    First time in this new lash location. I made a 2pm same day appointment with Fracassi lashes for full set lashes. Fracassi lashes new location is located inside the Tricho salon, which is on the 2nd floor of the UTC mall. I get there on time. I am immediately approached by a nice lady who I believe was a hair tech assistant. She offered me water or wine as I waited in line for check in. I had my own bottled water, so I passed on both options. Nevertheless, I appreciated the gesture. I check in and was welcomed by Felicia. Hope I got the name right. She checked me in and I asked will I be seen right away and she said yes. I take a seat in the waiting area. Few mins later, Felicia comes by and informes me my lash tech Brandi says it’ll be 10-15 mins before she can see me as her client was late, backing her up. She offered me water/wine and I passed. She then offered coffee. I accepted. She asked how would I like my coffee? For a moment, I thought I was at a coffee shop. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She takes pride in what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone that walks through Tricho salon doors are taken care of. I was going to give 3.5 stars bc the wait was 35 mins. Unacceptable for someone that has an appointment but for the service to make up for it I settled on a fair and solid 4 stars. Brandi is a wonderful person with great talent. Keep up the great work beautiful people. God bless!

    I saw Amy last week and I have to tell you, she’s amazing! She absolutely killed my color. I normally color my hair a flat red color and for the first time seeing Amy, she put some serious love into this hair. I now have highlights throughout that look so pretty and natural. She also gave me a haircut that suits my face much better. Lastly, she gave me a blowout ans style that has lasted me an entire WEEK. I’m not kidding. Definitely check this girl out. I’m not easily impressed when it comes to my hair but she has me hooked on her services now.

    I walked in not expecting much, because I have very difficult hair to work with, but Ms. Jo Banks is a miracle worker. Im going to post my before and after pic because she had me walking out of there looking 10 years younger, feeling confident and gorgeous. I highly recommend this salon and definitely at least book a consult Jo , you wont regret it.

    Jo Banks Hair Artist was AMAZING. She’s like someone straight out of Hollywood. She knew EXACTLY what to do with my long hair. She took one look at me, felt my hair texture, analyzed my face shape, and knew exactly which type of cut would frame my face in just the right way. I was so impressed. Of course with someone like this, you just let them exercise their EXPERTISE.....so I put my hair needs into her hands and she transformed me into someone who looks trendy and beautiful. Then I found out that she is an educator and she teaches and trains stylists. No WONDER she was so excellent. I never had a hair stylist take such an interest in my hair.....paying attention to every single detail! I loved my experience at this salon....and I can’t wait to bring all three of my daughters to get their hair done, too! Also, the atmosphere in that salon is top-notch. This is QUALITY on every level. :)

    I had my hair cut and styled by the Master Stylist / Educator, Jo Banks. Getting a simple blow dry to try out Jo was definitely worth it! Ive been getting so many compliments on my hair! My hair looks and feels fantastic, and Im so grateful to be in her capable hands. Her personality, hard work and dedication to this industry is unbelievable. When it comes to what your wanting with your hair, she will tell you like it is. If that hairstyle or color your looking for isnt going to best suit you, she will bounce back with a better solution to what she can do to make it look fabulous.     I HIGHLY recommend this salon. I had multiple services done -- all completely perfect! Patrick was my guy -- he is extremely talented, knowledgeable and personable. In addition to the excellent services, I was greeted and taken care of by Mimi the salons manager.     I’ve been going to Loxie for about two years now and have loved my hair ever since. She has great knowledge and expertise on hair and especially color correction because I’ve gone through the colors of the rainbow over the years. The salon is very comfortable, very clean and full service. My mom gets her hair done here too and is always very satisfied as well.

