All 3 cuts were exactly as requested and the customer service was great. Cant say enough good things about the ladies and their service today. I will make sure to tell my friends to use this salon.

Great experience- I had a sudden urge to chop of 12+ inches of hair so I went in and Lindsey was great! I mentioned I would like to donate it, so she rubber-banded it and put it in a bag for me. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with how it turned out! So quick and easy and the salon is very clean-will definitely come back!

Ive been here before and they always do an amazing job. My hair is very thick and it was growing all over the place. The gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name) that gave me my wash and cut was amazing. My hair came out so cute and stylish and he made it lighter feeling too since its so thick. I highly recommend this place for haircuts. Staff is super punctual and friendly. I would recommend making an appointment because otherwise you may have to wait which I dont mind doing but if you dont like waiting I really recommend making appointment. They do get super busy

As a guy I just need a basic haircut. It is inexpensive for a haircut and they do a decent job. I go about every 2 months and there is usually always someone different. I dont typically ever go the same time twice. They are always friendly. I also tend to go during off times so I dont usually have to wait. Sometimes it helps to get your name on list through app or calling if they are busy. They have an app but I never use it.

Service was good the haircut turned out great and then I get to the cash register and your prices are now $28 for a mans haircut wow cant believe how much you all have gone up thats $84 an hour so I will be looking to go back to other facilities. Later on I received a call from the owner she asked me what happened and I explained to her and she refunded me the money and said she would talk to the the lady that cut my hair in overcharged me and straighten it all out. Im very grateful that somebody takes the time to personally call and find out what happened. So I will be happy to go back there after things were explained to me and how to prevent that from happening again. A job well done by the owner she cares about the customer

I found the manager, Amber, to be incredibly delightful. She kept good conversation and talked to me as she cut my hair so she could ensure I was happy with the end result. Unlike the spoiled out of touch teenager who attempted to rip her apart in a previous review, I found her to be competent, polite, and professional. I look forward to going back.

I used Boilage regular until I figured out it was for dry hair. For 2 years and I dont have dry hair. So my hair was full of electricity. It was horrible. Thank God they are open again and I was able to get biolage for color treated hair. Because I had been using dove during Covid. And its full of water. So it didnt help. I feel much better now. Thank you.
