    I was visiting family in Florida and desperately needed a haircut. I walked into the salon and was able to get a cut immediately. Michelle was awesome! Meticulous about my cut, but also quick. I got a SUPERB cut and it didn’t take all afternoon And the price (even including the well deserved tip) was so reasonable- beat the cost of my stylist back home! I may have to fly back to Florida to “visit family” more often 😉

    Shernette is always pleasant and friendly. She makes me feel like I am all that matters while I am in her chair. AND, I HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN A GREAT CUT!I have to go past several salons and a couple of other Walmart stores to see her. She is worth it!!!

    My hair stylist was new. She was patient while I expressed parts I thought needed trimmed more. Her co-worker happily ignored us when we walked in to make an appointment. When helping my stylist with my son she was being rough on his hair. She would pull the hair and his head would jerk in the direction she pulled. I told her to stop. I was ignored again as she continued to talk to my stylist. I would not return with her present. To my stylist, best of luck in your career and thank you for your patience while we discussed the cut.

    I really like Shernett, I originally came in after spending over $300 at Pennys just to have my hair totally burnt, falling out. She explained the chemistry of what happened. Took us a bit but she got my hair looking great. I dont think most people realize after retiring from Ulta that they are paid a base low rate and rely on cash tipping to make ends meet. I gladly do at 50% why because she does a great job, educates you on proper products that your hair may need and performs an outstanding job. Its hard to find a good stylist and when I do I make sure she knows it verbally and gratuity. I call her my hair guru because she knows all.

When she first began caring for my hair i had a bald spot and she would explain how certain medication can cause this problem. This was about 3 years ago.     Artist in Hiding. Delightfully Amazed.....I have traveled around the world and have had my hair cut from the expensive to not so expensive. Bad hair cuts, not so bad hair cuts, so-so hair cuts -- I have seen them all.I was visiting my dad, and needed a haircut, my friend encouraged me to pop in -- There a lady named Shernette skillfully worked her way around my hair, and without me having to explain my hair, she instead explained what I did not.She instantly knew how the cowlicks irritated me to style and how the hair line fell. When I say she is Professional - I mean just that. This hair Stylist is a Class A 5 Star Hair Stylist. I was WOWed when she finished, because I really did not have any great expectations, from a Walmart. As I was leaving, she mentioned to me that her passion was as a colorist. I guess next time down, I will be getting my hair colored and cut by this artist. Thank you, Shernette!!

    I always have Helina cut mine and all my family’s hair. She does a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her. I always call because they move her to a different location at times but she good enough to follow whether on Murdock or Southside location!!!! Excellent with color and highlights.... best I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot prior to finding Helina! I do like calling ahead with an appointment especially with color and highlights. I try to call even with haircut to avoid waiting!