    Jo Banks is hands down the best hairstylist I have had. She is me and my wifes hairstylist. She is very professional, patient, and listens to my needs. I feel completely relaxed in her chair because she takes her time and always gives me a perfect cut and style.     Fantastic Salon on every level !My hair was in desperate need of cut color treatment etc. I left there with it looking and feeling wonderful!Jo who did my hair took so much pride, care, and detail in fixing my hair, treating it, and really listened to exactly what I wanted done to it!The entire staff was so nice and willing to go above and beyond what they needed to do.I have lived in FL for five years and havent found a Salon I Love until today!!I might also add the fact I had my 6 month old daughter with me and everyone was genuinely accommodating to the circumstances and I am so grateful!

    Wow… I have very thick, naturally curly hair. Finding someone who has the unique talent to cut this type of hair is hard to find. Well, I have found him! Patrick did an amazing job with my cut, color, and style last weekend. While he was performing his magic, I watched him. The passion he has for what he does is indescribable.     I first visited Tricho because of how close it was to my home and all the great reviews. Now I cant imagine going anywhere else , and its because of Latrina. The haircut is always so precise and simply beautiful, and the highlights are perfect and the exact shade I have in mind. Even after my hair grows back the style is still very manageable. I highly recommend this salon. You will not be disappointed if you ask for Latrina!

    Jo Banks is the best; she consults and makes recommendations based on the answers and concerns that you have about your hair. I have been seeing Jo for almost 4 years now.     I was wanting a change and even though I love my extensions, I was getting a little bored with the color and style. I have been to just about every well known salon/stylist in town, from the Ritz-Carlton, The Met and to a lot of the new salons downtown. While I was always satisfied with the result, not many stylists offered new suggestions and didn’t feel comfortable stepping outside of the box ( foil highlights, a lowlight or two, blah, blah)I called Tricho after hearing great things from friends and was pleasantly surprised from the get go. The receptionist was very informative, patiently listened to what I wanted and suggested I book with Master Stylist, Jo Banks (Stylist Extraordinaire!) Jo is amazing, a true artist who knew right away what I wanted/needed. She color corrected and blended surprising, but beautiful colors to get the most gorgeous blonde I’ve ever had. After that she did a perfect cut and style and I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! You definitely get what you pay for with Jo Banks and it was money and time well spent. I highly recommend this gem of a salon and of course, Jo Banks...you would be hard pressed to find a stylist with her confidence, glowing reviews and vast experience! Thank you Jo and Tricho!

    Darren is great! He made me feel so good about my hair. I feel so pretty again. He gave me AWESOME tips too! There is Mimi too when you walk in.     I followed my expert stylist Paolo when he moved over to Tricho Salon. My hair has never looked or felt better since I became one of his clients. Not a day goes by without someone asking me about the color, or just saying they love my hair. He takes great care of me, always looking out for me as a client which I appreciate so very much. He will never disappoint, and I guarantee you will be happier when you leave than when you came in! The staff is very accommodating, ready to get you a coffee, latte, water or wine if you want. They all have mastered the head massaging shampoo which is a special treat.

    I went to Tricho to have a color consultation with Victoria. I had a few photos and ideas of what I liked but being realistic about the fact that my hair may not work with those looks, I asked her professional opinion since she is a color specialist. She was very honest about what she thought we needed to do to get my hair on the track I wanted it. She did an all over color to bring my hair back to one tone and then did a baylage and finished with a glaze. She was very precise with placement of the baylage and overall very patient with the color so it would take perfectly to my hair. After my color, Sarah did my cut. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. After she blew out my hair to reveal the amazing color that Victoria gave me. I absolutely love it. I cant wait to go back again, it was a great experience with amazing ladies! I couldnt recommend Victoria enough for color!!! I have received so many compliments on my hair since going there.

