    I wish I could give Theresa 10 stars! I was visiting the area from Canada and was in desperate need of a cut, colour and highlights. It’s always a little nerve wracking going to someone new, but I couldn’t be happier with the amazing results🤗. Theresa not only fit me in to a very busy schedule, she absolutely nailed it for my colour and highlights, along with a great cut! So natural and flattering for my skin tone. I love it! The only down side of my experience is that I live 2000 miles away, because otherwise, Theresa would be my only go-to for my hair!

    Savanah did an AMAZING job on my hair. She got exactly what i imagined on point!! JW has an amazing atmosphere as well. Everyone is very nice and i will 100% be coming back to see Savanah especially. The before and after was crazy!!

    I have been going to Teresa Hunt for nearly a year now and absolutely LOVE HER!! ❤️ She is both professional and personal and was put on this earth to do hair! Not only is she Spot On with highlights, she is knowledgeable, warm, caring and has a great sense of humor... l feel so comfortable with Teresa and get compliments on my hair everywhere l go!! I will Never Go anywhere else!!

    I have gotten my haircut from Emmalee twice now. She is so welcoming and kind! She is especially adaptable to what you want done. She’s doing a lot of work with razor recently and she did such an amazing job with my hair. I highly recommend :)

    I had an appointment with Emmalee this past week. She was such a delight! I came from a different salon and needed my roots touched up. I obviously did not know what they had used previously. It didn’t matter, though! She matched my hair perfectly and even put a nice finished gloss on it. I had the best time laughing and making jokes with her. I’ll be back for another trim touch up!

    I had an appointment with Emmalee Forrester today. I wanted to start the process of getting back to blonde and eventually put in some vivid colors. So we discussed doing a bunch of highlights to start the process. I am beside myself how it turned out in just one session. I LOVE IT!!!! She was awesome in every aspect! The cut, the color, the whole process was excellent! Super professional and talented! 10/10 I Will be coming back!

    I needed a haircut while were spending the winter in the area and selected JW salon based on the location and the great reviews. Im so happy I did. It was such a positive experience from start to finish! The salon is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Wade was my stylist and he is great! He listened to me and I love the cut. Everyone there seems very nice and the price was reasonable. I will return for my hair needs when in the area again!

    Wade did a super job styling my hair. I have been looking for a long time for someone who could cut my hair to compliment my curl. An easy wash and go style when needed as I spend a lot of time in the water and want it to lookGood when drying naturally. He did exactly what I needed.The style is also good for when I do have time to fuss.Thank you so much Wade !!!

    After hearing my mother rave about her visits to JW Salon and her stylist Maria, I decided to give them a try. Maria was able to conveniently fit me in on the same day as my Mom’s next appointment and I could not be happier with her services. She offered great advice on the best hair style for me as I was looking to try something different and really took her time to get it right. Absolutely love my new haircut and will be seeing Maria again! 100% recommend!

    One would think that when you are at the JW Salon that you need to have JW style your hair. The truth is that Joe Williams hires the best and the most diverse stylists in the business. The allows customers to tag up with the stylist that clicks with them. When I am in the chair. I love catching up with owner Joe Williams. Learning about his family and his walk through life. I recommend his place to all my friends.

    I recently moved to St. Augustine and am thrilled with JW Salon. It has a friendly, chill vibe and I feel like they respect the customer’s time. Huge shoutout to Wade Lee for listening to what I wanted and executing it flawlessly. I got color, highlights and a cut and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!!!!

    I recently scheduled an appt with Maria at The JW salon after searching the internet for a stylist who knows how to cut and color curly hair. She had great reviews so I gave it a shot. I was very nervous because I have gone to the same person for 12 years. When I walked in I loved the atmosphere immediately. Maria greeted me and was so kind. I told her what I liked and what I was looking for and she went to work. I couldn’t be happier!! She did phenomenal!! I will definitely be going back and will be bringing my daughter to see her as well as she also has curly hair.

    Wade Lee is an amazing stylist! My best cuts and fabulous color have come from him. I would recommend him to everyone. Not only is he great with hair, he’s a fantastic person. Make an appointment, you won’t be disappointed. (I haven’t seen Wade at this location, as he moved from my city. My loss is your gain.)

    Yesterday, I had the pleasure of receiving a haircut and color and my husband received a great haircut from Wade at the JW Salon. Weve lived in Saint Augustine for almost 5 years and have had a hard time finding someone to cut layers that fall nicely in my hair. Wade was incredibly professional and sweet. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. Also, loved our conversation about Florida gardening. Thanks Wade, my husband and I will be back soon.

