    Absolutely loved my experience with Chetna! After a horrible threading experience elsewhere, I was nervous to try again—but she completely changed that for me. Her gentle approach and skill made me feel so comfortable and confident. Hands down, I’m a customer for life! And the facial? Pure heaven—so peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I needed.     Oh my goodness, I just had my eyebrows threaded and I have to say the reviews are true. I was a walk in and swear took less than 5 minutes and only $12. The lady was very sweet and soft spoken but she has super mad skills because my brows were way overgrown and now look fabulous! Thank you so much!!!

    I came in for a threading and I had Chetana. She’s amazing! Very kind, and very light handed on the threading. The place is very nice. Highly recommend this business and the lovely Chetana.

    I came here for the first time and the staff was so kind. Got my nails exactly like the photo I showed! Was a great experience will most definitely be coming back!! I got my nails done by channa will definitely do it again!

    Chetna is soo nice and sweet. I was so tensed bcoz my eyebrows were messed up at some other salon but then Chetna made my day with her skills. Also, I went there after their closing time but then also she helped me and stayed till late for me. I felt soo relaxed when I saw my eyebrows after, she did a great job. Thank you soo much Chetna. I really appreciate.

    We’re new to the state so finding a good eyebrow threading place was a little nerve wrecking. Sushila’s Beauty Care though, made our eyebrows look so good! They listened to how we wanted our eyebrows to be shaped and were extremely kind. We will be going back!

    I have been going to Sushila’s beauty care for about 7+ years. I only get 1 hour facial’s performed ONLY by Sushila herself. She is always very polite and professional! I constantly get compliments about my skin😊. She has always taken excellent care of my facial needs.     I have been to Sushilas for eyebrow threading and a facial. The pricing is very reasonable and in my experience all employees have been very kind, patient, and have done excellent work. Sushila herself is friendly and informative. I am happy with my results and I will be returning and recommending to friends!

    When I came to Jacksonville 4 years ago, I googled “best eyebrows threading” and found Sushila’s. They are the best. I used to go to the Baymeadows location, but since they’ve opened this place only 5 minutes from my house, I’ve been coming there to get my brows and upper lips threaded. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes, even when the salon is busy. I have thick brows and always try to remember them to just “clean up” and they do an excellent job. The salon is clean and cozy. I always feel welcomed there. For the best experience: ask for Sushila and you can’t go wrong.

    I had my threading at the St. John’s location last week. Everyone is very cordial and has impeccable attention to details. Great service and Chetna is best at her work! She listened to my special needs for threading and took take care of it.

    I love coming here to get my brows threaded. If you have sensitive skin, threading is the way to go. Everyone who works here takes their time and has impeccable attention to detail. Ive struggled for years to get my brows on track and ever since I started coming here, I get complements. I was recently in and they took the time with me to teach me how to use a brow wax powder combo, to me that was above and beyond service. If I could give Sushilas more than 5 stars, I would.

    Had a great experience when we discovered this gem after having brunch next door at Grumpys. Went for threading with my sister. It was my first threading experience, and I was very pleased with the results. Joopa was fantastic! Great job on the eyebrows and facial. All around excellent products and services make you look and feel your best. I look forward to visiting again when I travel to the area.
