I have been going to Sandie (the owner) for several years. Get new location is GORGEOUS! Absolutely stunning and HUGE with tall ceilings and fashionably decorated. She is an artist when it comes to hair. Her color technique is excellent. I have soft curly hair and she understands how to work with the texture and to blend the highlights to show through the curls. My hair is medium length and she cuts my hair flawlessly every time. Her personality is warm and inviting, and she is a hard worker. I am excited for her. Her success is well earned.

It was my first visit to The Hair Phoenix for color cut, and style.Faye is amazing! She took her time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed.She got every detail that I wanted, color match, perfection. Beautiful loose curls brought the whole package together!The salon was warm and welcoming with jeweled Green velvet seating.There are a few great eateries right in the plaza. Lunch and the great day at the salon, it doesn’t get any better than that!Well done Faye @ Hair Phoenix!

As a fellow hairstylist, I can confidently say she is one of the most skilled and caring professionals I know. She offers a variety of high-quality extension methods—and even has her own custom extension line, which shows how much thought and expertise she puts into her work.The salon is absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and so welcoming. BEST haircut Ive had in a really long time!! My family and I just moved to the area from out of state a few months ago and I was way overdue for a haircut. I found this salon and after reading the reviews decided to give it a shot and Im really glad I did. Faye did an exceptional job on my hair, it was exactly what I was wanting. Instead of being hesitant to take on such a drastic cut like I was asking for (which I usually do), she embraced it with enthusiasm and even knew all the tips and tricks to get my thick hair to lay and look how it was supposed to with the cut. She was also a joy to see! Super sweet and bubbly, making the whole experience wonderful. The salon was also very clean and beautiful inside to give you that true pamper me feeling. I highly recommend Faye and The Hair Phoenix Salon!!

I go to the Phoenix Salons to get my hair cut by Ellen Maggard. Phoenix is clean, quiet and very nice. I love the private salons, and in Ellens salon, she always has BGM that I like! Its a very relaxing atmosphere all through the building!! I recommend it highly, and Ellen Maggard is awesome!!

I contacted Sandy because I was considering extensions for the first time. She was so helpful in explaining the entire process and my options. As it turns out, extensions are not for me so I had her do a color and cut instead. My hair is a bit difficult to work with with several different colors, gray, very dry and over processed and Sandy did an absolute wonderful job! I love my color and will definitely be going back to Sandy for all of my hair needs in the future!

If you are looking for a true hair ARTIST, I highly recommend The Hair Phoenix. As a redhead, it has always been challenging to find a stylist who can achieve the specific copper red that is ‘me’. After an unsuccessful series of colors with a previous stylist and having terribly damaged hair, I found Sandie Tucker. She truly listened and fully understood my hair goals. In the first visit, she had my hair back on track to return to its formerly tone and vibrancy and to restore its condition. My hair has only become more stunning and more healthy with each visit! She is superior in her skills and takes tremendous pride in her work, caring greatly for the satisfaction of the client. Sandie’s Port Orange salon is absolutely beautiful, classy, upscale, and a good-vibe energy space.
