    Same day appt. Was available and I had a wonderful experience! Kayla was very hospitable with offering drink and asking about water and dryer temperature and exactly what I had in mind for my hair. I will definitely return. I observed a very teamwork approach admist all the stylists and is was fun to see them all very actively performing with excellence.

    Fantastic Sams is a great salon! I love their memberships. They offer many different kinds. I use the coloring membership. It is only $45 a month for root touch up. So much more reasonable than any Salon out there. You also get a lot of other perks with the membership. Discounts on products, services, etc. Tanya is my stylist and she is the best! Kelly at the front desk is always kind, courteous and helpful.Thank you Fantastic Sams for keeping me y best!

    This Fantastic Sams is run like a classy, high-priced salon - but at discount prices. Everyone is super nice and friendly, and always treat customers like family.Savannah is a lovely young 20-something woman who takes expert care in every cut. I took my 8-yr old granddaughter there and Savannah took 45 minutes in cutting and blowing out her hair. My granddaughter thanked me for taking her there. She felt pampered!I also have had Savannah cut my short hair twice and have been pleased both times.This is not a discount salon; its a first-rate salon with discount prices. Very clean and classy!

    Emily is wonderful. i dont trust anyone cutting my hair they always cut it way too short and never does what you ask for, but Emily knows and does an amazing job cutting my hair and my husband hair.

    UPDATE.... I decided to call the manager and let her know of my experience. She asked me to come back and give her the opportunity to correct the color. So I did. When I walked in she could see what I was saying. She pulled out the color book and asked questions. My hair is beautiful now!! Ill be one happy bride walking down the aisle!!1st post.... Natural red heads beware!!! Went in for a color and eyebrow waxing, 9 days before my wedding. Left with my eyebrow ripped raw and Orange hair. The next day my eye was still swollen and red. My fiancee says it looked like bright troll colored hair. I wont ever go back!

    Today I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair cut and colored. Ive had to put off taking care of my hair for personal reasons for almost a year. Everyone was so friendly and happy. Ive been to many salons but there always seems to be so much negatively and drama at most places. Today I felt so comfortable here. I spoke with the owner when I was making my appointment. He was very personable and inviting. Thank you all for a much needed refreshing salon experience.

    For the first time in my 78 years I found a stylist who would do what I asked. I have lived in Tennessee, Colorado, and now Florida and have never been able to wash and go with my fine, thin hair. She did wonders with layers and a razor cut on top. My hair was a mess because I have been trimming it myself because everybody wants to cut over an inch and even though I say 1/2 inch, not one person has given me what I want. It takes forever for my hair to grow and I always wanted it to mid neck or longer. Yes, I come the days of backcombing and have NEVER had volume without it so I have had flat hair for years. I have gained some curl since I became salt and pepper and that has been messed up everywhere I have had it cut. Thank you Becky at Fantastic Sams in Port Charlotte for listening to what I wanted. I left there with volume to the top and the length I wanted. I have washed my hair at home and it still only needs me to run my fingers through it and shake my head a couple of times, on curl iron on backcombing (It was called ratting in the 60s). I feel so blessed to have found Becky at this salon.

    Kara was my stylist! She is very good and knowledgeable. The new Salon was remodeled and its very clean and beautiful. Prices are good. Save time and guessing how busy they are make appointment on line.

    I have been cutting my own hair now for a long time because my last trip to a salon was a disaster. I was terrified to take another chance & just kept trimming it the best I could. I have naturally wavy hair & cant be cut the same as straight hair. I expected the stylist to know that. Yesterday I took a chance & had an appointment with Tanya at Port Charlottes salon. I didnt want any fancy styling, but I was tired of looking shaggy. It was perfect! I was so happy when I left my husband & neighbor even commented. We understood each other & I will definitely be seeing her again. Thank you Tanya!!!

    This was my first time at a Fantastiuc Sams. I have alot of very thick & wavy hair and find it difficult to trust someone new to deal with my big hair. I found Kortney to be extremely pleasure and she instantly put me at ease, her knowledge and expertise is reflexed in the wonderful job she did.     I had a fabulous experience at Fantastic Sam’s in Port Charlotte Fl. They took me in the same day and Tina there was extremely talented, Easy going, knowledgeable and professional. I love my precision cut so much! I am so happy I went there. I even bought the finishing product at a discounted price. They are reasonably priced local and so immaculate! Tina is incredible!

    I can only offer immense praise for this salon! I live out of state and I have reached the point where I will wait to have my hair done when I come to Port Charlotte. The attention to your requests and to detail are excellent, and the general service is the best that I have had anywhere. I had assorted cuts and colors, as I have been seeking a new look. I have always had my appointments with Savannah, and she is the only stylist I wish to ever use. ( Although I have certainly seen excellent service to clients from everyone) Savannah is thoughtful and goes beyond the call, creating the right color and style with imagination and also attention to requirements. I couldnt be happier.

    Called after 9am this morning and they were still able to book me a 10:30am appointment which was awesome. Very inexpensive for the services they offer and the time it takes. Susie was extremely friendly and did a great job cutting and coloring my hair and took the time to properly tone to the color I wanted. She was also able to recommended a couple of products that I bought.They moved down to a new unit a couple years ago and the new place is much nicer and more put together. Will definitely be back.

    Susie C was my stylist. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so courteous. They looked at the cut I was going for and set me up with the perfect stylist for the job. The conversation was great, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, clean and fun. Susie took the time to give me the perfect cut. I really had a great experience. I have found my new salon. I went in for a rapid cut, just to get myself cleaned up and found my new stylist and salon. Highly recommend.

