    Go see Stacy! She does amazing with color and layered cuts! Made my dull multi colored horrible at home dye job hair look amazing! And they layers she put in look so good! Great experience and will be booking again! Also, the prices are pretty unbeatable compared to the other super expensive salons in the area and environment is chill.

    Went to get a perm with Pam today, I had looked all over St Augustine for someone to perm my hair. She did a great job. She was kind and patient and engaged in conversation store was clean manager was involved. This review was for the hair Cuttery in Cobblestone by Publix in St Augustine .

    Sandy at the hair cuttery in cobblestone plaza in St. Augustine is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to bar none. She did a very difficult and precise cut for me and absolutely NAILED IT!Everyone at this particular hair cuttery is phenomenal. I’ve been taking my son there for many months and he always gets exactly what he asks for. Sandy is his stylist as well.Not to mention I’ve seen how professional these people are as I’ve been there when they have had to deal with very aggressive and angry people - through no fault of any stylist there.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sandy and this hair cuttery location.

    Extremely nice staff. Very friendly and welcoming. I never got a feeling of regret upon entering because I was getting there an hour before closing as I have felt at other places. You have the convenience of making an appointment or walking in. My haircut came out great. Although my grandfather (Im 52 yo) used to have a saying, there are only 3 days between a bad haircut and a good haircut. I will most certainly return!

    My stylist was very accommodating and nice- as well as informative.When finding out my passion for coloring my own hair and interest in learning she encouraged me to go to cosmetology school ☺️ as well as gave me some great knowledge and advice on both cosmetology school and how to care for my curly hair correctly.I booked the shampoo and styling for curly hair- which ended up not being the service I received because I booked incorrectly, and she was amazing about fixing it and explaining each booking and the time slots they allot to each type. Apparently by curly they meant like type C3 and curlier. Those appointments take longer and cost more so she switched it to a regular hair cut at the end. We ended up trimming my hair after noticing it needed one, my hair was shampoos and wet styled exactly the way I asked her to do it.I left feeling confident and happy and still do. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations of this chain but the women I encountered at the salon both this time and the last time I got my hair trimmed were lovely, and the shop and equipment are all well maintained and kept clean.

    I am so happy with the job that Kelly did on my hair. She did a perfect color match and soft highlights and the cut is stylish and easy to manage. She was very professional, she listened to me, offered suggestions and feedback and everything came out perfect. I will definitely be back.     Great experience. Salon was clean. The two of us came in at 5 PM on a busy Saturday and they were able to take us both as walk ins. Savannah is great- a woman of few words and outstanding skill who cut my husbands hair to perfection. I highly recommend her! My stylist was friendly and patient with my long hair. I wish we could have preserved some more of my curls that I have curated for so long with a proper fade like we discussed, but it looks fine.

    Kristen did an amazing job on my hair!! They are only taking appointments so when I walked in she got me scheduled pretty quickly. I told her what I had in mind she gave me a quote that was pretty spot on and not to expensive. Kristen took the time to figure out how she wanted to do my hair and asked me questions along the way.. she even convinced me to dye my eyebrows (which I was kinda nervous about) and it looks so good. Overall Kristin is an amazing stylist and is my go to girl from now on.. she even does my mother and my 18 year old as well. She is great for the whole crew.

    I had my hair highlighted by Treva yesterday and OMG! Treva did such an amazing job! She listened to me… She took her time… And she worked her magic!! She has the sweetest energy! She is truly an artist, and a master at what she does! Thank you so much, Treva! It’s only been 24 hours and I have gotten so many compliments already on my hair!     I think the team at this location is amazing. They stay on top of the latest cut & color techniques. My hair care professional is Stephanie & I would recommend her to anyone.     Ali is awesome! I went in with hair that had been whacked off and cut in so many different lengths. She worked her magic on my hair. I am impressed with how my hair turned out in the end!     Just wanted to say Amanda does amazing work.. Im originally from Iowa moved here a year ago and have had my hair highlighted twice now and went home crying both times.. but today was an amazing experience. Amanda listens and knows her JOB. She even gave me something to drink and even offered to go to the store next door to help me pick a nail polish out that I liked she had on. Plus the girls working with her were friendly and helped her out at the end to get it done because I have a lot of hair. Thanks again Amanda see you in July.

    I had a great haircut several months apart from Courtney she did a wonderful job and made me look younger and more confident. They also offer hair wash and styling for $18 I will definitely return as Courtney understands how to cut my hair. My hair is very thick and needs to be cut at a high level in the back high hairline otherwise it goes into a v she understood this and was able to transform me in less than an hour thanks Courtney I definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a haircut also a nice line of hair products for sale as well

    Hair Cuttery is the only place I will go to get my hair done. Today I got my 2nd set of highlights and a cut. Sandy was phenomenal and I highly recommend requesting her when you go in. She listens to what you want, and gives the best suggestions/advice on what will look best and what is healthiest for your hair. You can immediately tell she loves her job, and takes pride in the beautiful work she does. Im so pleased with how my hair turned out today, I absolutely love it!

    Love my haircut from Susan S. I walked in yesterday, am visiting St. Augustine from Seattle for the month of January. Susan took great time to explain to me the best way to color my hair, and then gave me an excellent cut and blow-out. She took a lot of time making sure the cut was precise; this is the best haircut Ive had in years. Highly recommended!

    The most amazing experience! Susan and Jessie are by far the best. It was my sons first haircut and he was scared, the ladies kept him distracted and happy.     I just recently went to the haircuttery in cobblestone village and had my service done with a woman named Stephanie she was AHHMAZINGG! I had my highlights done and will be returning for a keratin. Best highlights I ever had! She was very knowledgeable and very nice. I felt so comfortable the whole experience.     Dianne washed and cut my hair, she does a great job and is very nice. This was my second time with her. The price is $18 for a wash and cut and if you want a blow dry. I usually get a trim and let it dry naturally.

    An absolutely warm and enlightening experience. Kaliegh rescued my over processed and severely damaged hair from many years and stylists abuse. She did my highlights and trim with care explaining everything slowly and carefully along the way. It was the first time heat wasnt used in my processing ever and she only trimmed exactly what she said she was, NO more then that. I learned so much about the salon and how the company teaches ongoing classes as refreshers and fun for all their top level stylists. It was a great experience Im so happy to have trusted many great recommendations. Kaliegh, Stephanie and the other stylists are amazing and will take their time doing magic for you too!!

    Autum is incredible she always cuts and styles my hair. GREAT JOB!!!!!!On the other hand Angela I guess a stylist. While I was getting my hair cut this very unprofessional woman Angela decided that is was a good idea to pop zits in the mirror for everyone to see. When you thought she may be finished popping her zits she immediately went to the register she was doing something.Oh did I mention she DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. Then decided she didnt get all of that pimple she sat down and started picking at it again. Than began complaining to another stylist that she must have gone into her locker an took her long apron in front of customers.Angela you are very unprofessional and need many lessons in customer service and A MUST HYGIENE THIS TIME PAY ATTENTION
