    I was blessed to have been scheduled with stylist Lee Parks. She did an incredible job with my hair and Japanese accessories. I was so grateful that she was thoughtful and considerate of me. I felt like she really cared about me and what I wanted. And she was more than willing to make sure that I was happy. It was a very special day for me and everything she did was so beautiful and made me want to cry. She has a love for styling and for makeup, I highly recommend her.I had the opportunity of meeting the owner who seems to be an incredible person who values customers as well as family. It was nice to see that she was running a business but at the same time spending a few moments with her grandchildren drawing on the sidewalk with chalk, then checking on all the customers to make sure everything was well and complimenting her stylist on the good job that they were doing.The salon/spa is an incredible cozy space with open windows that makes you feel like youre somewhere else. I quite enjoyed the laid-backness of the atmosphere without the overly Zen spa theme.I truly felt pampered. I will be coming back for more services.

    After Angie cut my hair, I realized maybe I shouldnt go a year between haircuts. She made me look and feel great. It is evident she is a true artist and understands you must learn each persons hair. As someone who wanted professional advice for what would look good given my face and style, she exceeded my expectations!     Havent had a haircut in months, due to my barber moving to LA. Decided to just let Angela do her thing, and didnt give her any input on what I wanted I just said, what ever you think will make me look cool. she Absolutely killed it!! Highly recommend!

    I had a great experience here for a hair color, cut, and conditioning treatment with stylist Angie (owner).Angie took the time to understand what I wanted and needed. I have black fine hair and Angie was able to lift the color to exactly what I wanted with products that were clean. The cut added great shape and movement to my hair. The conditioning treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and healthy.Overall, I highly recommend this place. Ill definitely be back!

    The entire staff was friendly and welcomed me with a beverage. Bridget took the time to talk with me about what I wanted. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked her to! I will definitely be back.

    I have been coming here since i was about 12 years old, and i immediately fell in love. Angie is so passionate about what she does and she is the kindest person I have ever met. Sheā€™s always energetic and excited to help someone achieve exactly what they want, she has never done me wrong in all the 6 years i have been coming to this salon. Full of spiritual, powerful, introspective women that are amazing at what they do! the crystals only accentuate the good energy ;)

    When I tell you, Angie is a gem, I mean that with every fiber of my being! Not only is she literally the best hairstylist of my (almost) 41 year old life, she is the best for the people I have referred to her.It is rare for a stylist to understand cutting hair according to your hair growth and dry cutting (after wash), and she DOES! Im sooo particular about my hair, and I have full faith in her craft and art! Afterall, I met her in 2016 at an event around town, and refuse to see anyone else since moving to Florida. I knew what I was looking for, and found her!Outside of her amazing skillset, her character, patience, and empathy is hard to come by. Shes just one of those genuine souls who deeply cares and gives from a pure place. Shes honest and kind. She is a breath of fresh air in this selfish, user world.     Angelaā€™s Pure Salon & Spa is nothing but impeccable. From the service given, to the staff.Their infrared sauna is useful for any ailment and I highly recommend using this before your appointment.Angela herself does amazing work along with any other stylist of your choice. Wouldnā€™t let anyone else touch my hair except for these fine stylist.

    Iā€™m not sure who this lady is leaving reviews under fake accounts beneath me here, but if you were quoted $90 for a color, thatā€™s a quote for your ROOTS ONLY. $90 is base color only. Itā€™s more for a pull through or ā€œall over colorā€. You wonā€™t find an all over color anywhere in town, especially with top quality products, for $90 all over color. I truly wish you the best but there was obviously miscommunication here. Angela is kind, loving, compassionate, and honest. Iā€™m sorry you feel otherwise. Anyone who knows her knows thatā€™s far from the truth.

    Iā€™m happy that I found this salon. The staff were personable & friendly. Bridgette was amazing.Angela was patient as Iā€™m working out a payment issue with the ClassPass app.Total for a partial highlight was $155. I like to keep the underneath layers of my hair the natural color. I am happy with my results & would recommend going here

    When I walked in I felt such a calming and homey energy. I was greeted right away by the receptionist and several of the staff. I stopped in for a cut and color, and Angela did the cut, and Crystal did the highlighting and they both are absolutely amazing. I feel like a whole new person! I highly recommend this salon as the owner Angela goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back and recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a true organic wholesome spot. The staff interact like they are family, and the environment is really positive and supportive of everyone there!

