This is the 2nd time I have been to this particular location, and both times I was pleased with the hair cut I got. As far as experience goes, Kelly was very professional and she really looks like she loves not only her profession, but she really does like working with people. Those two things combined made for a really great experience. I will definitely book another appointment with her.

She’s very personable and I love that too. I feel very comfortable when I am in her seat. Kudos to Lisa for being a great hairdresser

I made an appointment online for 5:30. When I got there, there was 1 stylist there. She asked if she could help me, I told her I had an appointment scheduled at 5:30 and told her who it was scheduled with. She informed me that the stylist left at 4. Jackie was finishing up a client and said she would do the wash and cut, if I wanted to wait. It was only about a 5-10 minute wait. I AM SO GLAD I WAITED. Jackie was wonderful. I made another appointment at the end of the month for color and highlights with her. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a stylist that actually listens to what you want. GREAT JOB JACKIE

Been getting my hair cut there for a couple years now. Never any complaints, with the haircut or the staff. Until today, walked up around 230 one lady was doing someones hair and one was on her phone. The one on her phone looks at me rolls her eyes, kinda shaking her head, says can I help you. I really felt the warmth. I said, you have time for a haircut? She looks at the schedule and says not for about an hour, we are both doing coloring. Very rude and clearly made me feel like I was bothering her. I understand it gets busy sometimes, but no need for lousy attitude. One bad apple can spoil the bunch!Follow up review, the manager reached out to me to take care of the matter. It was greatly appreciated. So the company does care about its customers. Thanks again

I went in on a Friday morning after calling ahead to make an appointment for 9 am. They were a little behind, but had me ready to cut within 10 minutes of my appointment. I wish I remembered my stylists name because she did a great job. I gave her kind of vague instructions on how I wanted my hair cut done even though I can be picky, but she managed to exceed my expectations. For $14.95 without shampooing you cant beat the service I was given.

Shelle is amazing! I moved to Florida about 10 years ago and thought I was going to lose the only hairstylist that has been able to do my hair exactly how I like. I have incredibly difficult hair and it is very dark. I like it white blonde but not platinum. There are so few stylists that can blonde the way I like yet Shelle was not bothered at all. It was effortless. I told her what I wanted and, she did it. It was perfect. She even cut my hair in a way that no one else ever has. My hair always looks amazing and on point thanks to Shelle at SmartStyle. Dont be put back by the fact it is in Walmart. You get boutique style hair for the price of Walmart. Extremely reasonable! I wont go to anyone else. Just a slight warning though, she is good and she only works Tuesdays so sometimes an appointment is needed a few weeks in advanced. But, you wont regret waiting because she is really that good.
