    Juanis and Judie are more than professional stylists; they are literally hair artists. I started going to the Beauty Cafe Hairsalon just a few months ago; I wont go anywhere else again! Judie worked her magic on my hair and I was more than pleased. I have never received more compliments from my husband of 23 years, my friends, neighbors, and family before. As Im getting my hair done, I like to watch Juanis do her amazing styling on her clients too. I highly, highly recommend this incredible salon.

    ALL THE REVIEWS ARE RIGHT! This place is fantastic! The owner Jaunice and I think our stylist was Tanya (I apologize I can’t remember the name) were both very knowledgeable, extremely Friendly and professional! It has a Clean and trendy set up. I took my daughter for full highlights and haircut and I did haircut. Not only do they massage your scalp when they wash your hair but our stylist works quickly and listens and does exactly what you request. We both have long hair, and we wanted to keep our length, but also cut some of our dead ends off. Not only did she only cut very little (the minimum) just like we asked, but our hair felt so much better. It looked great on both of us and my daughter loved her highlights. I chose this place based on others reviews and pictures and it is 100% accurate and true this place really is wonderful!

    This salon is immaculate and beautiful in every way, including the talented, conscientious stylist, Judy. I had a root touch up and pixie hair cut. Judy was meticulous with both services. After what I thought was only a week later, I requested a touch up on the back as it was a little too long for me to manage. Not only did Judy do the touch up, she actually gave me a complete haircut and blow dry. After checking my calendar, I discovered it had actually been closer to 3 weeks since my original cut. Im sure Judy knew it was that length of time, but she was so gracious, she did not call me out. My bad! Ill make up for it next time. Thank you, Judy!

    Judie is the most wonderful and awesome stylist. I came into the salon with a botched haircut and she worked miracles on me. If your looking to get the best haircut and style from a salon, I highly highly recommend this salon, they are wonderful and the absolute best around. I put the pics of my hair from before til now. Starting with me in the red dress with my long hair before any cut, then in the black dress is the after pic of the botched haircut I got from a stylist that ruined my hair, then here I am in the purple after I went to see Judie @ Beauty Café when I tell you that Judie is an awesome and amazing stylist, shes the BEST...Thank you so kindly Judie for giving me a wonderful cut🤩😇🥰

    I found this salon here on Google and after read all of the comments decided to try. I have to say I’m so happy with my new hair. Judie have been doing a great job with my hair; highlights, haircuts, plus they spoiled me so much, today I had sangria and also the best cappuccino ever !     There isn’t enough space here to list all the reasons you should go to this salon. Beauty Cafe is magic! Juanis is more than a stylist. She understands hair on a completely different level. My hair was in serious condition and needed a lot of time and work. She absolutely transformed my damaged, graying hair to picture perfect quality. Honestly, she is the best stylist in Tampa Bay and Beauty Cafe is such a warm, friendly place. A million stars.

    Judie Ruiz, you are a miracle worker! My hair is fine and difficult to work with, plus I was coming in with a grown out, bad cut. Judie understood exactly what I wanted and knew how to fix it. I am so impressed because I really thought I was going to have to chop my hair off and start all over. Thanks for a wonderful appointment and I will definitely return.

    A must!! I went to the Cafe , New to Gulfport, with crazy quarantine hair. After a consult with the wonderful owner, Juanis, we decided on a color and cut. I could not be happier !! Loved the pleasant , clean, atmosphere. Very very happy with my hair !

    Best in town! Juanis did the most incredible job with my hair today!! I have waited so long to add any lighter highlights to my very curly dry hair and she is such an EXPERT 😍 she took the time to really discuss and decide what would not only look beautiful but most importantly to not damage my hair.     Juanis is the most amazing artist and stylist I have met here in Florida!! Im so nervous to have my hair done because I have a hard time trusting people! However, Juanis makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk into Beauty Cafe and her talent is impeccable!! I LOVE my new hair and finally I found my Forever Stylist! She is also great with kids, as my daughter is very shy but Juanis kind-fun nature had her opening up and talking immediately! She too is in love with her dramatic new hair style!     I took a chance and walked into Beaty Cafe Hair salon and was fortunate that Tanya was there to assist me! I was very disappointed with a previous haircut from another salon and very unhappy with the way my hair looked. Tanya was terrific. We discussed what needed to be done to fix it. She explained exactly what she was doing and how much hair she was going to cut. Not only is Tanya a skilled hair stylist, she is professional, and also a very caring person .     I love the friendliness and welcoming feel of this salon. Juanis and the team of stylists are fun and completely professional. On my first visit, I was impressed with her knowledge and skill as well as the great tips she had to maintain my color over time.     I have to say we are so lucky to have this salon! So professional, so friendly. Juanis and Cheryl both sat down with me during my consult, FYI My hair was a wreck! They listened to what I wanted and talked me through every step of the way. Oh and the delicious latte was perfect! I am so happy with the results of my color and cut!!     Juanis is very nice, friendly, and funny and my daughter and I both had our great time with her at our first visit. She listened to what we wanted and took her time to give us the haircut we wanted. I have a lot of hair and nobody took this time to thin it layered it like I wanted. We are glad that we found her and definately will come back to her for sure!

