The Swank team are fantastic. Sonny the stylist is magical. Roxys scalp massage was incredible. The blow out took 2 stylists to manage my super thick hair. The whole team was great! Try it! Youll love it. Later while at Home Depot, I got hit on!! All because of Swank!! Pretty good for an old broad!!

I felt more beautiful than ever before which is how every bride wants to feel on their special day. The prices were affordable as well! Mikey is the best! I absolutely love love love my color (finally) I went 3 months ago after having a horrendous experience with another salon.. a stylist gave me orange hot roots.and I was super dark .I was in tears.. he worked his magic..This is my 3rd time on a row and I am finally back to almost my natural. *TREAT YOURSELF AND GET THE HAIR MASSAGE TREATMENT 💆‍♀️ ✨️ so relaxing and worth it! ✂️

It’s my birthday & I was having a very last minute hair emergency! I called and Marcus was so wonderful & helpful over the phone. They were able to squeeze me in literally in 5 minutes for a wash and style. Violet was so awesome! She educated me on all the products being used, made sure it was want I wanted & even gave me a complimentary birthday deep condition after washing. The convo was great during my service and the results are fabulous! I’m now birthday ready!! Oh and it was very affordable! Even though I’m not from the area, I’d easily make the hour drive to come here regularly for my hair service needs. 10/10 experience all the way around.

My mom was a hairdresser for over 30 years and taught us to cut our own hair, or she would cut and clean up the more difficult cuts, so I haven’t been to a stylist in over 20 years. Since moving from New York to St. Petersburg, and usually having my mom fix up my haircuts, I was forced to and entrust my hair to a complete stranger. A little scary! After 13 years of having hair down to my waist line I decided to cut my hair into a “chin length angled bob.” I got paired with Sidney, who was absolutely awesome and talented. What a total sweetheart! She cut my hair with ease and confidence and exhibited extreme professionalism. I hope she stays with the Swank team and I look forward to seeing her again. The haircut turned out perfectly! Since I had to be able to work at 4 AM, I was her last appointment and chose not have her style it since I was just going home to bed, so I didn’t post any photos. The entire staff was very friendly. I believe Devon was at the front desk and was very pleasurable. 🙏🏼

Sunny is absolutely amazing, is he has done my hair for many years and will always pick me up when I am in the area and come up with the absolute best possible style, color and or both.She can work miracles with my hair, color corrections from when I am not able to make it to Florida to updated styles.I have never left her chair without being totally happy and feeling amazing. This was my first time with Salon Swank and the experience did not disappoint! I got a simple trim with face framing, a deep conditioning treatment, and blow dry with Sidney who did an amazing job. It was exactly what I wanted. Not choppy looking at all (one of my biggest pet peeves) I was super impressed by how professional she was. This salon is the perfect balance between affordable and high end- I have paid 70+ for haircuts at high end salons that ended up not looking right so this experience was very refreshing and I didn’t have to pay an arm and leg for a great haircut. Excellent experience. Jessy was a lot of fun and really helped me figure out what was going on with my hair. I would, 10 out of 10, recommend going to Salon Swank. Boutique salons are my thing, and this one did not disappoint. Also, the only reason why mine costs more is because I also purchased a Pureology gift set. Haircut and Blowdry/Style was around 60, conditioning treatment was around 20, and the gift set was around 70. Prices were very reasonable.

Jesse did a great job. My hair was looking dull and lifeless but she did exactly what I needed, a demi permanent color to darken my hair closer to my root and blend out the brassy tones from past balayage treatments, and trim. The 1.5 years of balayage pretty much ruined my hair so I’ve been trying to get back to the volume and length before the damage. I had been seeing the same stylist for 5+ years but have been unhappy with my results lately while paying high end prices and not being satisfied.I found Swank Salon on Google search. It was the nearest to my home and had the best reviews.I was kind of confusing when I was explaining what I wanted but Jesse nailed it. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and explained all the products she used on my hair. I think she could tell that I wanted change but was still traumatized from having my layers chopped way too short the last time.Moderate to high end salon prices but worth the service. I will be back in a few months for a glaze treatment and trim. Will request Jesse again. Thanks!!

