Finding a new hair stylist is such a hard decision but we found Jason after moving here from Ohio. Finding a new hair stylist who listens to you, understands what you want, but still provides advice based on experience and knowledge is incredibly hard but we hit the jackpot! He provides all of the above plus he is personable, nice, and helpful! We wouldnt hesitate to recommend him! Our first cuts were phenomenal! Thank you!

The experience you have when you goto Turning Looks is like no other. You really feel like a little escape. I love every minute when I make my monthly trip. I leave feeling confident and special. I love, love, love going to see Jason at Turning Looks. It is like having your own personal stylist. You never have to worry about someone in the next chair talking loud and disturbing your relaxing time getting your hair done! He does such an amazing job. I have troublesome hair and finally, I can keep it highlighted and grow it it long without it being a brittle mess. I spent years at local salons in the area being rushed out the door for the next appointment never feeling valued as a client. That all changed when I met Jason! I am a client for life. I have nothing but great things to say about Turning Looks Hair Salon. As you enter the studio, you are immediately smitten with its cozy, stylish, relaxing atmosphere. The best part about Turning Looks truly, is Jason. Jason is an extremely knowledgeable and professional hair stylist. Best of all, he really listens to what you want. Ive always had long hair and he was one of the first who wasnt eager to cut it off until I was ready. I absolutely love my color each and every time. The cherry on top is that Jason is a wonderful and intelligent conversationalist. 5 stars all around!

My daughter and I definitely recommend Turning Looks to others. Jason and Phillip created a great, personalized experience within a comfortable atmosphere. In addition, Jason took the time to educate, answer all questions, and help us understand how to achieve the desired results were looking for with very challenging curly hair. So glad we came across this salon and well definitely keep coming back.

Jason Wass is an incredibly talented stylist! He is extremely knowledgeable about hair, hair color, and products. I have highly recommended Jason to my family, friends, and strangers that compliment my hair and ask me who does it! His attention to detail and to his clients is phenomenal. He listens to my concerns, and what direction I want to go with my color and style. Going to his studio is relaxing and comfortable. If you are looking for a new stylist you should definitely schedule an appointment with Jason!

I visited this salon in SEPT 2022, the salon is very cozy, not like other salons where you just feel like a body in a chair. Jason took care of me and Phillip assisted. Jason knows his profession extremely well. He listened to what i was wanting and then made recommendations. When he was finished i was completely satisfied with the work done. Ive started to let my hair grow long and after Jason finished working on me, he explained going forward what i needed to do to accomplish my mission. I would definitely recommend going to TURNING LOOKS HAIR STUDIO and working with Jason and Phillip.

Jason is awesome! I have been a regular client for more than 6 years. No matter what I invision - he has made it happen. Dark, light, purple - short, long, layered.But the reason I love Jason the most is that he took the time to know me and truly tailors my experience to me.He knows I love white wine, he knows I get antsy after too long - so we color 10, he knows my work schedule so he schedules around it. Really makes all the difference.

When I moved 5 years ago from up north I was so scared looking for another hair dresser, my one in Maryland had been mine for years. Jason was recommended to me off of a community website and after my consult I havent left his side. He is so patient and tells me exactly what I should or shouldnt do with my hair since sometimes I have crazy ideas. He is personable and knows right away if it wouldnt work on me. Even though I have enough hair for 5 people and it takes him hours to complete, he still loves me and my thousand pound hair, lol. I highly recommend him, you wont be disappointed!!!

I always walk out with a perfect cut! During the worst time of the pandemic, I felt very safe with the way Jason followed guidelines! One person at a time and face masks were required. Now that he has a second person working with him, the guidelines have relaxed while 2 customers are allowed by appointments but Jason will continue to watch to see what the virus is doing. My daughters go to him for colorings are are always satisfied with his services!

I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their hair done. Jason and Philip are the best. Ive been going for a couple of years now and would not go anywhere else. I love the nice relaxing atmosphere. Its quiet and peaceful. Just sit back, relax and let them work their magic. They both pay very good attention to exactly what you are looking for. I never leave unsatisfied and I know you wont either.

I’ve been seeing Jason for a few years while he was with the top salon in the area. When he decided to branch out and be an entrepreneur I knew he would craft something special up for his clients. He’s definitely done exactly that and I absolutely LOVE the new space for “Turning Looks Hair Studio”! The style of it and the privacy are so nice and relaxing. I loved the decor and the big brown leather chairs to sit in feel like kings thrones while you’re getting your services (and I do love feeling like the king for a few minutes). I’m super excited to see Jason spread his wings and be the creative vision and leader of his own business! I became my own boss several years ago and it’s the best feeling. Clients old and new at Turning Looks are in for a wonderful new, private and VIP experience. Although it was all top notch, I still advised Jason that I would consider adding a disco ball and playing Mariah Carey’s “Fantasy” when I walked in the door for my next appointment. 🙂

I have very curly, bordering on unruly hair. It’s very thick and requires a lot of time. Jason is the first stylist that “gets” my hair and gives me a PERFECT cut. Every time. It’s so perfect that I drive from Orlando to have my hair done at Turning Looks. He does a fantastic job.

Typically it takes a new hair stylist a few cuts before getting my hair where I’d like it but, ba-bam, Jason hit it out of the park on my first cut.
