    Was on a quick trip to Florida for a weekend and had to stop to get my son’s hair cut and we heard Roy’s Barbershop was a good place to go. It definitely was! Our barber, Christina, was especially nice and friendly to my son (who hates getting his haircut) and it looked great afterwards. The place was also super clean for it being pretty busy while we were there. Thank you, Christina! Thank you, Roy’s! We will send anyone your way!

    I moved to FL 7 years ago and had a hard time finding someone who could give a good haircut. Then by pure luck I came across Roys and sat in Christinas chair. I got an excellent haircut at a good price, and I dont want anyone else cutting my hair but her. Christina is the best barber I have found in FL and I am very happy with the shop and Christinas expertise!

    After moving to PSL in 2020, I tried several different barbershops and thankful I found Roys Barbershop. I drive by 5 other barbershops on my way to Roys, as I know the quality of care their entire staff provides and their rates are reasonable, especially with discounts for seniors and kids. Christina has been cutting my hair, every 2-weeks, and I really appreciate her consistency and attention to detail with my hair cuts. I recommend Roys Barbershop to all of my family and friends.

    I’ve been going to Roy’s Barbar shop 5 years now and I’ve never gotten a bad haircut not once!!. EVERYTIME I walk in I’m happily greeted by Roy , he says hello Eric and the shops always clean! I’ve gotten a haircut by pretty much every barber there, and they are all good but now my son (13 years old) and we get our haircuts by christina every other week for the last 2 years. and she always does an amazing job! She’s always smiling and is always on time for our appointments. I have never waited one minute longer… and with my job I can’t schedule haircuts in advance so I usually call same day and they always fit me into her schedule! I’m 41 hopefully have a lot more haircuts left in my life haha and I’ll be going to Roy’s barber shop for the foreseeable future.

    Got a great haircut here. The new barber Michael used a straight razor and comb and brought my unruly waves and curls under contol, and I got a great trim on my beard as well. Make an appointment, and they are a cash only business.UPDATE: Went back for another cut from Michael and again very pleased with the final look.UPDATE 5/16: Yet another great cut from Michael.UPDATE 11/24: Michael still gives an awesome cut. I need to not wait so long between cuts.

    Took my 87 year old father their for a haircut. He was treated with respect and had a connection with the barber. When he got back in the car he said, that barber was one of the nicest men Ive ever met. For me, its not all about a perfect cut, which he recieved, it was about the experience.     My grandson comes here for his haircut I would too if I had enough hair to cut. Michael remembers his cut and is willing to work with revisions. He can talk to him about all things Marvel and gaming. Best to call and make an appointment. Humans still answer the phone here.

    I got my haircut from Michael on Friday. It was the first time someone used a straight razor blade on my head like Edward scissor hands. I was skeptical at first since anyone can make the haircut look good while youre in the chair, but after giving it a few days I have to confirm this is the BEST haircut I have ever had! My hair has always been difficult to manage until now. Michael is the best hands down!

    Typically I dont really do these reviews but today is the day. Normally, I go to another shop that Ive known the barber since I was a teenager and he has been cutting my hair since. Today I just happened to need a cut and of course my barber is not in. I really needed a cut so I figured I ask if anyone is free, all booked. So Im like ok cool, still need a cut. Its really tough to go to a new shop all together so I was highly skeptical to even look up another shop. I mean cmon we have all heard the horror stories about visiting a shop other than your usual spot. Luckily I came across Roys Barbershop in my search. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Victor who was very pleasant and had told me if I could make it in the next 10 min he would be able to take care of me. Sure enough I make it on time and Victor is waiting and ready for me. Again, being highly skeptical I ask him how long the shop has been around for and he tells me a little over 8 years, so I proceed to ask him how long he has been cutting hair. Jokingly he tells me its his 1st week on the job and he had recently obtained his barbers license. None the less, the experience was great. He took his time and made me feel comfortable. Being blind without my glasses it was hard to tell if he was doing a good job but I can definitely feel that he was. Once he was done, I was very impressed with his work. All in all, Im very happy I came across this shop online and happy that Victor picked up the phone and took care of me. Roys Barbershop just got themselves a new regular. See you soon Victor!

    Me and my two boys have been going to Roy for at least five years. Hes incredible. Super focused on giving each client the best service and haircut possible. And a really nice guy to boot. Im glad to see him having success with his shop and I wont hesitate to send him referrals. Call up the shop before you visit to make sure they can fit you in. But, even if you have to wait a little while, itll be worth it.