It is great customer service by ownership to make the effort to call clients (even new) who dont have the best experience to see what they can improve on for their clientele. I’ve been seeing the same stylist in Dallas for the last 15 years, but it’s just not feasible to fly every 2 months for a haircut. I have found my new stylist. After a previous salon significantly damaged my hair, Jessy went above and beyond to figure out what the previous salon did and helped me on my road to repair my hair. Not only that but she really took into account my hair texture and shape to give me a haircut that I felt was both true to what I wanted and personalized to my own hair. Everyone was friendly and the salon was clean and classy.

A magician with hair! His confidence alone, in his maneuvering with sharp sheers through a forest of hair, is a literal movie. I felt like I was being rescued from a sea of split ends! I am a loyal customer! Masha is amazing.This is my favorite salon and stylist in Saint Petersburg. She is highly skilled and works to fit me in whenever she can (their online scheduling is super convenient). And I love seeing her!The prices are probably the most fair I have seen in this area, I was at a salon before this and they never really discussed pricing until the very end of my appointment… once all the services had been performed. They would have me there for hours and hours, and then you go to pay and it’s upwards of $300, without adding any additional shampoo or conditioner that you might buy. It’s was just unrealistic for me to be honest but I do understand some can manage that type of experience but for most it’s just silly.I love swank and the way they are completely transparent and comfortable discussing all pricing and services BEFORE they start anything to your hair. It really makes it such a better experience if you know fully what to expect when you go to pay because you’re not shocked by the bill.Masha is the best stylist I’ve had probably ever— she understands my hair goals, how to cut it for the shape and style I’m looking for, and she just has the greatest personality and kindness about her that makes you feel welcomed and beautiful.If you are tired of not being happy/ understood by your stylist, try Swank! Update: Originally I rated this salon five stars for a haircut, but recently went back for a balayage.I’ve been getting balayage/highlights for 10+ years all over the area with results that were good, bad, and everything in between. I like a natural look, so I understand that can be difficult to achieve sometimes.Masha understood the assignment immediately from my pictures and absolutely blew it out of the park! She also asked plenty of questions to make sure we were on the same page. I will be going back for all things hair as long as they stay open!!

10/10 amazing experience. I have dark and extremely curly hair (ringlet style). I have always struggled to find someone that can highlight and layer my hair properly. Christina is extremely talented! My hair looks 1000x better than I expected or even knew possible. My highlights are blended and absolutely beautiful! My hair was also layered to perfectly and is curling to perfection! I have found my forever salon and will recommend to everyone I know!

I had a great experience at this salon. Right from when I walked in I felt welcomed and taken care of. They even offered me wine! I was a little concerned about finding parking but there is plenty of parking. The environment is bright, energetic and hip. The best part was the miracle Masha did on my hair. I was so impressed. And it was a very fair price. Masha had to fix some things my old stylist did, and did a fantastic job. She patiently helped me figure out what direction I wanted to go and genuinely listened to my concerns and thoughts. I am so pleased. I would highly recommend going here and seeing Masha.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Got a facial done with Arturo and was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! My face is still glowing 10 hours later, 100% recommend! After that had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Themi who did a spectacular job did her own twist on what I wanted it’s perfect and i absolutely love it!

Great first time experience! Their safety protocols are on point and the salon is bright and clean.I was referred by an acquaintance who has an amazing cut and so glad I made the appointment. Sunny did an awesome cut and took the time to show me how to perfectly style. She taught me tricks no other stylist has ever spent the time to teach me. Very happy with my cut and excited to go back for color! Would definitely recommend!

The place is nice but the very talented hairstylist Mikey makes it great! I actually drive quite the distance from my home to get my haircut here. Give yourself a little time to park - it’s on central avenue. You don’t want to go in all rushed because parking can (sometimes) take a few minutes. Enjoy! Tell ‘em Josh with the good hair sent you.
