I cannot say enough good about this salon. Jessica really cares about making her clients feel great about themselves and will work very hard to ensure you are so happy before you walk out the door. She is such a professional. In some salons, you get the feeling that all they care about is how much they can charge you/upsell you.. but not here. She is client first all the way.. and you will be so happy with the results that you cannot wait to go back.

I found this salon on Apple Maps and it was so close to my house I decided to call and see if by chance this close to Easter they would have availability, and they did! 😍 I spoke to Adrianna on the phone and she said come on in. This was the first time since I was little I have enjoyed a haircut. Not only that but I’m so picky about my hair and head and she did amazing walked me through how we can fix it what cost would look like etc. The owner is an amazing women ! Offers water, snack just sweet like candy ! And on the way out I got a mini brush for my purse ! We love that ladies ! I know I do and I will be going here from now on. Adrianna not only does hair but offers brows in which she is fantastic at as well 😊

Jess is the absolute best! I’ve never been so happy with my color and I have never had anyone style my hair as good as her! She can do it all and is amazing at all hair colors! I recommend her to all my family and friends! Adriana is also amazing! She is a true artist when it comes to brows! She takes her time and is so meticulous and that’s why my brows consistently come out perfect each time! Love them both and highly recommend them!

Adrianna not only makes my brows look flawless, but she also creates an incredibly comfortable experience, making you feel at ease the moment you sit in her chair. I genuinely look forward to our appointments, and I cannot recommend her enough! On top of being a brow magician, she also cuts my daughters’ hair, and they absolutely love their time with her.Jess has been my go-to for highlights and cuts for the past couple of years, and her blonding skills are truly exceptional. She knows exactly how to create the perfect shade while keeping my hair healthy and beautiful. I really enjoyed my time at Hair Refinery. I personally have been seeing Kim for a few years, she does an amazing job with curly hair and truly is a gem! She moved over to Hair Refinery and I’m glad I followed her here. The ladies here are really sweet and make you feel pampered! The space is clean and welcoming, and there are plenty of parking spaces in that plaza. Cannot wait for my next appointment.

Kimberley Stewart is truly a one of a kind hair stylist and is the perfect balance of heart & skill. Her ability to listen with care to my ideas while bringing suggestions/advice to help me reach my hair goals is unmatched. Weeks after seeing her, I still get compliments of how amazing my hair is! Kim brings my hair to life in a way that always leaves me feeling confident and refreshed. 10000/10 would highly recommend her!!!

Jess has been doing my hair for years and is amazing. She is so knowledgeable about color and I never leave disappointed. The salon has a great atmosphere and everyone is super friendly. Adriana has done my eyebrows and I’ve been very pleased. I’ve used scarlet for blowouts for my hair extensions. I totally recommend any of there ladies. You won’t be disappointed

I absolutely love The Hair Refinery! Jess is truly amazing at what she does. Every time I leave the salon, I feel so happy and confident with my hair. She takes the time to listen to what I want and works her magic to make it even better than I imagined. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and Jess makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I can’t recommend her enough—she and her team are the best!

Kim Stewart is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and talented in dealing with all hair types and textures. Everytime she cuts and glosses my hair she knows exactly how to spice it up while keeping it healthy! She prioritizes the health of my hair while making sure I get the color and cut I really want! She really listens to her clients and takes time to cater to what they want. The best!

THE BEST. Jessica has been taking care of my hair for at least a decade. She is detailed oriented, compassionate and honest. I have never walked out of her chair unhappy. She always makes my hair look and feel beautiful. There is no one else I’d ever want to do my hair. Adriana SLAYS at eyebrows! and I am very particular about my brows and she never disappoints. Scarlett recently did my makeup and I was OBSESSED. Having my makeup professional done in the past I was hesitant, but now I know who I’m going to if I need my make up done! It was stunning. The Hair Refinery is elevated and chic. The place where you can go and have confidence you will leave feeling beautiful. Between hair, brows & makeup you can’t go wrong! These girls truly know how to not only make you look beautiful but make you feel beautiful! TRULY THE BEST!!

Kimberly did a fabulous job today as she always does with my trim and color! Even suggested a treatment for my dry ends so they look healthy now. She also waxes and shapes my out of control eyebrows! Feeling good! Would highly recommend !

I blindly entered with gray sprouts of hair dead dry ends and walked out with beautiful face framed feathered layers beyond happy feeling confident and beautiful this is my new and permanent hair salon home the ladies are so kind and helpful very honest and creative an experience that blew me away thank you scarlet finding someone that knows what they are doing is difficult and I am so happy I found this gem 🙌🏽

The Hair Refinery in Sanford is hands-down the best place for balayage and blonding! The staff is incredibly talented and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the salon is both stylish and inviting. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