    Juanis, the owner, is an amazing hair stylist! I have very thick hair that is difficult to style. She is willing to take the time to give me the style and cut that I want. and she and her assistant Rebecca are so friendly and kind! Make sure Rebecca washes your hair she gives a wonderful scalp massage. I moved to the area in the late fall and have now been to the beauty Cafe twice. It is now my new salon and should be yours too!

    Beauty cafe offers the best service for your hair needs. I have been going here since the opened last year, juanis is my to go to person for when I need a blow dry or get my color done! juanis is very knowledgeable about the products and colors to apply in the hair. Every time I get my hair done is always perfect. The service is excellent you will feel like at home. Another great thing is that juanis always puts the customer first and is very flexible! If you need her she will make sure she accommodates you on her busy schedule.

    Let’s just say my hair was a hot mess to say the least! It was a color correction and the results from Juanis were absolutely incredible! She out did anything I could have imagined and I cannot thank her enough! I have not felt this confident in so long, she is truly beyond talented! She educates you, is straight forward and so fun!     Finding a new stylist is one of the hardest parts of moving! Thankfully I found Juanis! After 15+ years with my Tampa stylist I was a bit nervous to make a change. Juanis nailed my color and cut on the first try. So of course I had to follow her to her new salon. I love the ambience shes created at the Beauty Cafe and chatting with the always interesting and entertaining Juanis! I especially appreciate all the time she spends in keeping up with the latest trends. Redken changed their color formulas so weve had fun tweaking my color using the new formulas.

    This place was a gem. I spend winters here and cant go without hair touch ups while Im here. I loved my highlights, Lowlights, and trim. The salon is very neat and clean as well as inviting.     Oh my goodness there is not enough room here for me to say all the good things about this salon!! I went in on a Thursday asking them for A LOT I had box colored maroon red hair and I wanted a brunette bayalage and my hair gave them a run for their money!!! But they never missed a beat 12 hours later and I got the hair of my dreams!!! It’s just stunning!! And the best part, after all that my hair was through that day I left with soft, shiny, healthy looking hair!!! I will recommend this salon to everyone!! When I say they spoil their clients I mean they SPOIL their clients. As someone who spent all day their I would know, cookies, wine, coffee, and so much love and laughter! These girls are just amazing! My color came from Jaunis who is just amazing to be around she is so happy and her laugh is soooo contagious and full of talent! Cheryl did my cut and she is a rockstar! We went though a lot together trying to get my hair right and both girls stayed past their closing time to make sure I was leaving a happy customer!! Judy was not my hairstylist however being there for 12 hours I could observe her amazing work as well!! All of these girls will have you leaving happy! Go. To. BeautyCafe!

    I just had a Brazilian blowout done by Juanis. I absolutely love the way it turned out ! I didn’t get before or after photos but I can tell you it was a total transformation. Very clean and stylish salon. I highly recommend using Juanis for your next hair makeover.

    This is my second stop in for the journey of getting an ombre look on my hair. Juanis and her staff are all gems. Seriously. The salon is clean, everyone is friendly and professional. They fit the whole vibe of Gulfport on general. Juanis is a Redkin educator, as well as constantly learning new Redkin techniques to step up her game. I had previously gone to another salon for an ombre and I was told to sign a disclosure that stated that I understood the risks with dying my hair with them and having a history of a box dye. I get it, but its a little scary signing something like that. I did and I got the results that I wanted for an upcoming family trip. The hair only last about 2 months after that first ombre before I had to chop it due to it being fried. My sister, whos one of Juanis clients, referred me to her because she knew how sad I was about chopping off my hair to save it. I grew it out for a year and didnt touch any more hair dye, just to let it heal and recover. When I got to Juanis, she explained to me the process that she goes through to get hair like mine (dark, thin and tricky) to the blond ombre that Ive been obsessing over for a year. After the first round, I could definitely see my hair get the base to start with and, more importantly, remain healthy. I am so thankful that shes literally working her magic with my hair and keeping it healthy, while helping me achieve the look that I want with it. The salons prices are very reasonable and you cant make a wrong choice with any of the ladies here. I highly recommend this salon and any of its stylists.

    I came to Gulfport from Canada on vacation and got my first haircut since March 2020 here (covid restrictions in Canada are super strict). Let me just say my experience here with Juanis made the wait worth while. Not only is this the ABSOLUTE BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE, but I felt like royalty in this gorgeous little salon. They use amazing products like Opalex, the blow out and style I got after my haircut was GORGEOUS, and to top it off the red wine is delicious and the banter was top notch. I’m serious when I say I’ll be flying down here in the future for my next haircut.
