    This shop has really been impressive! The gals in there have all been so sweet! The gal at the 2nd chair on the site (Jayla I think...not sure) was wonderful and I will look to see her again! 10/10 would recommend! 🙂

    Today my daughter came into great clips with a haircut she absolutely disliked.. she was so upset that it wasn’t what she wanted so we chose to stop in at great clips gulf cove plaza. We checked in online and we got here there was a zero wait!! Rebecca was the first person we saw when we walked in and there is not enough words to describe how amazing she is!! She did my 13 year old daughters fixer upper.. she turned her hair from a mess to success!! Nothing like a great hairstylist that can turn such a disaster into exactly what my daughter wanted!! Rebecca is awesome all around!! I highly recommend her and her personality takes the cake!! Thank you for the beautiful style and the pleasure of meeting you!! Can’t wait to go back!!!     After being treated so bad by the Merchants Crossing location yesterday (see review) I decided it wasn’t great clips fault that that location is awful (well kinda is but…) and took my grandson to this location.5 stars!!! Everyone was so nice and pleasant! Terry did an amazing job giving my grandson a fade! Shop was clean and inviting! Thanks so much!!! We will be back!!

    Becky gave me the best hair cut I have gotten in a long time. She listened to what I wanted and did it. Great Clips at Town Center! Why pay $50. At local salons when Great Clips is $15. Include a $10. Tip— still half the price of fancy salons!

    Rebecca is awesome. She remembered my haircut one and a half and three on top. She also remembered why the last time I went to go see her it was because my children were coming down and I had to look good. Ive never had that from anyone else shes awesome and shes also good for a great laugh.🙏

    I am a caregiver...my client just wanted to get a hair cut...timing was excellent and service was phenomenal. The check in system was accurate, hospitality was unremarkable and the stylist Becky did an excellent job. Service was fast, great...and Im happy to say they are following CDC protocol. Great job at Great Clips..

    I call ahead to get the schedule of my favorite stylist then sign in online. Sometimes discount coupons are available online which are helpful these days. I have short, straight hair, and its a great place to get a haircut.

    Cindy is the one I love to go to she does exactly what I want . I been to so many other salon paid $40-60 dollar as my hair is shorter then my shoulders and still charge so much and never get what I want.