    Jo Banks is the best Ive experienced in the industry. I brought my teenage daughter in for some novelty mermaid type color and I was absolutely blown away at how beautiful the blues, greens and purples played off one another creating the most beautiful mermaid type color spectrum. I was being taken care of by another gentleman, Kevin, who is no longer there but he was also amazing. Ive had some pretty bad experiences with my hair being butchered and was reluctant to try again. Lets put it this way, Jo Banks is the true meaning of artistry and vision. I live 1,000 miles away and Ill probably never go to anyone else. She is top notch every single time my daughter and I have went to her. I can not say enough good things about her talent. Especially with the thickness, curliness and length of our hair it nearly impossible to find someone who is so highly skilled. Thanks Jo! You the bestest!!! Xo

If you are looking for a master stylist/colorist, I would recommend Paulo - it has been the first time in a long time that I have received compliments on the color and style of my hair. I am really looking forward to my next visit!

    This place is very good. The stylist (Michelle Young) fixed my hair wonderfully! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the stylists are very good at making a conversation and very friendly. They offer you coffee, wine, or water if you are a customer and the prices are great for what your getting! Best salon experience ever!

    This is not a cheap place. I had Yvonne and she was wonderful and cheery. Mimi at the front was funny and the staff were pleasant. I got my ends trimmed which included shampooing and the blow out. It’s a little expensive but in a convenient place. I’ve been here twice and one of the two visits made me happy the other one left uneven hair. All in all, it’s a okay place. Ask for Yvonne would be my recommendation.

    I came today with fried bleached hair and Jo Banks here at Tricho cut and styled my hair, and did an olaplex treatment! I am more than happy with my results, my hair is no longer a frizzy hot mess and I had a blast while getting my hair taken care of! Such a down to earth stylist (who I will come back to see), and a clean and fresh salon! Will be back!

    My daughter had extensions put in by Jo. When we arrived for the appointment and Jo saw the extensions they were off from my daughters hair color there was a bit of a panic on our part but Jo took control and colored the extensions and they were exactly the same color as my daughters hair. He hair came out beautiful and she looked absolutely stunning for her senior prom! Thank you Jo!! You really dont know how much you did for my daughter that day!!     Jo Banks is the absolutely most amazing hairstylist I’ve been to in a very long time. As a woman of a certain age I have many hair struggles from grays, frizzies tons of hair and aelopitia. Jo knows exactly what my hair needs.     Dimitra did a fantastic job on my hair. A stacked bob and balayage for the color style. I was visiting from New York and didnt have time to get it done before leaving. My stylist in NY couldnt say enough about the depth of color and the precision of the cut. A stacked bob is a hard cut to get right. She was impressed. I highly recommend Dimitra for anyone that wants something that takes a talented artist. I would definitely go back when Im in Sarasota again.

    Paulo is AMAZING!! Im so glad I was referred to him! I moved to Bradenton in July and have had a rough go of it with my hair. He totally took charge and advised me what would work with my face and what would probably not be a good idea for me. He is very personable and explained what he was doing and why.. from the consult to my blow dry. I walked out of Tricho feeling like a million dollars!     After a few choppy haircuts at another salon, I suggested that my mom try Tricho Salon in the UTC Mall. From the get-go, Jo Banks went above and beyond to make sure my mom got the perfect haircut and color.     Trico salon at the UTC mall is the most professional salon that I have been to , in the sense of their customer service, product knowledge and willingness to try new things. I have tried so many places here in Sarasota and no one can get my color right. Paulo Davis knew exactly what to do. I have been seeing him for a year and we have just started doing a Keratin express treatment and I really like not having frizzy hair in Florida. I know this may sound trivial but they have great coffee. I have always used Kerastase products and Paulo gave me a few samples of Oribe and I have switched my hair products and I cannot believe the difference. Treat yourself to a cut and color with Paulo

    Paulo Davis is AMAZING! He gave me my life back. I walked in looking like a bedraggled mess and came out looking like a hot mama!Paulo asked me to sit and tell him what I wanted. I was at a very low self-confident level. Too much weight - too little care about myself. But he took my hair - swept it around and said, this is what I see for you. It was magic. He has a gift of making you feel like you are the most important person. You believe it because you are while you are sitting in his chair. Thank you, Paulo.
