    This place caught my eye and I am so happy that I went inside. First, I got this 24 hour eyeliner that is the best I’ve ever owned and for an amazing price. Also, I got some clip in hair extensions that I am now obsessed with. Amazing quality and top customer service and very knowledgeable about their own products. I look forward to my next experience there!

    The design inside the store was awesome to me & very clean. The clerk was very helpful but I think he overcharged me for my bundles. Its ok though Im green when it comes to purchasing human hair. I love how my daughter did my hair though! I told her she should have came with me!

    This is my store I wont go nowhere else they have everything I need down to the latest and a variety of haircare products for all types of hair whether youre natural or permed. Their prices are extremely reasonable and even the top notch bundles, lacefronts, and much more. I wouldnt dare go anywhere else. As soon as you walk in the door youre pleasantly greeted with a friendly and a up beat positive attitude. They offer their superb assistance when youre trying to find something that you like. I mean Ive been in beauty supply stores and no one spoke to me or anything so I just walked out but HairCiti is the place to be if you want good customer service you will go there. Their staff is very knowledgeable respectful and all the above they go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable and you get the products that you need I never left that store mad Ive always left a happy as well as satisfied customer and Ill never go nowhere else. thats my store one stop Shop for my hair as well as hair care products. Also the manager is awesome he helps out too hes great they have a great staff there thats why I keep coming back... Its just a positive professional energy in that place and I love it thats my store and Ill continue to go there forever you get five 🌟 from me.

    When I first stopped in everybody was nice and helpful. I bought some straight bundles and I’ve had my hair done since Feb.10 and they still look new, my ends still look fresh and not dry looking or stiff. They have a bundle sale going on rite now and I love how they DON’T spread all the bundles on the counter so that they don’t get messy. When you sign up for them you get text about there deals which I love because I don’t check social media everyday like that, I can get a text about the deals. They respond back quick on Instagram if you have any questions and polite! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Tried this place as a recommendation from a friend and WOW what an experience!I don’t remember his name, but the guy with the glasses help me decide on a new style - he was very knowledgeable.The shop was very clean, and the prices were reasonable. I will be sure to go back!

    Hair Citi did not come to play! I like that the stores primary focus is on wigs and bundles so it isnt bogged down by hair products, braiding hair, e.t.c. It has a beautiful and large selection of natural and colored bundles/wigs, which is surprising considering most other stores are low on inventory right now. They are also neatly arranged on the wall for easy viewing. Their synthetic wig selection is nice and easy to navigate. This store will likely be my go to for bundles, especially colored, from this point on.

    LaShae is the bomb!!! She is definitely bae..she is cute with a great sense of humor. She was extremely helpful and dedicated to here customer. She is very personal and gave her undivided attention. I love her!!! The best employee Ive worked with hands down❤️❤️❤️P.S. Alex is a great manager also!

    Hair citi , is one of the best beauty supply stores in town, I have been too many throughout Washington DC Maryland Virginia and Flordia . Soon as I moved to Flordia and they had there grand opening I have been 100% satisfied with the hair extension quality been a loyal customer for 3 years! I give 5 stars to hair citi St. Petersburg!
