    My first time visiting! My grounding body treatment and scrub was fantastic, done by Lauren. I was on a cloud after! The facilities are nice but definitely small, so Im glad that I was there on a weekday. Also the very expensive crab cake lunch was pretty small and I was still hungry.

    Only my second massage but definitely amazing. Already making plans to go back. They provide shoes, robes, wellness shots, coffee and tea plus there’s a hot tub, sauna room, steam room, and heated outdoor pool for use with the spa packages. The restaurant is great too. I’m not a big salad person but I got the spinach and arugula and it was really great.

    My oasis. I spend the entire day and spend an entire paycheck but I always leave on a cloud. The staff are great, food is ah-mazing, and the vibe is good. I’d like some music out by the pool, the inside decor is a little dated but I’m nit picking and the place is fabulous anyway. ❤️

    I purchased my mother a complete signature spa package for here after a long year and deserving the mom of the year award. She said it was the best day of her life, everyone is so friendly and approachable and create a perfectly relaxing environment that she is sure to return to.

    My first visit here was ahhhhmazing. Beautiful facility with lots of amenities. Friendly staff, Holly, greeted me and made me feel so welcomed. Laura was my massage therapist. She was absolutely outstanding.I wish I’d brought my bathing suit to enjoy the hydrotherapy pool, etc. Next time I’ll enjoy the whole day there and order lunch too. Definitely planning my return visit.

    What can I say! If you need a day of total relaxation and pampering, this your place. My kids blessed me with a spa day and I enjoyed every minute of it, from an excellent massage to my poolside lunch. Be sure to book early as it can take weeks to get in.

    The spa is beautiful, the massage was amazing, the food and drinks are good…but I can’t help but wonder why people - the two women at the front desk at the spa in particular who work in hospitality - think that they have to be rude to the people that are paying A LOT of money to have services done. Reminder - YOU WORK THERE. I was late to my appointment (parked at the wrong entrance) which we called about but I was getting a simple manicure (not even getting my nails painted) and received a rude phone call and was treated rudely as soon as we walked in the door. I didn’t push anyone’s appointment back. My manicure took 30 minutes. Other than the rude women at the front, the rest of the staff was amazing. We also had a pedicure and massage scheduled throughout the day which were both great!

    You cant beat the location on the beach. Service is pretty decent overall. Wish they had servers at the pool chairs/beach area vs having to go get everything when you order. Will be back!

    Spent my birthday at the spa with my friends and had the most relaxing day! You have to book your services early as they do book out. I had a pedicure and was very happy with the service! It is more expensive than others spas but you get to enjoy time in the pool or sauna and that is well worth the extra money! Highly recommend!

    Seriously between the food and quality of service in addition to the stunningly beautiful facility. You might as well go here for hair, spa treatments because when you factor all that in its basically the same price as going elsewhere thats not nearly as luxurious. I love the way my hair turned out.

    Spent the day with my daughter for her 19th birthday…So Relaxing and beautiful. Caring and accommodating staff. Robes provided are amazingly comfy. Food is delicious…fresh and bright. Left relaxed, smelling wonderful and our skin glowing. It was a lovely experience.

    Enjoyed a great couples massage here with my wife. Staff was very friendly. The place was immaculate. They offer gift cards, so consider that when looking for a gift for a loved one. The only downside is, we had to book an appt about 3 months in advance.

    Whats not to love? The pampering, the attentiveness of the staff, is super! But really, $80 for a spa manicure? What about $11 to add chicken to a $16 salad? It was lovely day and I also got another service, and my nails looked great after, but its lasting about as long as a regular nail salon manicure. I loved everything about being there, but they could slightly reduce what they charge and still do a wonderful amount of business. It was crowded the day I was there. I commend the staff for their friendliness and kindness, but Ill likely not return.

    This spa is really nice! I liked the steam room and sauna. The pool area is nice… but the best part was the massage. Amber gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve had massages all over the country and hers was the best. Her attention to detail was impeccable! The food was also decent and fresh. The staff was very friendly.

    My wife brought me here for a surprise birthday present. We had a nice time at the pool and lounging about relaxing. Their drinks were pretty good and we both had a nice lunch. The atmosphere is great, it is clean and classy and very relaxing. We finished with a couples massage. Scott was very amazing and 2 hours later I was almost too relaxed to be able to leave. Pretty much everything was very well done and it was a great time.

    I was in town for several weeks and thanks to a referral I found how amazing this spa is. It’s all due to the wonderful staff! Having services from pedi, to facial, to haircut by April, Brittany, Michelle and one whom I forgot her name were amazing and then once posted poolside the service from Monica and Lindsay are truly what had me come back 3 more times. Their upbeat smiles, and friendly service was truly worth a mention online. Thanks again for everything and can’t wait till I’m back in town!

