    Wife was pleased at service. Beautician had 50 years of experience. Very talented. Timely. Stated about 30 minutes and I went and did an errand. They were done and then cashing out when I got back in 30 minutes. Reasonable rates. No hair dye service. No coffee there. Restaurants nearby. Handicap accessible.

    I go out of my way to go to this salon. I almost always get a good haircut. (Today was a good cut!) Just a couple things tick me off: “A hair dresser discussing politics, talking way too much and the last one, cutting my hair on the wrong side because they were not paying attention.

    I went in today to get my hair trimmed and shaped up. Lisa was amazing!!! This is the first time, after using their services a few times, I have had such a wonderful experience and an amazing cut that was confident about.     Ive come to great clips for my hair cut and always get a good cut. The stylist ask questions before cutting my hair to make sure that we on same pages for my hair cut. And she does a good job. Place is always clean. They sweep floor after cutting hair. Employees are friendly. Always smiling. Stop bye there and get your hair cut there.

    Went in today and had a great experience. The woman who cut my hair was lovely and really enjoyed her vibe! (So sorry cant remember her name). I asked for a few inches off, with a lot of layers and a reshape of my curtain bangs/face frame. She did AMAZING. It was exactly what I asked for and more! She was professional, precise, and extremely understanding. I have really thick, long wavy hair. She is talented and well educated in her craft. She didnt skip a beat. Ive had past stylists (not here) that complained about how much hair I had, gave me something I didnt want, or an all around bad cut .She made me feel confident, flattered me with compliments, and just made the whole experience great.

    Amazing level of professional hairstylists. I love my Fall cut! Black curtain bangs with simple layers and Blond ombre hair color. She totally refreshed my hair and didnt chop off the blond! She recommended a deep conditioner. My haircut is super shiny and so easy to style.

    Its very clean, hairdressers are all very nice and caring and make sure of what you want before they even start and continue following up as their cutting your hair to make sure that youre getting the cut that you want. I would like to go back more often however for someone on disability it is terribly expensive at $20 for a haircut. Others wont think twice about that but when you have to count every penny it is what it is.

    Theyre very good at this location for a reasonable price. Everytime Ive gone there hasnt been an extremely long wait time and the service Ive received has been great. The stylists also are clearly more than just employees--theyre friends! Its clear from their funny lighthearted jabs at each other and jokes they trade back and forth, making it a very positive environment.The two stylists Ive had do my hair there have both done fantastic jobs and they acted like they wanted to ensure I was truly happy with my hair.

    They were busy. There was a haircut lady Janice she was picking and choosing the people hair she wanted to cut. She thought she was better then me and my daughter. I miss Karen who works there she is always friendly and make you feel welcome. The other lady that cut our hair was nice and friendly. Miss Karen.

    I have been getting my hair cut here since 2011/2012 Karen is amazing!! Very friendly, professional & makes you feel right at home. I met her while dealing with my hair issues after id chopped off all my long curly hair months ago & I was straighten it, it was a damaged mess!! She helped me get it back to my normal healthy long curly hair!! She is the best & knows exactly what to do with my crazy curly hair!! My oldest son started getting particular with his own hair the other gals in the shop would cut his hair perfect to his specifications!! I would recommend this shop to everyone!!

    Ive been to several stylists in the area. I have paid a LOT of money for cut and color to end up having my hair look like every other 60+ woman out there. My experience with a studio in Atlanta was that I paid well and got a wonderful cut and color. It seems that down here stylists will take your money ($70 for a maintenance cut) and then ignore what you have to say. I even brought pictures and STILL got what the stylist felt like giving me. I was so delighted to find Karen at Great Clips! This woman gives you the cut you want and it doesnt cost anywhere near the overpriced trimming you get elsewhere. This is a case of getting more than you pay for...or perhaps its just a case of getting a Great Clip at a reasonable price. Thank you, Karen!

    I have always been happy with my haircuts at Great Clips and because I am fairly active and wear a short hairstyle, I need to have it cut every 1-1/2 months. I also like their multipurpose styling cream product. and use it regularly.

    The one in Port Charlotte is fantastic. We have always had good experiences there.vthe one in Punta Gorda is bad. They dont like their jobs, negative attitudes and a lot of open complaining.

    Great location, awesome quick service. This Great Clips location does a great job in a timely manner. Just check in on the app before you leave your house and by the time you arrive its your turn for a haircut.