    Ive been to Roys many times before and Ive always been pleased. Today I went for the first time since the pandemic started and Soneath cut my hair. This is probably the best haircut Ive had since I moved to Florida 14 years ago. Not only will I continue to go to Roys, but I will be happy to request Soneath to cut my hair. Outstanding!!

    Roys been my barber for almost 12 years. Always does an amazing job and is extremely professional. Took years to find someone in Florida that pays attention to details and quality like him. I followed Roy when he moved to his own shop and its one of the nicest barbershops Ive ever been in. He takes a lot of pride in his work and his business which is always clean and still looks brand new even after years of being open.

    I had previously gone to a place wanting a haircut. Let’s just say I will never be going there again. Told the lady I wanted a skin fade with the top left alone. Left there upset as the lady couldn’t barley fade a line in let alone make sure it wasn’t spotty. I knew Roy’s was right down the road and that they would be able to help. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Roy himself and Christina. As soon as they took a look at what was done, Christina sat me right down in her chair and worked her magic. They saved my hair cut lol. I absolutely recommend this place above everywhere else.

    Highly recommended for great quality haircuts that cant be beat! Old school barbers with the latest styles & techniques. Beautiful, immaculate clean shop. Has clear dividers between chairs for covid risk reduction which I thought was a very nice touch. Roy knows his business and is a consulate perfectionist.

    I have been going to Roys for well over 10 years to get my hair cut. Victor is my personal barber but everyone of their barbers are professionals. They have gone above and beyond during this COVID pandemic to ensure the safety of their patrons. They sanitize their chairs, gowns and equipment between each customer. They have plastic guards separating each barber chair. Every employee wears a face mask and they limit the number of people that can wait inside to be seen to 2 people.If you want a great haircut from professional barbers at a great value while staying safe, Roys is the place for you.

    I made an appointment for my son at 10am, the time Google says they open. We arrived about 10mins early, and the lady we had an appointment with was already with a client. I found that to be a little unprofessional, considering we were not late. About 10 after 10, another barber stepped in and did an amazing job with my little mans first hair cut! Super paient and polite. He put a lock of his hair in an envelope for me, then gave my little man a lollipop and a hot wheels car. All in all, I was happy with the outcome. Thank you, Jason!

    I am another customer that panicked when Roy left his previous employer, while I was visiting family up north. I was really disappointed when they wouldnt tell me where he went. I finally found him again through an ad he posted in our local paper. Now all is well, as I can once again get the best haircut in Port St.Lucie.     Great place and great cuts. I usually make an appointment ahead of time. Everyone there is really friendly from the owner to the customers. Hot shaving cream with a straight razor on the back of your neck and the shape up around your face is excellent. Would recommend to everyone.

    Ive been coming to roys barbershop ever since i moved to PSL with my family about 2-3 years ago. It was then that i decided to go from my usual haircut to a comb over and i was impressed with the look and the service. they definitely take their time, but the end result was always great.A few of the barbers i used to see regulary before the hurricane hit dont work there anymore (and i heard one of the barbers died recently; not saying his name out of respect and may god rest his soul)Anyways, recently i made a 5:30p appointment with a random barber. After rocking the comb over for so long, i decided to grow out my hair pretty long to prepare myself for my next hairstyle adventure.The barber seated me down, and asked me what i wanted with a heavy accent (like he spoke spanish and little english)Instead of explaining with confidence like i wanted, i ended up showing a picture of a Loose Pompadour with a high fade and showing him that i wanted something like that. After stumbling with my words for a bit trying to find the right words to explain the haircut; the barber agreed, took off my glasses, and proceeded to cut my hair.The service was exactly like how i received it from every other barber that i received service from here; diligent, precise, and gentle with his/her hands.Although, at the end of the haircut, when the barber finished with my hair and gave me back my glasses so i could look at the mirror; what i ended up seeing was the same old comb over that i always had ever sinced i moved here.The service was still the same top notch and polite service ive always gotten, but my haircut outcome was not what i wanted.Still, a haircut is a haircut and There is no use crying over spilled milk. And even though i didnt get what i wanted, the same look still looked great. I thanked and tipped my barber before heading out the doorRoys has always been my #1 place to go to for great haircuts and great service. But now that my search for the perfect haircut has gotten more bold than before, i may have to find a hairstylist who can translate my uncertainty into something amazing.TL;DR a cash only barber shop that provides great haircuts and beard services at great prices. although if you are looking for that specialty look, it may be best to spend a little more and see a hairstylist if you are an unsure person like i am.

    Roys is always a pleasant experience! Roys is a great haircut price, Roys is on point, always on time and great for kids (I have 3!) ... I personally use Victor for my head but the kids use Roy! Perfect spot for PSL dwellers !! Thanks Roy!