    My husband and I came here for his 40th birthday and it was truly wonderful. We both felt incredibly pampered and relaxed. For a few hours, we forgot about the world! We both agreed we had the best massage weve had in a very long time. We really liked being able to make a whole morning out of our massages by lounging and swimming in the pool, enjoying the steam room and relaxing in the hot tub. We also ordered lunch ahead of time and it was ready after our massage. The food was pretty expensive ($20 salad, $19 wrap) but it was really delicious. There really isnt anything I could complain about here - its about as close to perfection as it can get. Highly recommend if you are looking for a special spa time. We cant wait to go back.

    I received a gift card to be able to experience this place. And I think I am now hooked! This will be my go-to gift for all family members, including men! The staff is beyond courteous and knowledgeable. The 10-year of the employees there is unbelievable, which means they must be doing something amazing. And my favorite part was, that although I utilize my gift card for facial Services, I was able to access all parts of the spa including the whirlpool, the pool, the bar, and the spa restaurant! This has so much value not only to the person experiencing it, but the one that is getting it, if youre not able to afford a membership.

    Received a pedicure from Stacy today and she was absolutely amazing! She held a great conversation and gave me several tips on how to take care of my feet due to me wearing combat boots all the time for work. The lunch menu was great, as well! Definitely will be coming back in the near future and highly recommend to any locals or visitors in the area looking to get away and relax.

    Best spa in Jacksonville /Ponte Vedra Beach area! Always top notch service. The staff is AMAZING! I had a gel manicure and it literally lasted an entire month!! The Facial was so relaxing, she even massaged my hands and feet! Blissful!!!The only area I would suggest working on would be the management of the Spa. He could use a bit of mentoring. He’s super kind and accommodating though!We had a large pre-booked Bachelorette Spa Day/Luncheon (13 people). We were supposed to have a sit down lunch. The servers started charging everyone individually for their cocktail drinks before I realized it. They were getting their names and putting them on their own checks. Once I told them to put it on my check, they got it done. Then the lunches were just handed to the girls in clear plastic boxes while they were all sitting in their chaise chairs. I was appalled!It was supposed to be a traditional sit down, all pre-arranged, Pre paid and a signed contract with the Manager via email. But nobody really knew what was going on. It was embarrassing. I had to update the staff myself on the fact we were supposed to be sitting at the round tables spread apart due to Covid. We were sitting at the tables, so we could toast the bride and give her gifts.I will say, the staff was very nice and accommodating about moving us. Then they started charging individuals for cocktails again. I nicely reminded them that they were all to be on one bill, my bill.When I checked with the girl up front to let her know we were all leaving, she was like, “Everyone is checking out themselves, right?” Ughh. I was like no, not again!!! The nice young man (Manager) apologized and it took a good while to put all the girls on my ticket, but we did get it done. I was just disappointed as it didn’t go like I imagined it, as it should have. I understand these things happen, I would just recommend a bit extra training as when you are dealing with a 5 star Resort & Spa you expect 5 star service. My friend had a similar Bachelorette Spa Day/Luncheon last year at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island before she got married, and it was exactly how I imagined this would be.But I would still 100% recommend this Spa!! The food was delicious, the drinks yummy, the spa services amazing, the staff super sweet, and the decor and ambience absolutely gorgeous! Just make sure if you have a Group booking, that you make sure everything is in order ahead of time.5 star rating !

    I had a massage with Chelsea, who was exceptional. She adjusted her pressure as she felt greater tightness in some muscle groups, and is an excellent massage therapist. The spas amenities and ambience engender relaxation from the moment you step inside. The staff are friendly as well. Highly recommended.

    The experience overall is amazing and relaxing. The amenities are worth the cost of admission (i.e. A treatment). The steam room, sauna, hot tub, and pool are so relaxing! It never gets too crowded either. Food is usually pretty good. Recommend the crab cakes, penne pasta, and shrimp cocktail. The pedicures are hit or miss though. There are 3 amazing technicians and the rest do an okay job. I base this on how well the handle heels. 3 of us got pedicures - one by the amazing pedicurist and her heels were smooth like a babys butt. The other two of us had to pumice our own when we got home.

    Ive gotten a facial and massage there. The facial is great! The massage is good too, but the only thing I would change is the towel you put your face on when youre laying on your stomach. Its too rough and dries my face out during the massage so its a little uncomfortable. I would change it to a softer towel or silk fabric.

    Such a wonderful experience...I definitely recommend going to celebrate a special occasion or at least on a Friday or Saturday to kick off the weekend! Drinks by the pool, a spa pedicure, jacuzzi, sauna, lunch with my best friend, loved every moment. Will return again soon.

    Fabulous! Amazing! My massage by Paige was the best I ever had. Perfect pressure and ambiance. Staff is exceptional and guest are well pampered. Bartender made a scrumptious bloody mary. The only down side was sauna wasnt working. It was my 50th birthday celebration and a costly gift I gave myself, so I was disappointed sauna wasnt workng. I was looking forward to it. But steam room and pool are amazing, even on a rainy day! Its money well spent!
