanted styles that would affect the health of my hair but Novia always warned me about them instead of just going forward for the money. She is a true professional who really cares about her clients. Thank you Novia and staff for your years of dedicated service.

    I started my loc journey today and I had a great experience with Novia! She was fast, answered all of my questions and actually started my hair a few minutes before they closed. I thought she would tell me to schedule an appt. Thats customer service! I look forward to my next appt!

    This experience all started at the call. I called for a short notice appt and Jessica is the one who politely answered the phone and let me know I could come in. (I don’t think this is always the case but I think I caught them at a time that’s not normally busy) Anywho I came to the salon to get a wash and groom/retwist. When I arrived, Jessica is actually the one gave me a wash. A wash that brought me back to when my mama used to bring to the hair salon when I was a little girl and the ladies would really be mindful and intentional and kind with washing hair and give me scalp therapy! You know what I mean?! She washed my hair thoroughly and just took care of scalp and temples. It was nice.And then Jessica was the same person to actually be the one grooming/retwisting my hair. I liked that, the same one washing to be the same one grooming, that’s not always the case at salons - but I’m happy when it does happen. More than that though she did not shove the clips into my scalp but she gently and almost unnoticeably placed each one. Then she decided after retwisting, to lay my edges just because I guess and put a wrap over my edges and ears to protect me under the drier.That’s actually new to me. I only newly started my loc journey and it’s been a minute since I’ve been in a salon. I’ve only been here one time prior.Anyway things did stop there, I’m literally writing this as I’m under the drier - usually the worst part of getting your hair done, right? But not for me today because the way Jessica put the clips on my hair and the wrap over my ears, my scalp isn’t burning from the clips or my ears from the heat.I don’t usually ever leave reviews but todayyyy honey today, I had to! I’m excited to see the end result but have appreciated everything thus far.Maybe I’ll come update the comment when I’m finished.Anyway I recommend this salon, I was recommended by someone else who always has great experience coming here and I wasn’t steered wrong, especially with Jessica! Shout out!
