    When you move to a new place its so important to find your people and your places. I am beyond thrilled to have found Kathy and Le Petit Salon!My hair looks better than in has in a long time, and thats including many years at high-end salons in the city we moved from.Her color is absolutely perfect! The tone, the balance of natural and applied color...Kathy is an true expert. My hair has been thinning and its been difficult to find a cut that makes me feel good. Here again, she gets whats happening and knows how to work with it. Her cuts brings out the best in my hair!If youre new in town looking for a salon, or thinking of switching, dont wait. Make an appointment. Youll be so happy you did!

    Ive never had my hair styled like this before. Its now been about 10 hours since i left the salon, and after walking in the rain, working with my tools, playing with the dog, running my fingers through my hair, etc, my hair looks the same as when I left the salon. And she didnt put any spray on my hair, only a conditioner. The shape is holding due to her great talent in cutting my hair correctly. Previously Ive always gotten my hair cut in a high end Silicon Valley Ca. or San Francisco salon, where I used to live. And still, nothing compares to my experience today.Well, its now been about 4 weeks since my haircut and my hair still looks perfect. This is unbelievable! I thought I would be back there by now for a trim or something, but nope, my hair still looks great. Thanks a lot, Cathy.

    I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair colored and cut by Kawtar and I couldnt be happier with the results!She took the time to listen to my concerns, and then weighed in with expert advice on the best approach for me for the visit and moving forward.     This salon is a gem in historic St Augustine! Kathy, the owner, has colored and cut my hair and has done a fantastic job. We are new to St Augustine and she was recommended by my husband’s former stylist and we are both very happy with her!

    I was in town for a wedding and decided to get an updo, and I picked Le petit salon because it was in walking distance of my hotel. Kathy was warm and welcoming, and her service far exceeded my expectations! I’ve had updos in the past and never end up liking them, but I showed Kathy a few pictures of what I wanted and she brought my vision to life! She took such care to make sure that it was perfect and that not a single hair was out of place, and I really appreciated that. The salon is such a cute little space, and extremely clean. I wish I lived in St Augustine so that I could go back! Go and see Kathy for any of your hair care needs, you won’t regret it!

    My hair was looking dreadful I hadn’t seen a stylist in many years I’ve been doing my hair by myself for the longest and I had clearly done damage to the max but in Le petit Kathy did wonders. As you can see my hair looks fantastic and alive. I am definitely returning and never doing my hair by myself again.

    This is such a great salon! The one-on-one experience is a nice change for me and the salon itself is welcoming and comfortable. The wash and cut were perfect, I couldnt have been happier with the results, wish I woulda took before and after pics. The stylist is very talented and friendly, I love that she gave her opinion on my cut and made it look stunning. I will definitely return.

    Full transparency review:I scheduled a bridal styling appointment for my beach wedding and I was blown away! Price- $100 before tip, time to style my long hair- 1 hr, lasting effects- ALL day and night (even with the crazy wind on the beach)! I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the salon, the kindness I was treated with, and the friendliness of the salon owner. I would 100% recommend anyone to get their bridal hair done here!! I received so many compliments and my MIL was so impressed with how my hair withstood the wind on the beach. If you are a bride looking to get your hair done- look no further and book here ASAP!!!!❤️

    A GEM!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I really can’t recommend Kawtar and Le Petit Salon enough. I came for an extreme color correction and she not only exceeded my expectations, but gave me the best hair cut and color ever. She performed a hair MIRACLE.The cherry on top is the ambience, vibe, quality (cruelty free/vegan!) products, and affordability.I’m very grateful to have found this place and highly recommend it. Kawtar is a true artist.

    I was thrilled when I left the salon. My color and cut were exactly what I was hoping for. And there isn’t a more personable and professional stylist than Kathy. Now when I winter in St Augustine I’m not worried about having my hair done. In fact, I look forward to it.And a beautiful salon too!

    What a delightful place we found by chance! We were visiting St. Augustine a couple of weeks ago for my birthday and my wife overheard a conversation over dinner by the couple dining next to us. The server was asking where the patron had gotten her haircut and she stated she was from out of town and this salon was right by her hotel, she saw it from her balcony. As we were leaving the restaurant, my wife asked for the name of the salon and stylist. We drove by the salon and met the Stylist/Owner Kathy, told her the story. My wife was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating she was. She was booked for the day(We understand why now!) but said she would try to fit my wife in at the end of the day since we were leaving the next day.Lets just say, my wife LOVED her new haircut and has received many compliments since our return home. Three weeks later she still looks great! My wife loved Kathy because she actually listened to her complaints about her hair and not being able to get the right hairstyle with her baby fine thinning hair. Kathy is beautiful person with an awesome talent. Like many of the tourist sites, her salon Le Petit is a place you shouldnt miss if you are in need of salon services!!

    Le Petit was such a wonderful experience! The salon atmosphere is warm and inviting, and so classy! Kathy is extremely talented with hair and provides great one on one attention with her appointments. I had a cut and highlight done and coulnt be happier with the results! I also bought several of the hair care products she has available and they are fantastic for color treated hair! 10/10

    Kathy saved the day! While having a great vacation in St Augustine I spent a little too much time in the pool and in the sun and my highlights turned yellow/orange - not a good look! I called Kathy and she very kindly fit me in at very short notice to sort out my brassy head. The salon is very stylish and clean, I would highly recommend. Thanks Kathy, youre a star 🌟

    I was the first customer in Le Petit Salon. Cathy is warm and inviting and makes you feel comfortable. I hadn’t had a haircut in nearly a year due to Covid... i told her to do whatever she wanted. My haircut was amazing as was the scalp massage given at the time of the wash. I have received so many compliments on my hair and I feel great about it.Le Petit is my new Salon, I will be a loyal customer! Go see Cathy, you won’t regret it.

    Best hair salon in St. Augustine. This lovely salon offers a true personal experience and I love my hair every time. I’ve been here for haircuts and a wedding updo. I received so many compliments on my hair. Beautiful.

    I’ve wanted to have my hair bleached white since I was 10 years old and I just turned 20 in April. I feel like a completely different person with my hair now and it makes me so happy I want to cry good tears. The beautiful lady that colored my hair was an angel from Heaven. The conversations we shared, the royal treatment, the gorgeous aesthetic of her salon, and everything in between; it was perfect and now she has a client she will never loose. I’m so happy with my hair and I wouldn’t recommend anyone for hair other than her. This salon is both a home for her clients and a professional hair salon. If you go anywhere for a haircut, go here 100% X 10,000.

    Never have I left this chair upset. The salon is so cute and cozy, and Kathy makes you comfortable and really goes into depth on what she is going to do before she does it. My blonde is always perfect, I 100/10 recommended!

    After a failed DIY highlighting attempt, a beloved member of the fitness studio I coach at, invited me into her salon to fix up the poorly done highlight job I accomplished! After setting up an appointment THAT SAME DAY, I entered Kathy’s salon and was in complete awe! The professionalism and aesthetics of the interior design immediately gave me the impression that I was in the hands of a PRO! As I watched her effortlessly highlight and foil my hair anticipation grew larger! She treated, styled, and turned my DIY mess into a work of art! This woman’s craft is a must book to experience!
