Kuniko is a wonderful stylist and so so sweet! I recommend all my friends to go to her :) She goes above and beyond every time and I am very appreciative especially with my thicky hair. Her services are reasonably priced and she has a private suite which is very welcoming.

I got a balayage, cut and style for my birthday here. kuniko was super thorough and made sure I was happy with my hair. Ive had horrible experiences w hairstyles and cuts in the past but she totally understood and made sure not to cut my hair too short. Not to mention her balayage prices are very good for the area. Overall Id definitely go again for a touch up :)

I do not have enough words to describe how valuable Kuniko is in the hair space! from my first interaction with her, i knew she was a gem as a human, let alone her styling skills.I cover my hair in public, so when i moved to the area, i was looking for a trusted stylist with a private space. when i heard about Kuniko and reached out to her, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer my questions, send me pictures of the space from inside and out, ensuring that it met not only exactly what i was looking for, but even more. i knew before even meeting her that she is someone who holds the client experience and customer service to the highest degree. This was only amplified after actually getting hair services from her.ive gotten several haircuts from kuniko, and have never walked away with a regret, except for wishing my hair grew faster so i could come back and see her. she has a gentle touch, efficiently working to make sure she is giving you exactly what you asked for. she has great insight into what works for your hair type, and will work with you to find what suits YOU the best.ive never dyed my hair, and have stuck to very safe haircuts - but after coming to kuniko, i got ballayage for the first time, knowing she is an expert in her craft. i have never ever been so obsessed with a haircut than after leaving kunikos salon. i was so concerned about damage and being washed out by balayage, but her technique is unmatched - my hair has never felt healthier and smoother. every step of the process is enjoyable with kuniko, from seeing her smiling face when you walk in, getting the wash (omg i could write essays about the magic of her shampoo massage), flowing in and out of conversations, and looking forward to the next time ill see her. she is incredibly reasonably priced, and you walk away knowing that you had a lovely time with a beautiful person. ill be moving out of state, and kuniko will be someone i would 100% fly back for!
