    I go once a month, and recommend getting the app and reserving a spot online to reduce your wait time. They save your haircut preference and that helps, but the quality of your haircut varies based on which stylist you get

    Reina is the best!!! Went in for a haircut today and had reina the last time i was there. She has a great sense of detail and care for her customers. She takes time with her work and to be honest, its greatly appreciated! By far my favorite stylist and will continue to come for her to cut my hair!

    Ralencia was great!! Very personable and a very capable stylist as well. Shes one of the best I have ever had at GC. She was very conscientious about saving all the information about how I like my hair cut. She was also a pleasure to talk to and I enjoyed listening to her enthusiasm for her recent move here to FL from Ohio.

    Great clips was really good at cutting my hair...The time to wait did not take long....After trying to download a coupon none of the codes would work...So the employee said she had a coupon for me...So I stead of $19 something it was $10 bucks with taxes $12...So I believe its a great deal for the price...Also again I didnt have to wait long so that was a plus...

    The new manager is fantastic! Was fortunate to have my hair cut by her. You can tell she does a stellar job, cares, and runs an effective ship!

    Quick, prompt, and friendly. Going rate for a short cut is just about $20 (with tip) for a trim, and the prices for everything else seem reasonable enough.While I usually prefer to patronize locally owned and operated establishments for this kind of thing, if future circumstances required I visit a chain-venue my experience here was good enough to warrant another visit.My overall assessment is I have no complaints, but there was nothing particularly outstanding either.

    It took a while for me to find a good hair stylist since we moved up here to St. Augustine. I found a great hair stylist at the Great Clips on Route 16 at Murabela. Her name is Julia and she is very talented. I have gone to her several times and also had my wife and daughter here too.

    John gave me a great scizzor haircut in record time! Went mid-day & took a chance without going online first. Walked right in and sat down.Parking lot is a challenge as salon is in a strip center with publix but lot & salon are handicap accessible.

    I Didnt get my stylists name but my receipt says Megs. Shes marvelous. I dont know how to ask for the hair things I want done and she managed to translate me perfectly. I couldnt be happier or more satisfied with my service, thank you Megs!

    Karen is the absolute best stylist!!!Today, December 5, 2018 was my first time coming to this Great Clips at Mission Trace, near Publix.My hair is extremely fine and often difficult to cut in a feathered fashion, which is what I like the best, but Karen did an extremely excellent job!!!Karens shampoo job was exhilarating. Then Karen gave me the best feathered haircut I ever had. Also the place was nice and clean and Karen made wonderful conversation with me while giving me the best excellent haircut.Thank you Karen, a Blessed Christmas & New Years to you and your family.Thank you Great Clips at Mission Trace for Karen working there, shes the best!!! I will be returning often as long as Karen is there. Happy Holidays 😊

    Didnt have a long wait my stylist was very help about the hair cut I wanted . She was very helped on telling me the beat way to make it work on me. She was right. I will return to her. Thanks Fallon for being honest.

    On Saturday 7/21/18 Diani cut my son’s hair as well as mine. I highly recommend her!! She was certainly one of the best stylists that we have encountered in the area. We will absolutely be returning and requesting her. Thanks Diani!

    Took my son for a haircut while we were visiting the area. Our stylist was very friendly and did a nice job with his hair. Our wait wasnt long, and our stylist made us feel welcomed.