    I was so pleased with my stylist, Sabina?, today. My former stylist canceled my appt unexpectedly, two days before a large family wedding & my hair was a mess.The cut, highlights & base color are all well done & my husband commented on how attractive I look, which is a rarity because he usually feels its too short or too dark, etc.The staff is very pleasant & offered coffee, tea or water as in the high end salons.Sabina listened to my needs & met them beautifully without cutting too short.The prices are in line with or lower than other shops & the new customer discount is a great gift. I will go back to Fantastic Sams!

    What a great experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and made to feel truly welcomed! I cannot remember his name (sorry) but he was great! My stylist, Kristine, was completely awesome and a hair genius! It was like I was hanging out with a friend. She did such a beautiful job on my cut: I could not be happier. The whole experience felt very high-end without the high-end prices or pretentiousness. The salon itself was very tidy and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. 5 stars is not enough!     I have very thin curly hair and had not had a haircut for almost a year so my ends were a disaster. After the recommendation from my sister in law, I nervously scheduled an appointment with Becky. Becky listened to me and we discussed the best cut and care for me. Needless to say I LOVE it! Highly recommend Becky for all of your hair needs!!

    They RESCUED ME!!! After the hurricane my appointments had allbeen canceled....so I decided to try and do it myself. My hair was ORANGE! They took me in and provided a miracle. Sabine (?)was a true artist. She used low lights and toned me then added new highlights over the corrective color!!! So thankful for them! Many thanks!!!!

    Absolutely amazing experience Kelly the receptionist was super sweet and extremely knowledgeable and just genuinely seemed to love her job she helped me with several products and tips and even went as far as to give me step by step instructions how to use the products I purchased. My stylist chris was epic he was extremely patient as I came in on a whim with absolutely no idea what I wanted and severely damaged hair he helped me to figure out a cut and color and I am absolutely ecstatic I havent left a salon this happy in a very long time. Thank you both for not only a stellar haircut and color but for your kindness and making me feel comfortable and . It clearly shows you both care about your clients needs I will most definitely be returning thanks guys ... Tiffany..

    I have to say I was very very impressed with SUZANNE the manager. To make the story short I was going in to get color and left with no color but instead healthier hair and tons of knowledge and a plan in place to get my hair restored . I have very long curly hair And it is so hard to find somebody that understands the difficulty of the type of hair that I have And when and how to color it. My ultimate goal is to go lighter with my hair, But Suzanne explained my hair is not in the best condition to color at the moment which I totally agree with, And she advised we start restoring my hair instead and prepare it for more color in the future. She not only explained how hair works but also Showed me how to nourish my hair. I loved how honest Suzanne was with me, I loved her confidence and her knowledge and that’s exactly what I have been looking for. From beginning to end my experience was phenomenal from her Customer Service, her knowledge, her kindness, she explains things in a way that is so easy to understand, I left with a wealth of knowledge!!!I’m super excited to put her advice to play to restoring my hair and I will be seeing her again in a couple of months to continue to work on my ultimate goal. Thank you so much Suzanne!!!!! You definitely need a raise I’m looking forward to our next visit

    I was a walk in, I was greeted immediately with a smile. There was a short wait, and a number of times the gal at the desk apologized. When it was my turn I was greeted by Rosaliz, she was friendly and quite detailed in asking me exactly what I wanted. She chatted pleasantly through the haircut and did an exceptional job. I think I have finally found MY hairdresser! The salon is modern and clean- all around a great experience.

    I just moved down here and had to find a new hair salon. Susie was great. She matched my color up exactly to what I had. full gray coverage and even helped with the breakage I had from pulling my hair up wet. Id definitely recommend Fantastic Sams to anyone looking to find a new hair dresser.

    My initial experience did not go well. But, Kelly got me rebooked with Roxanne and it canceled out everything. She did a phenomenal job (I wasn’t sure at first not used to so much blonde) but absolutely love it! She was patient, listened, and gave me the color and cut I wanted! I highly recommend her.     While having my mani pedi at LE Nails & Spa I mentioned that I badly needed a haircut. It was recommended that I try Fantastic Sams just a couple of doors down. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the salon was immaculate and very modern. I was told that the salon recently had a total facelift. Kylie, who cut my hair, was professional, friendly and listened carefully as to what I wanted done with my hair. Ive been in the area for a year and this is the first person to actually give me the haircut I desired. It was ladies day so I got a great price for the cut. Check them out as I think they have some type of special every day.Im defintely going back!

    A couple months ago I had a really rough experience in this salon .. I was bet upset with my hair color and cut and overall service provided.. The owner Me.brown called me to offer me two free hair dye services and a Malibu maker over. I came in almost a month ago and met the most amazing stylist who truly understood why I was u happy with my hair and did the Malibu makeover and offered me a product which usually never buy but did because she truly knew how to explain the benifits and has made my hair look amazing and not dry from the two colors prior . Alyssa is truly an amazing stylist and so personable.. today I have an appointment for my last free dye to hopefully get my hair to what I originally wanted from the first appointment.. I will update you guys to let you know how it goes .. The important thing here is that someone finally recognized that my hair was messed up and is making great progress to get my hair how I want it .. Thanks to Mr.brown and fantastic sams for going above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Im so excited to get my hair done today and feel beautiful once again.

    Suzanne was AMAZING! Worked with me on doing a custom color. She also did 2 different sample foils on my hair to see which I liked better and to see if we needed to lighten my hair. She isnt pushy with selling or upping your cost and trys to do things as price effect as possible.