    You are going to LOVE this salon! Bridgette is the most amazing colorist and totally transformed me from brassy auburn to gorgeous bombshell blonde! On the first try, too! Everyone there was so friendly, the salon was clean, fresh and fun. The owner, Angela, even took time out to do my makeup and curl my hair making me look and feel so beautiful.     Shout to Brigitte! Brigitte always makes my hair dreams my reality. I am SO happy with my new look. She really took her Time to make sure I was getting what I asked for, and being that I love being blonde, she makes sure to give me what I ask for while NOT damaging my hair. Let me tell you, I have had way too many times where I want to brighter, and the stylist end up having to cut it off because they damaged my hair in the process.ALSO, can we talk about the overall salon environment?! Not only is it peaceful, refreshing & makes you feel right at home with its warm energy, Angelas Pure Salon chooses to use only organic products!!     I am a client of Kayla and have to say that she is by far the best hair stylist I have ever used!! She does a great job on my hair color, cuts and smoothing treatments. Not only that, it is just a joy to spend time with her when I come in. She has such a warm, loving, and welcoming personality and I love chatting with her while Iā€™m getting my hair done.     Best salon experience Iā€™ve ever had! I found Angela online while looking for someone to do my wedding hair and makeup. I live in Atlanta and was nervous trusting a place out of town but as soon as I spoke with Angela over the phone her kindness and energy immediately put me at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Miranda did exactly what I was looking for with my hair and Angela did my makeup beautifully. In addition, I have extremely sensitive skin and all of the products used felt amazing and soothed my stressed skin so I looked my best on my special day. Canā€™t wait to come back to Sarasota so I can pop in for a treatment and just see these lovely ladies again. They have gained a lifetime customer in me.

    Emma gave me a beautiful haircut. I had a great experience at the salon, it was my first time there. Everyone was really friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, love the wood floors! I felt so relaxed as I was getting shampooed and massaged on my scalp I pretty much fell asleep. I would recommend this place to anyone!

    This salon is amazing and love the face that they use vegan, organic, and sustainable products. Miranda did my hair cut/styling and she is absolutely amazing. I am extremely happy with my hair and the way it turned out. She is the best I have found in the Sarasota area.     First of all my experience started as I pulled up to the salon, I noticed windows wrapped around the building so you could see in showcasing all the wood and decor. As you walk in, your greeted with smiling faces and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My stylist Colleen, who is was personable really listened to what I wanted. I have baby fine hair and Im really insecure, so going to a salon I cringe at the thought of people ripping my hair as they brush. But Colleen was not timid but tender, she really knows what she is doing. She exuded confidence all the while taking care of my desires. I will definitely be back, I love the fact that all the products are organic and gentle with hair, its important for everyone and especially with my hair. Thanks Colleen, I love the cut and style!

    We are here in Florida, from Ohio, for the winter. I was concerned about finding a place to have my hair done while we are here for a few months, my stylist at home recommended Angelas. A customer that my stylist use to have moved here to Sarasota, she goes to Angelas and has been for 7 years. So glad I went, Miranda was great, enjoyed talking with her and she did a great job on my hair. I will definitely be going back!!!!

    Angela is the bomb! This was my first appt. with her. She spent great time ensuring I knew what I was getting myself into. I was ready to get rid of my long hair. She did such an amazing job cutting my naturally curly hair. She gave me a style I can wear straight or curly. I walked out feeling like a new person.I loved the total vibe of the salon, Angela and other stylists! I would highly recommend!Update - OMG... I forgot one of the most important pieces of information in my post above. I have psoriasis on my scalp. Im used to the burning when coloring is applied.     I have been going to Angie for years! She has done my hair every color and fixed my hair multiple times from doing it myself and messing it up.. She is also so nice and honest, she will never steer you wrong. Also what I love is that she is not afraid to think out of the box and make you so happy! Oh and I wont let anyone else cut my hair, she does my whole families. Lets put it this way, she is my dads go to girl before he has to go work and hes on TV! Definitely recommend !!

    I have been seeing Kayla for years and she nails it EVERYTIME!!!! I trust her with my life literally lol. This most recent appointment I did something a little different and fun - I did half blonde and half brunette. She absolutely killed it!!!! (AS SHE ALWAYS DOES!!) I love sitting in the chair and watch her work her magic! Thereā€™s nothing she canā€™t do! She provides the most fabulous customer service!     Wonderful, friendly and a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as I walked in I was offered a cool refreshing glass of water it whatever I wanted. Kelly my nail tech was so sweet and really knew the product. Angela was wonderful and kind to my granddaughter she really made her feel special. I highly recommend Angelas spa and salon.

    I just moved to Sarasota in November. I was so fortunate to find Colleen and Kelly there! While Kelly does my LCN nails...that you can only find with Kelly. She is one of two people that offer this awesome product. At the same time Im getting my nails done Colleen is highlighting my hair, or whatever treatment Im having. We have a blast catching up. I love these girls. Not only for the excellent work they do, but how they make the entire experience so fun. Also..Colleen. the BEST!! All organic products..and she does tape extensions which have created the new me. Im hooked on the work these two girls do. They are a must go try them out!

    This is the best hair salon in our area. I drive from Nokomis, Which only takes me 22 minutes via Interstate. They have the best possible products available. . Everything is non-toxic and clean. Its the best haircut Ive ever had. Angie makes each visit so fun, that its hard to make myself leave.

