    First 2 pics are before and the 3rd is afterEmily did an amazing job perming my hair, I was super nervous because I’ve had such bad experiences here in Florida with my hair.I’m mixed and my hair is too lol my hair is rough but thin and it’s curly but not the curls I use to have when I was younger.I showed her a picture of how I wear my hair when I have my sister perm it up north and she did the exact match. It love it !!! Emily is super nice too she’s really kind and made me feel comfortable over the phone and in person. I definitely found my new hair dresser xoxoxo

    Steph was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed her thoroughness to listen to our needs and she executed our haircuts with cheerfulness and experience. She met each of my kids’ needs for sensory issues during the shampoo and cutting. We liked her immensely!

    DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They welcome walk-ins, but only until you walk-in...You can see in my picture, I DO NOT have a complicated haircut. When I walked into this establishment about a month ago, there were 2 women literally sitting in their chairs talking as I backed my car into the parking space adjacent to their front door. When I got out my car and began walking towards the door, BOTH women get up, one heads to the back and the other to the register. I opened the door and walked inside at approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes PRIOR to closing on a Sunday to be told, Sorry sir, were closing and dont have enough time today. I looked at my watch to double check, but she says, Yeah I already closed out the register. Typically, I wouldnt of allowed this person to insult my intelligence and I would have explained to her what I just saw, but she clearly didnt want to make a $10 tip, so I simply said, Alright. Ill go somewhere else.Fast forward, approximately a month later to yesterday. On Saturday, 16-March-2024 at approximately 1700 I walked into this establishment again because they close at 2000. As Im walking inside, I observed 2 women cutting hair, 1 cashing out a customer at the register, 2 people sitting down (couple; man and woman) to the left, and a guy to the right looking at hair products. When I opened the door, the lady at the register locked eyes with me and gives me a stupid look as if Im somehow a problem for needing a haircut. She doesnt even say anything to me and she looks back to the lady cutting hair at the first chair. That lady looks at me and asks me if I have an appointment. When I said no, she told me they wouldnt have enough time to cut my hair today and that I would have to make an appointment. 3 hours and you wont have enough time to cut? I laughed and told her yeah dont count on it and I left.Thats when I looked on Google Maps and decided to head to Big City Barbers. By the time I made it there, they were scheduled to close in approx 35 minutes. Naturally, I was skeptical about even getting a haircut now, but to my surprise when I walked in, Julio said it wouldnt be an issue, even if they went past the closing time. Julio cut my hair, edged me, and hit my eyebrows, and was completely hooked me up. So I now have my new barber and I put his card below for you to reach out to him yourself.

    Yesterday I was seen by cici, I was getting done black on top and platinum in the bottom. I was kinda skeptical about it because I though it wouldn’t come out light because of my black hair. She was knowledgeable, very sweet, and patient. It came out just like I shown her in the picture, and the results came out amazing. I would really recommend this place.

    Everyone here is so kind when I come in for regular shampoos, knowing I cannot use my shoulder. Nancy always does my color and cut. She has it designed exactly how I want. White hair was growing out of a scar on one side. I don’t mind letting the salt and pepper grow in but that area just looked crazy. Nancy found a color to match my semi perm brown that’s fading. She foils in low-lights at my crown, especially where that scar is. That gives it an even streaked look like the rest of it. She also makes sure I have the right treatments and leave-ins to take care of my curls & frizz. Nancy has helped me grow back from the bad haircuts and listens to how I want the sides angled. She is sweet and I have come to consider her a friend. Last 2 pics are before.

    After taking some damage from other salons, I decided to go to this location to cut out as much of it as possible. I was not disappointed! Trina did a fabulous job and was able to cut out most of the brittle and fried hair. She even gave great recommendations for my hair thinning and the overall dryness. Can’t wait to go back for a trim to show her my hair health progress!

    Went in last night to do a very different color from what I originally had, and I was so happy with the outcome. My stylist was Trina, and she was awesome! Sparked great conversation and made me laugh my butt off, definitely made the 5 hours of doing my hair enjoyable! Plus she recommended a great product to help bring back the moisture in my hair! I will DEFINITELY be going back to see her again! I highly recommend her y’all.

    Got my haircut today with Martha and what can I say other than what a fabulous experience!! Martha along with the rest of the employees were amazing so friendly and great at their jobs made my experience so easy and comfortable!! I don’t think 5 stars is enough and I will definitely be back!!

    Always a great experience. All of the staff are pleasant and great at what they do. Very clean and nice salon. My son loves to see Ovril and she always does a great job on his cut. He loves the great conversation and fun banter during the cut and always leaves there with a smile on his face and a great looking cut. He’s never crazy about getting his hair cut, but since Ovril started cutting his hair he doesn’t mind so much. I don’t get my hair cut very often but I decided to get a big chop recently. I’m not exaggerating when I say this, but this was the best haircut I’ve ever received. I have 2c thick hair and it’s challenging getting a cut that’s just perfect for my curls. I feel and look great thanks to Ovril. Sadly we’re moving soon but I’m very seriously considering timing our visits back to the area around our haircut needs!

    Christine is amazing !! My daughter got full highlights today, and she did such a fantastic job, it left us speechless! She got the color that my daughter has been wanting and we are so happy! Christine takes her time so it turns out perfect!! She did beautiful highlights, and also cut and styled my daughters hair, and she even straightened it when she was done! My teenage daughter is so happy with how it turned out, we will never go to anyone else! She also cut and styled my hair while we were there, and I absolutely love it! Best stylist ever!     Christine is the best! I’ve been having her do my hair for the last 4, almost 5 years! I now live in NC and still travel to her because I refuse to go to anyone else! She’s so sweet and straight forward when going over what it is you want. When coloring, she makes sure your hair is protected, takes her time & gets it as close to perfect as she can. I’ve done platinum, purple/lavender, metallic silver and deep grey/silver and I love it every single time!If you’re looking for a simple cut & style or color, 10/10 I would recommend you go to her every time!!

