    Thanks for the Clips of Kindness service I received today at Great Clips in Port Orange, FL at the Gateway Center location. I have always had long hair and with chemotherapy, it has been one of the harder emotional moments to experience hair loss, as temporary it may be. Michelle, the stylist, was kind and sympathetic as a fellow cancer survivor and made a difficult choice easier for me. My shorter cut brought immediate relief and is making my personal care regimen simpler already. The rest of the locations staff were also very helpful and gracious with accommodating my walk-in visit. I deeply appreciate the availability of the program!

    I happened to check- in during a period of 0 waiting time!! I go to Gateway Center in Port Orange, FL!! I also have a favorite stylist, Jackie!! She is fabulous and always receive a great styling from Jackie!! I recommend Great Clips at the Gateway Center right off Dunlawton Ave next to Panera’s!! Thanks as always, Jackie!!

    Very friendly greeted as soon as you walk in. Always willing to go the extra mile for the perfect cut. Go often they remember you by name and even catch up like old friends. Great experience, great people, perfect cut!

    I was in today my stylist name was Miranda. She greeted me with a smile we had a quick consultation best shampoo I have ever had. Loved my hair cut I would highly recommend her.

    I have never left a review before, but when I saw the prior post about Miranda, I was compelled to say something and set the record straight.I have been going to Miranda for about a year and a half and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with her. While she may not be very talkative (which I personally prefer, because neither am I) she’s always been polite and kind. I have a medical condition (hyperalgesia) that makes me particularly sensitive to pain (even the slightest touch can cause pain) and I’ve never felt pain by Miranda. She gives a great head massage during the shampoo and it actually feels therapeutic.While the prior poster said she wouldn’t recommend Miranda to anyone, I would recommend her to everyone and I’m so grateful to have found her for my hair needs!

    I’ve been going to Great Clips at this location for several years. I always wait for Ashley to cut my hair, and I call to make sure she is working that day.She does a great job and is super friendly and pleasant. If she is busy with another customer I don’t mind waiting.As long as she is working there I will continue to get my haircut there.I wholeheartedly recommend Ashley. You won’t be disappointed.     I am so happy with my haircut from Bridget. She was very kind and told me about products to help my dry hair. She listened to what I wanted and didnt want, and she made sure I was happy with my hair. Im really happy with my experience and I believe that the prices were very fair. My husband and I wont be going anywhere else!

    My hairdresser was Nicole. She has been cutting my hair for years. I drive 40 minutes just so she can do it. I love the way she cuts it. She always does a great job!!

    Jackie cut my hair. I needed a new style and some self care. She made me feel like she was excited for this hair makeover for me. She was upbeat and conversational without being too nosy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (Roz from Frasier) and she did it perfect! I love my haircut. Im usually anxious about getting my hair trimmed but Jackie made it a great experience! Lori cut my sons hair. He is 7 and has autism. She was a natural working with him and made sure he was comfortable and enjoyed his experience. Im thankful for Great Clips and the staff there. 5 stars all the way!

    I started here to get more experience with cutting since color is my passion. I had the best experience possible here and had tons of fun. The staff is friendly and management is kind and understanding. This place is an amazing place to work.     When I walked in there was no wait and Hannah was able to greet me, check me in, and take me right away! She asked lots of questions about what I was looking to do with my hair to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the cut she continued asking questions to make sure not to take too much or too little off. She made pleasant conversation and made it a quick, easy, and delightful experience. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Hannah to anyone and see her again!! Thank you Hannah!!!

    I’ve never had a problem here, and my experiences have all been good. You don’t really know who you will get to cut your hair until it is your turn, but all the lady’s here have always given me a nice haircut, and they are always friendly. Could be a little cleaner where you sit to wait, but nothing too scary. I do wish they’d offer to dust ya off after a haircut cause I end up having to shake the loose, cut hair from my head, neck, etc., in the parking lot lol. It really helps to use the checkin app so you don’t have to wait too long. It was confusing how this worked at first but it’s just like a call a head seating type deal. Would give 4.5 stars if it was an option instead of 4.