    This is the best salon experience ive had in 15 years. Hands down.I love the location- its close to my home and tucked away in a nice little secluded corner with lots of trees and plants, which I adore.As soon as I stepped into the salon, it felt like home. It has so much character- and everything about it, from the crystals to the music shared my personal tastes!Everyone is so gentle and kind. I have terrible anxiety and usually feel awkward or judged in other stores, salons, etc... but everyone here was genuinely warm and I felt so comfortable and at ease. The products are also so wonderful!Kayla is absolutely incredible and everything Ive been searching for in a stylist. Shes gentle and considerate, her communication and checking in is deeply appreciated, and her talent is... phenomenal. Its literally been over 10 years since Ive been this happy with the result of a haircut.Dominique also gave me my first ever mani/pedi. Based on some videos and general reviews from other places, I was worried about it being uncomfortable, but she was super friendly and gentle and explained everything and answered my questions. It turned out being a very pleasant experience!I missed that they have an IR sauna, which I used to do at Vibology, so Im really excited that they offer that as well and cant wait to go back!

    Had such a good experience here. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Would definitely reccomend to everyone. I love that all the products are organic and eco-friendly. Dominique did my mani and pedi and she did an amazing job. My skin is nice and soft after the scrubs and the oils. Then I had a hair mask done which really brought out my natural hair color and made my hair so incredibly soft and shiny. I had a bad perm from another salon and my hair was just sad and angie gave me a fresh new cut which brought some life back into my hair. I love it. I just wish I would have found this place sooner!     This place is amazing. They have organic hair color and the stylist I went to, Miranda, was a complete star. My long time hair dresser in St Petes cancelled on me the morning of my appointment, and Miranda fitted me in last minute, matched my color perfectly, and gave me a great cut. Cant recommend this place enough.

    I love my hair and pedicure even though the massage chair is broke. The vibe is lovely but do not pay to get fairy hair here. Its been falling out more and more everytime I comb my hair even on first day. Im trying to not comb it haha for the shine for a festival but I cant even put oil in without it falling out. Its ridiculous. I hope they get the proper tools for fairy hair. The manual way is not cutting it esp for $3.10 a string.

    I have been going to Angela for 10+ years for cut and color. She is a true artist, always giving me exactly what I request, and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave her salon! She strives to leave out all of that chemical processing that you find at typical salons. She and her staff regularly attend hair shows, so the cuts are always on trend. For you ladies with thin, lifeless hair like mine, I highly recommend a body wave from Angelaā€™s. No chemicals, no shirley temple curls, just loose beachy waves that last for at least 9 months. Both of my young sons get cuts there as well...she gives them trendy looks without the upkeep. This is not a snobby salon...everyone friendly and down to earth. Do yourself a favor and book an appt at Angelaā€™s. You wonā€™t be disappointed!

    I found this salon through Google and am very pleased. The shop is a very quaint, refurbished house. The people all seem to be really nice. Since it was my first visit, they referred me to Michaela. I am most pleased. Michaela is a delight. She is young, vibrant and knowledgeable about she is doing and does it well. She is also very interested in her clients desire and wellbeing. She listens! I highly recommend the shop.

    I have been getting organic pedicures from Sherrie at Angelas for perhaps 2 years and I would recommend it without hesitation. For one: no fumes!!! For two: Sherrie is really good at what she does, she is thoughtful, calming and conscientious. I am generally stressed when I get there and I ALWAYS walk out transformed.

    Miranda is quite possibly the best colorist Iā€™ve ever experienced. I recently moved to the area and was in dire need of someone to ā€œfixā€ my terrible highliting job from months prior. Not only did Miranda spend her entire day accommodating me, it turned out GORGEOUS!!! And let me tell you; I am sooo picky about my hair. I speak to people daily in a professional setting and need to look the part and Miranda 100% helped me to achieve this! She is hands down the ONLY person I will ever have do my hair from now on.     This place was a blessing to find for me. I had a hair botox treatment done in NY that was supposed to leave my hair full and shiny. It destroyed it beyond what 3 other salons said they were capable of fixing. I was distraught to how i could face being seen in this fried neon orange and green hair. I happened to Google organic hair and Angelas pure salon came up. I called her and just the way she listened and had me come right in I knew there would be an end to all my amazon holefull cures that was a furthur expense with no cure. Miranda was my miracle worker and i am wowed beyond belief. She was able to color my hair against what anyone would try and i love it. Nooo damage and the most beautiful artistic cut..no more brillo hair soft i cant stop touching it. You turned a nightmare around and i love my new hair. I am so glad i got so botched up or i would have never found you

    Wow. Brought my 9 year old daughter in who was very specific on what she wanted (ombre) she brought some pictures. They were so accommodating and treated her like a princess. They could not have done a better job. They did exactly what the pictures portrayed which probably was a bit complicated. They offered her organic drinks and to me as well while waiting. All of their products are organic and the coloring and highlights didnt have that chemical smell. She couldnt have been happier! Thanks for taking care of my Angel! Recommend to anyone.
