While I was visiting Jacksonville a month ago, found this place by randomly searching online since I was in a much needed hair cut and treatment and Im SO GLAD to have found this location because not only did I leave with one of the best hair cuts and with my hair feeling incredibly soft, but the staff are some of the sweetest and attentive ever! Felt so relaxing to have my hair cut and washed, I even came back a second time for a blowout! I had the pleasure of Victoria working on my hair and she was the best!!

I got my hair and makeup done for a wedding by Alondra, and she did such an incredible job! I wasn’t even planning on doing my makeup at first, but when she said she could, I jumped on it, better her than me! She worked with the makeup I already had, and the result was stunning. She did a partial highlight that looks so natural and it’s been a couple of weeks since the service and it’s growing out super well (looks very natural still)! I also made the somewhat odd request to have her do a couple of the foils on the underneath sections of my hair because I often wear my hair up, and it looks great!

Taylor is amazing! I’ve lived in 4 different states over the last 15 years and she’s the only stylist that has not only listened to what I wanted, but actually made it happen! I’ve seen her twice, and both times she absolutely NAILED it. My color is gorgeous, and my cut is perfect. I trust her completely and I know that if I ask her to do something that won’t suit me, she’ll give me her honest opinion! I finally feel like I can go to the hairdresser and enjoy the experience rather than being apprehensive!

All the positive reviews about this hair salon are absolutely true. From the moment I walked in I was treated very professionally. I first chose a consultation with Victoria to discuss highlighting with bleach and foils technique. Im from Michigan and winter in St Augustine so I wasnt familiar with any hair salons here but I had about 3 of dark roots growing out and needed it to be highlighted. I was very nervous about going to a new hairstylist but I trusted my gut instinct about Victoria and went ahead and booked an appointment. Im so glad I did my hair came out fantastic. The blonde highlights in the root area were perfect, the most important part of the hair to me was the front area around the face which is called the money piece she executed it perfectly! ( as soon as I figure out how to post a photo I will) no matter how many other times I explained to a hair stylist how important that front piece is they never get it right, Victoria aced it. Not only that but she fixed the other off color areas of my hair - I had a lot of brassy/orangey pieces from other hair stylists not letting it process enough, she fixed all that. When she was working on my hair she focused on every single foil, she just didnt go through the motions quickly, every foil counted. I was never rushed through the process, she waited till the last foil had developed to the proper level. I wish I had someone just like her in Michigan. So if youre looking for a new hair stylist and kind of nervous because maybe youve had bad experiences with other hair stylists, do not hesitate to go with her. I took a chance and Im glad I did. all the reviews about her skill are spot on.

I just moved here from Canada and I’ve been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. I’m glad I found this salon!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this salon! I noticed the salon while I was in the plaza at another store, and decided to call them on a whim. I asked for a gloss, haircut, deep conditioning treatment, and blowout. I was expecting to not be able to get an appointment for at least a few weeks, but they were able to get me in 2 days later! The staff were all very friendly and kind. Destiny did my gloss and Victoria did everything else. I am so impressed with the results! I almost started crying when I saw my hair after it was all done because it looked so good. Thank you so much to Mademoiselle Hair Salon for the absolutely incredible experience! My hair looks and feels like a million bucks!

I had the best experience here! Everyone in the salon is friendly and attentive. Since I needed a serious correction, my stylist had me come in for a consultation before my appointment to go over what exactly needed to be done. Victoria explained everything she was planning and gave me an estimate. She went above and beyond my expectations, paying extremely close attention to every detail. So happy that I have found this place and gave it a chance! I had to go somewhere they would take care of someone else’s mistake. Kelly was very helpful, attentive and met my expectations. She definitely did her job well, without me telling her how to do her job. My hair actually took color in, and it was the brand that I been told that it doesn’t come in permanent option. I actually had it sit on my hair for a fair amount of time (45 minutes) . And everything was covered evenly from the back to the front. Thank you guys I will definitely from now on do all my hair business with you. I trust you enough!

I have a very sensitive scalp and going to have my hair done is usually not a good experience for me. Until Ive booked my visit to Mademoiselle! It was the first time I have experienced so much joy just going to a salon! The list is long: the music, the atmosphere, the decoration, the services, the cleanness of the place! I should stress how light Victorias hands were while washing my hair! The cut and the colors exceeded my expectations and I guess that is due to the fact that Victoria takes her time listening to what we really want (and what we dont!). Not to mention the coffee and the talk! My afternoon was well spent and I left the salon rejuvenated and revigorated! I will surely go back for more!!!

Amazing salon! Victoria does an incredible job. My hair was beyond damaged from color change (red to natural blonde) and switching stylists. She gave me a thorough consultation and her (very chic) opinion, and I couldn’t be happier. I love the way my natural dark blonde looks now that she did a “reverse” balayage and a cut that makes my straight, low maintenance hair lay perfectly. My hair looks better than it ever has color, cut, and condition-wise. Highly recommend! 💖

Clean & beautiful atmosphere, delicious complimentary coffee, and relaxing bossa nova music. Not a regular but have come here on several occasions over the last year with about three different stylist they have on their team. I have had no bad experiences. Across the team they are very easy to work with, answer any questions, and classy hospitality. Compared to a regular greatclips or standard salon the difference in quality of service and experience is stark and worth the price. (small bonus detail: if you are also short in size they placed leg rests at each of their wash chairs that make the process very comfortable)

So happy with this salon! Thick and curly hair is always intimidating to get styled at a new place, I’ve been to this salon 3 times for hair and once for a massage. I can’t say enough great things! Taking care of my hair has never felt so effortless after going to them, Khrystyn and Victoria both made me feel so comfortable in their chairs and it’s so comforting to be at a place that does more than straight hair or blondes. The massage took away my sciatic pain for a couple of days and Andreia is so kind and personable. I can’t help but smile every time I go in, it’s a great atmosphere with great people working for them.

Mademoiselle is the best salon in Jacksonville! The entire place is incredible and inspires the Brazilian beauty. I’d definitely recommend this and I am surely coming back again :)

I am happy to get my hair done from them.I went there to buy some product but they suggested me to take a service .I agreed on it and everyone was so friendly and accommodating.The salon is so well organized and clean.Keli was my stylist she really took great care of me .My hair feels so smooth and silky.I will be definitely come back to them.