    I have been coloring my hair for several years. Maria has not only surpassed my expectations, but my husband commented that she is the first stylist to ever color my hair where it looks completely natural. She is awesome. JW has a wonderful staff, great environment and they are real. Very professional in its approach yet a relaxing and fun place to visit. Bravo!!

    Maria Wright is an amazing stylist. She truly listens. She did an amazing job cutting my very curly hair. It’s now shaped so that it lays better and has the curl definition I was looking for. The salon is very friendly. I drive an hour and 46 min to have Maria cut my hair she is fantastic at cutting curly hair.

    Teresa is a fantastic stylist. Over the years she has walked me through every change from coloring to taking me to my natural color so I could stop coloring, to teaching me to wear my hair straight or curled. She gives me support with products as well as just knowing what hair dryer to buy! I’ve received so many compliments in each stage! She is truly a wonder!

    I went to Wade Lee for a haircut a few months back &then for a full foil & silver highlights today. He did such a beautiful job. Hes very attentive and such a wonderful guy. I am absolutely in love with my hair right now! I would recommend him 100%!! Thank you Wade!

    Having recently moved to St. Augustine, I’d been procrastinating about getting my hair cut. Finding a new stylist after a move always gives me pause! The JW Salon is near my house, and its reviews were good, so I decided to make an appointment. The person answering the phone indicated that Wade had a cancellation and could fit me in that evening. I seized the opportunity, and am so glad I did.Wade made some suggestions for my cut, and he did a lovely job with the cut and with the blow dry. I’ve found my new haircare home in STA :-)

    Wade is ahhhmazing! He did my hair and make up for my wedding and made it the most special experience ever. The care and details he put into making me look and feel beautiful is the mark of a true professional. He is creative, innovative and just a really great person to know.     Maria is absolutely wonderful! I have 3a curly hair and got my first Ouidad cut with her. My only regret is waiting so long to do it. With my natural curls I used to dread getting hair cuts because it was such a gamble how it would turn out, and rarely was it good. Maria’s cuts are predictably perfect and she uses curly girl approved products. The salon is clean and organized. Highly recommend!

    I am thrilled! A little over 3 years ago I cut off 10 years of dreadlocks and it had been a constant search (multiple salons and stylists) to find a style that felt right until I found my hair-hero in Maria!     I wondered what the JW stood for when a friend suggested a great stylist, Heather, at the JW Salon and I have concluded it is for Just Wonderful.I’m new to St Augustine area and felt welcomed by Heather and the staff.I loved the neo-rustic decor, great songs (we sang along to Benny and the Jets) and large, beautiful mirrors at each salon station.I asked Heather for bright and fiery hair and to surprise me with the style. She creatively wove yellow and red into an orange base and the result is a radiant array of flames. I’m very happy and highly recommend Heather.

    I have had my hair cut and colored by Wade Lee for years... JW clients are so fortunate to have a stylist of Wade’s level and experience join their team. From cutting my curls, coloring and highlighting and giving me a killer blowout ... I’m not sure I can live without him. May need to book a flight from NYC❤️

    Teresa has cut and colored my hair for a few years now. I have people, who are strangers, ask where I go. The compliments are lovely for me. The credit goes to Teresa. The staff and atmosphere are very nice at JQ Salon, as well.

    As someone with curly hair, its very difficult to find a stylist who can work with that. I was very fortunate to stumble across this salon and Maria, who has consistently worked magic into my frizzy mane every time I come in. Shes got such a wonderful and bubbly personality to boot, and is more than happy to provide advice on curly hair care. Would absolutely recommend!

    Love the atmosphere, the prices wont break your bank, and customer service is always great! Joe is the only person that can cut my fiances goofy hair, and Sommer is the only person that knows how to cut my unruly head of hair! All of them are artists and great at what they do! Never will I go to another salon again.

    If youre looking for a stylist who is great with curly hair, ask for Maria! She is the best Ouidad certified stylist in town, as far as Im concerned. The salon itself has a casual, cozy ambiance. I immediately felt welcome & comfortable. Prices are fair. Highly recommended!!!

    Sommer is my stylist and has been for years. I follow her wherever she goes. JW Salon is a cute, comfortable and clean atmosphere. Love it! Also, my whole family gets their hair done at JW, most with Sommer. My mom, dad, husband, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece, etc!

    Thina George has recently started doing nails at this salon. She had been at Royal Nails, and when it closed (fire damage) I lost track of her. Thank goodness she found me on Facebook and reached out!Thina is truly one of the best manicurists Ive had in my 20+ years of getting my nails done! She is professional, gentle, creative, and smart, and I completely recommend her and her colleague, Lan (whom I have also used), to anyone looking for a fantastic mani/pedi!I have not used the hair services at this salon, but its a really attractive space and the hair specialists seem very professional.