    Kristin has been my stylists for over 5 yrs and she is absolutely amazing! When she told me she moved to Hair Cuttery ST. Cloud I didn’t hesitate to make to over an hr drive to go to her. I was a little nervous as I never have experienced this Hair Cuttery before but for a experienced stylists it is worth it.The reason why I like her is because she listens to me, askes questions, gives great hair advice, and always make sure I am happy . She even goes out of her way to show me products that could help my hair in between my appointments.While I was there I also had the opportunity to meet Stephanie the manager. She was super sweet. I own a business and I noticed she was awesome at what she does. I could tell this is a high traffic salon but it did not feel like it as everyone was cool calm and collected the whole time. It was also very clean.For my first visit at this Salon, I was there for a cut, highlight, and treatment. I love the final result! Over the 2 hours I was there it was a great experience. I really enjoyed the holiday music, many laughs and happy faces throughout the salon. I can’t wait to go back!!!

    Update: I filled out the survey from my receipt and was contacted by Martha the store manager within 2 days. I explained what happened in full detail. I am changing my stars based on my experience with the resolution, as she is very customer driven and wants the best for all clients. I am happy with the resolution and will be back to book with the stylist I have had before, as well as Martha. Thank you for turning my nightmare into a positiveI moved to St Cloud 2 years ago and I have been using this Hair Cuttery since. I have never had issues ever. I booked an appointment online for a SPIRAL perm. I arrived and for some reason the person I selected got changed, but I figured it would be ok. My spiral perm is not a spiral. The stylist kept telling me she knew what she was doing, dont worry!! I should have worried. I was charged for long hair when my hair is to my shoulders. Needless to say I could not wait to get out of there and not leave my house after. I have had perms as a teen and never had issues. I showed pictures and she told me dont worry, I dont need thise, I know what Im doing as I do a perm once a week. My hair was cut AFTER my perm, basically cutting all the curls off. You could see some of the other stylists and customers looking at me, seeing the disappointment on my face. Basically money spent for a perm I didnt want. I asked for a spiral

    Christine is AWESOME! She is collaborative which I like. Shes honest and will tell you the truth about what will/ wont work. Not only do I use her, but I have her do my daughters hair as well.     Christine is the best!! Can you say that you can give free reign to your stylist? I can! I will follow her to any shop she goes, even if it is out of town. No one else touches my hair except for her! She is professional, courteous, and an all round talented stylist. I would highly recommend Christine. Note: book ahead of time, yep, she is that good!

    Christine is one of the best stylist I have ever had!! I have very thick, curly/wavy, corse, frizzy hair and she has always known how to cut and style my hair perfectly.     Ultimately came here to get my hair styled for a date, I desperately needed a blow out and some curls. I had the pleasure of getting Eve as my stylist, she’s very sweet, professional and had me looking gorgeous all day. I would recommend coming here and requesting her personally solely based off how professional and talented she is ! Can’t wait to come back.

    Nancy is fantastic! She has been doing my hair for awhile now. The color (blonde) turns out amazing everytime. Before finding her, many stylists have burnt my scalp. Nancy has NEVER burnt me. She really listens to what you want and is very professional. The shop is very clean and everyone seems nice. I highly recommend you go see her!

    This may sound strange but today I did something by myself that I haven’t done before. I went to the hair salon to get my hair cut. I know what you’re thinking… BIG DEAL! When you’re in a wheelchair, these simple tasks are a BIG DEAL. I can’t get into the salon chair because the transfer from my wheelchair to the salon chair is too high and I have always had my husband go with me. Today, he just wasn’t available, and I really wanted to make my hair appointment. Luckily, I had a great hairstylist who was willing to bend down and reach to cut my hair. This was a great challenge and yes I succeeded. Thanks to Hair Cuttery and the artistic stylist Amanda!

    Christine has been cutting my hair for 3+ years. I have a LOT of hair and when my last stylist retired I was at a loss, but a friend recommended Christine and I wouldnt trust anyone else but her to lighten and highlight my hair, something I have NEVER been brave enough to do!! If you’re looking to dye your hair, highlights, color correction, or a simple cut & style, SHE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!I’ve been her client for a little over 3 years now & do not see myself going to anyone else anytime soon! When I met her she was at another location & when she moved here, I followed with! Obviously I follow her for a reason😉I started platinum & went silver. She made my vision come to reality giving me what I wanted. She listens & uses all the right products to protect & keep your hair beautiful and healthy.This past Saturday she turned me from my lovely metallic silver to a pretty violet & I couldn’t be happier!     Christine at Hair Cuttery is the only person who cuts my families hair. I have followed her from three different locations and will continue to do so. My daughter has said how much she loves her and how well she speaks and supports her. Emotionally she speaks extremely nicely to my Mother who can be difficult and has made sure to keep her happy. If you are looking for a fantastic haircut, whether sex or age, pick her!!!

    Trina did a great job on my haircut. I have visited The Cuttery twice with an appointment both times. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with overbooking because running late seems to be the norm. I will continue to wait patiently because the haircut was that good.

    Just had a great experience with Virginia. She had to fix up a mistake from another salon. She also helped me figure out what I needed next time I get a cut based on walking me through what I was getting done. Keep in mind its not cheap($30+) unless you just get a basic shampoo and cut and you will be there for 30 mins or more. However, I felt the extra time allows for better communication of what you want and getting it done right.
