    My old barber recently moved, and I found myself on a mission to find a new barber near my home in Pompano. I had the absolute pleasure of visiting New X-perience Barber Shop for a haircut. I must say, after a handful of haircuts with my man Salt, I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience.The shop is inviting and super clean. I enjoy my conversations with Salt. His attention to detail & consistency is exactly what I was looking for. Every time I leave the shop, I feel satisfied with my new cut & feel good about making a positive impact on the day. I’ve always said, “if ya look good, ya play good.” Salt & the New X-perience crew do just that for every client I see in the shop. I can’t recommend Salt enough. I’ll be seeing him for my hair cut & shave as long I’m in Pompano Beach.

    My First visit to this shop. Sale was my Barber. It was both a pleasure and a learning experience. He listened to me periodically stopped and asked my opinion and he taught me about why my hair grew the way it did and how to fix my caoulics.     Salt the Barber, to begin with is very friendly and clean, always checks on whoever he’s cutting and makes sure everyone around him is satisfied. Not once have I got a bad haircut and it’s only been straight perfection. I live in California but even over there they aren’t as consistent as Salt. He always know what to do and takes his time to make sure on point. Even tho he takes his time, he is stillquick unlike other barber that take to long and the cut is bad. Highly recommend Salt, you won’t ever leave unsatisfied.

    I got off work late and this was the only barbershop in the area open after 8pm. And I must say, after years of searching, I have finally found my barber shop! Mike and Louis made me feel at home. Friendly, hard-working people. I walked out of there with easily the best haircut of my life! In fact, so great that I feel like I can talk to any woman. It doesnt matter if a man is wearing the best looking suit because if his hair is bad, the rest is meaningless. Mike made me a suggestion to a haircut different from what I usually would get, and I left it all to him. Definitely a man who knows what hes doing and with years of experience. And to top it off, only $7 on a Tuesday, even with the face shave included! Unreal what a deal! So if you guys need a boost in confidence with your looks, this is your place. Will be back for sure!

    Amazing shop. Have been coming here for over a year and Roc, the barber who took care of me today demonstrated a perfect mix of professionalism and being personable.     Needed a new barber/cosmetologist and went here and Salt cut my hair. Me being a cosmologist myself I have extremely high expectations. He surpassed them and then some.     The best barber shop around! They recently changed ownership and the new owner is awesome. All of the guys in my family go here for their cuts. Its clean inside, has lots of big screens with all the games on. They are also kid - friendly, which is a big plus, and the prices are just right. All of the barbers really know what they are doing. Its also right in the middle of a plaza with a pizza place, Chinese food, Caribbean food, laundromat...and a Publix is right across the street, so you can make this a one stop shop. Try them once and youll never go back to your old place.

    New Era gets it right.I been to so many barbershops with nice chairs, nice TVs, and shitty cuts...plain and simple. These guys got all that stuff and are good and good barbers are hard to find. Ive had positive experiences from day one and been coming back two and a half years.     The Owner has been cutting my hair for a long time, so when I heard he was opening his own shop I was thrilled. I knew that his hard work and his extreme care for detail would take him a long way and it shows in his haircuts and in his new shop. The New Era Barbershop is a trusted name. They have many locations, but this location in particular,is worth checking out. Just pick a barber, they are all good. The Owner Q is very professional. He runs his shop the same way. The barbers are helpful and knowledgable in the world of looking sharp. Q even helped me pick a new look when I decided I needed a change.The shop itself is comfortable. Large big screens on the walls and smaller personal TVs for each barber station, perfect for entertaining you during those quiet times which are far and few. The barbers are engaging and friendly giving you their full attention. They also have a great sound system if you are into that. Theres a lot of space in the waiting area. Magazines, TVs, music, conversation a bunch of things to keep you entertained during your short wait. If thats not enough, check out the shop mascot.They are organized with their appointments and are all about the customer. Lastly and most importantly, They Are Clean. The shop itself is clean. Q makes sure all the clippers and combs he uses are clean so you can rest easy as he creates magic with your hair. The prices are reasonable and the location is easy to find. They even have hair cut specials. Go check them out. Get your tape, fade, blowout, hot towel shave, designs, pretty much everything and anything you want to do to your hair, they can do. Just in case, they do great scissor work. Ive been to places that put a clipper in place of scissors. To me its important to have great scissor work not just the clipper work.
