Chris is awesome! She has a great personality. She really listens and is respectful to what your goals are. She takes this and pairs it with her experience to give you honest feedback. She’s very knowledgeable and skilled. I love how good my dreads look after a session. She definitely is good with straight, fine hair. She’s in a convenient location for me, on the way home from work, and she can usually get me in without much wait. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely wonderful loctician and human. Very friendly, pleasant, and easy going. Chris’s techniques are both effective and gentle in that they don’t leave the roots or scalp hurting, which is worth its weight in gold. She works with your hair needs, is very resourceful on different hair types, and highly knowledgeable in her craft. Also very efficient time wise. Rooted Dreadlocks is a must for some of the best hair care in Brevard County! I’m hooked, and not with a crochet. 😊

New client, first visit. Chris went above & beyond! Repaired and strengthened weak locs, did maintenance, removed stray random locs, and added a new row to my current partials giving much needed fullness and laid the foundation for locing the rest. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!

This was the most satisfying expierence I’ve ever had on such short notice !!!! I’m from New York and I was supposed to go see someone else but they conducted unprofessional customer service which lead me to having to find a new hair stylist last minute with a flight to catch the same day ! I ended up finding Chris rooted soul dreads on google and when I tell you this woman took me in last minute and finished my hair fully instantly locked with wicks in under 5 hours ! Was a satisfying customer expierence I would recommend her to anyone and she’s willing to travel !!! Best expierence I had with any hair buisness in a while !

First of all I have to say what an amazing human being Chris is... If you have to sit in a chair for hours, theres nobody elses chair, I would rather be in... Ive laughed and learned sitting in her chair... And shes so patient with all of my questions I always have...She began my lock journey for me and with me... I let her have full range on my head to do with what she knows best.... And I have to say I am so very satisfied and in love with my hair I wouldnt want to share this lock journey with any other loctitian....

I tried many different locticians, from stuart to melbourne. Rooted Soul was the first location i found that had extensive experience in Caucasian hair. She was methodical in her approach, which i greatly appreciated. I gave her complete freedom over my hair, calling it her canvas. I could not be more pleased with the way my hair came out. The sectioning is so perfect my hair lays up or down so comfortably. If I had friends, I would recommend them to Rooted Soul without hesitation. My hair came out fantastic!!
