I got my hair cut, blowout and my eyebrows waxed and I’m so happy. It’s his is my second time and every time I go I feel so much better about myself. I love the place this is my second time. (Your hair is going to be clean for like a week) the blonde hair pictures are from my first time and the red hair is from this visit. I was with Aurora (she speaks English and Spanish).

2024: Ive been going here for a few years but recently have been going to Mallory, specifically, for my cuts. She makes sure she understands what I want and that Im pleased with the outcome, which I am! Also nice that she remembers what Ive gotten in the past so she knows what I like already. Got my color done with her for the first time and wow! I love it! I have thick fine black hair with some leftover dye from over a year ago on the ends, which is a feat, but she tackled it and got me to a beautiful red! Have already gotten so many compliments on it!2022: Waited 30 min past my appointment but didnt bother me... Gave me time to look up exactly what I wanted. Coty did let me know as soon as I walked in that she needed some extra time- again, no big deal to me.This was my first time getting a cut with Coty and she was wonderful! I wanted a lob with a slight angle and she gave me exactly that. She listened to what I wanted and even let me know some concerns that can come up with it, which I appreciated. I just had a shampoo (included) & cut and it took less than hour. Cant beat the service and quality for the price!

If you need a reason to come here, this is it! Omg they did an awesome job fixing my bad cut and color I got yesterday at another salon in lake Mary. The stylists in this store are great. I have never had a bad color or cut. Kim is very knowledgable and always does a great job. Ask for her, any of the hair stylist will do a great job but Kim is my favorite.

This place is amazing! I got my hair cut for the first time in a long time this past week and my stylist was Krissii (listed as Christina in the system when you book online). She was wonderful. I felt 100x better after I left and my hair was healthy and silky. She was personable and professional and I would definitely book with her again. I should also mention that her coworker was amazing with her clients kids and set them up to play hairdresser. Just very nice to see how the kids were occupied so their mom could enjoy her haircut. Finally, I also dropped my credit card on my way out and Coty found it and made every attempt to get in touch with me. She locked it safely away until I could pick it. What an awesome staff! Kind, high-quality, and a lot of integrity. Dont overlook this salon!

Chrissy fit me in me in with a full schedule last minute and she did an amazing job! I’ve been in and out of the hospital for the last nine months and so underneath my hair was turning into a mess and I need to change and she gave it to me! She’s a fun outgoing and super understanding human being & and she didn’t judge me for my hair looking a wreck… She just sat me down and went to work!I’m so thankful and I haven’t felt this good in a really long time

Gail is awesome! She did this ombré for me and I’m in love! Not only are the colors on point but my hair feels completely different. Like a whole new head of hair. I’m completely shocked that these kinds of results can be achieved!!! I had a bad experience years back and have been scared to go back to a salon but she definitely calmed by fears! She was open to conversation which I kind of actually needed. Was getting my hair done for a funeral. Go see Gail! Call ahead to check her hours. She has been there 15 years! She doesn’t work every day or at night.

I see colorist Gail for full foil blonde highlights and she is the best stylist I have ever found. My hair is extremely fine and quite long, tangles easily and is challenging, to be honest (Im sure she has other words to describe it but she is being kind and just says its ok, it just tangles easily. I wouldnt go to anyone else.Shes still the best!! Happy New Year FS and my friend Gail!

If anyone needs color or a certain way they want their hair done shes the one to do it. By far the best place ive gone to for my hair and best stylists by far ive ever gone to.

Gail was absolutely awesome!!!! I went in Thursday afternoon after almost not going because I had my three young daughters with me. They were very patient with my daughters and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience to have them there. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. I could not be more thrilled with my haircut and will be going back to her for my next one!!!!

Walked in late in the afternoon with my mother in law and they were able to accommodate. We enjoyed that the ladies who did our hair were very friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. Love Aurora, Minda and the Girls in Fantastic Sams. They are a family run business and treat you like family. Aurora is my hairstylist and is a master with the scissors. When she is not around Minda has done an awesome job as well as some of the others. The owner is Tops. I go to FS because they do an excellent job, close to my house and it is easy to get a space in the weekday mornings, not so Friday, Saturday. Nor in any salon on weekends. Keep up the good job!

Aweful. I walked in 1 hour b4 closing. One stylist on the floor, she was finishing a cut. After she was done, a woman came in for her appointment to see her. The stylist asked me what service I needed. A Trim I replied. Well then a lady came in from the back of the salon (a stylist) and the other stylist told her I needed a cut. She replied with a FROWN, I dont want the customer and that she could have me. The other stylist told her that she has a customer in for her appointment. The other one looked at me shook her head and succumbed to take me. When I was asked to come back and have a sit that the other lady could do my hair. Well I stood up and said....... OH THATS OKAY IM NOT HAVING ANYONE CUT MY HAIR WITH AN ATTITUDE.... as I left a small voice said again she would cut my hair......I WAS WALKING OUT AND REPLIED she doesnt need the money obviously and a attitude. Im calling corporate.
