Great experience at this salon! Service was quick to start and friendly. Laurie was my stylist, so personable and welcoming! It was my first appointment with her, but I immediately felt like I knew her my whole life. She was great with tailoring my haircut to the exact image I had in my head. The salon itself was spotless and friendly! Cant recommend this place, or my stylist, highly enough!

I always find great hair stylists at JCP but I finally found the BEST! Christine at Tyrone Mall has experience, a fun personality, great listening skills, and expertise... And my hair ROCKS every single time I leave her chair.

I’m an older woman who has thin hair. My hair was shedding which sometimes happens unexpectedly. I decided to get a trim so my hair would look thicker. During my hair wash my loose hair knotted up with my other hair. A spontaneous acute matting happened. People call this a fairy knot. Five of the stylist”s worked at the gluey massive unrelentlously matted catastrophe. They were all concerned and worked hard using years of experience to save my hair. They are super stylists.

Every one here is so kind and welcoming!! It makes you happy to be here :D I recently had the pleasure of having my hair cut and highlighted by Lindsey. It was the Greatest haircut I have ever received. Not to mention the Outstanding highlight job she did. Such an awesome experience!! It is clear she loves what she does and is a master of her craft! I HIGHLY recommend her!! Im looking forward to my next appointment.

Very nice salon upstairs in JC Penny at Tyrone Square Mall.Lindsey did a great job with my haircut. She understood exactly what I wanted, took her time and delivered a professional cut.Highly recommend to give them a try.I have found my new place for my haircuts.

René Stewart exceeded my expectations. I told her what I wanted and she delivered! She truly is an expert in her craft. I have had a lot of trouble down here finding someone who is experienced with blondes but wont fry your hair off or leave me with undesirable results such as brassy tones. Finally found a great stylist; she has your best interest in mind at all times.

I go to Huda for the Chi Smoothing treatment every 3 months with a wash and blow dry in between. I love the Chi. It really makes managing my afro hair easier and is worth the price which isnt bad. Huda is professional and efficient. She is very polite but doesnt talk too much which I find refreshing because chatting isnt my thing. One time the dryer got a a little too hot on my scalp and I flinched. She apologized profusely. I could tell she felt bad but it was no big deal. I would be very disappointed if Huda ever left Pennys.

The salon is just ok; Christine, the stylist Ive been going to for years, following her to a number of different salons, is great. I have very thick, curly hair and there arent many stylists who know how to deal with it; Christine does.

Really love our Stylist Houda. Shes so sweet and professional. She Does a great job on my hair. I love getting my hair done with her. My only complaint is one of their OTHER stylists - a weird overweight balding guy with a sad ponytail who literally sits and stares at the women while they get their hair done. Just. STARING. THE ENTIRE TIME. He eavesdrops on our conversations too. Its really annoying. The staring is the most unnerving part. Men should know when they arent wanted and they shouldnt interject themselves into other peoples conversations. If he left - everything would be perfect!

I visited this location few times in the past few years with my family , I found the crew to be really nice and helpful. They always recommend good ideas and do good job. I usually get a hair cut at any available free stylist but my wife and daughter always go to the same lady Huda to do their hair. I guess she is one of the most experienced ladies who work there as we visited this site for the first time in 2005 and she has been there ever since. Good Job JCPenny Salon crew.

Stacy does my hair I have been to her twice and she does a fantastic job. Color and haircuts are as I ask. Great personality. Stacy is my go to she does what you ask not what she would like to do. Thank you Stacy!!

Was in town for weekend wedding only and needed quick style appt. So glad I found Casey here. She did a great blowout and used curling wand to give me beautiful waves (that lasted!) and styled my hair up on the sides making a pretty swirled together gathering at the center. Casey did great work and was very easy to chat with. Thanks!

I got my hair cut today at the JCP salon on Tyrone Blvd in St. Pete and could not be HAPPIER! In the past, I have had horrible luck with other salons but my hair really needed some tlc so booked an appointment. I was paired with Casey who understood my anxiety and took such good take of me and my hair. I had come prepared with photos of what I wanted and she nailed it! She even went the extra mile and added curls to my ends while blow drying. It really set the whole cut off. If you are looking for a great salon that will treat you right and give you quality service, go here! Their prices are good too!

Vicki did an outstanding job highlighting my faded red hair. I absolutely love it! I showed her a picture of what I liked and one of what I didnt like and told her to do her thing. Boy did she! I couldnt be happier and am so thankful I found her!!!

My name is Iris I have been a client of Huda for quite some time she has done higlights and lowlights and cut my hair and she is very professional and has done a fantastic job on my hair and she shows kindness and is very helpful in suggesting new products to keep my hair looking great.I get praise everywhere I go how great my hair looks. I would not use anyone else to do my hair.Her experiance and knowledge shows.I feel that the negitive review that is shown here by another person is false as other friends of mine go to Huda and love what she does to there hair its wonderful and she is very experanced
