Highly recommend this salon— it was my first time here today and I fell in love. They were so organized and they made me feel so welcomed. Crisel was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She completely transformed my hair and gave me really good tips. She listens to her clients and takes the time to do high quality work. On top of that, she’s super fun and kind— I had a great time in there! Both front desk girls I met were super sweet too— Megan was the one who booked my appointment and checked me out and made me feel extra welcomed. Love this place, can’t wait to be back!

I can’t say enough good things about Crisel! She did my hair extensions and completely transformed my look, I’m IN LOVE with my hair again! The salon is nice and clean, the hair products used in a salon are good quality.Gabriela is a beautiful person and amazingly talented stylist. She listened to what I wanted, took time to explain the process and did exactly what I came for. She’s very patient and a perfectionist, which is important to me. Since I recently moved to the area, I was anxious to find a good hair stylist, but not anymore. I’m so happy I found Gabriela and don’t have to keep looking anymore. I highly recommend Gabriela. Could not have had a better experience with Crisel today! Went in for a last minute firstTime appointment for my nine year old daughter and I. Her first real salon experience and she and I both had a wolf cut (shaggy 70s layers) and crisel DELIVERED.My daughter was really nervous and she was so in love and happy by the end. Crisel was so patient, kind, and empathetic with my daughter and her experience and made it so great for her and us! Highly recommend will definitely be back!

My stylist was Victoria. I came in with the goal of getting a foliage, cut, and style but after assessing my hair, she determined that it probably wouldn’t hold the lightening. She was very kind in explaining the risks of putting any chemicals to lighten my hair at this time and offered to do a test strand. She also recommended a molecular hair mask, good clarifying shampoo, and a deep conditioner. She went out of her way to explain each step and to reiterate that the health of my hair is the priority over any desired look. I was very grateful for her attention to care. She took the time to get to know me and after seeing pictures of my hair and how healthy it was in the past, she offered a few suggestions as to what might be causing the recent dryness. She also explained in detailed how I should be washing my hair, what products to use, and how to maintain it. She didn’t try to sell me products or push other treatments; she simply gave suggestions and explained how each product would benefit my hair. She proceeded to give me a healthy cut, a blow dry, and she styled my hair. Although I was disappointed I couldn’t get my desired look today, the disappointment didn’t last long due to how beautifully hydrated and shiny my hair looked when she was done. She was also optimistic about my color options in the future and encouraged me to focus on healthy growth in the meantime. I know I can trust Victoria with my hair from now on and already booked my holiday hair appointment. Thank you to Juliana at Musart for recommending Victoria!

Had an amazing experience with Crisel. I have naturally curly hair. I stopped keratin treatments over a year ago and did a big chop 5 months. I was looking for a change without compromising the health of my curls and adding some dimension and Crisel did that and more! I was so nervous about getting my hair cut due to hair loss. I thought I would just end up with a flat, lifeless mop of a few strands. But on Feb 10th I walked in and Melinda put me at ease. She listened to my concerns, addressed each one and walked me through her recommendations for my cut. I felt confident that she would be able to help me. She most certainly did! My hair looks great! She cut off the dead hair and somehow within the cut gave my hair more body than it has had in years! Plus it is so much healthier than its been.I have received so many compliments. She reached out on a Sunday to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for. She was so welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful salon.. staff are all friendly! I was paired with Mia and she was wonderful!! She 100% nailed it. I was able to get the look I was going for… I love it!! She styled it so nicely too. 10/10 Worth every minute & penny. From front desk to chair, AMAZING. The place smells like HEAVEN. Which may not be important to some, but the cleanliness is top tier. Staff were so attentive and polite, always checking to be sure I wasn’t going without. After some scheduling issues, Gabriela and the girls helped out and were still able to get me in and STAY LATE. No one accommodates like this anymore.

From the minute they picked up the phone, the salon staff has been friendly, welcoming, and really seem like they care about me as a client. My stylist Melinda did a great job with my hair, I just got it cut and styled, and I walked away very happy with it! I walked into Musart in a desperate situation. Days earlier I had unknowingly gone to an inexperienced stylist for balayage and new cut. My hair was terrible and I had to travel in 4 days!I decided to book a consultation as soon as possible with Emily to see if she could fix my hair. Emily was so sweet and confident, I felt immediately that she was an experienced talented professional. And even though she is usually completely booked, I was blessed with an opening in her schedule the next morning!Appointment day: The ladies took such good care of me...Victoria, at the front desk was so welcoming with her beautiful smile and helped me to resolve an account issue with so much patience. Jada was also wonderful. She was a great support to Emily during the whole appointment and even though I gave her a hard time (I was being overly fussy while she was styling my hair at the end), she persevered and remained as pleasant as ever.Emily fixed my hair! I honestly did not think anyone could fix my hair, but Emily worked her magic and not only was the color BEAUTIFUL, but my hair is now soft and shiny. Emily even fixed my short botched cut and gave me a beautiful precise cut that I know will grow out nicely.Thank you Musart! Victoria is my new favorite person at Musart, not only did she give me perfect color and highlights, but she is the nicest person and obviously very talented. Emily is a fantastic hairstylist! I have a standing appointment at Musart Salon every two weeks to see her and she has been always amazing, very consistent delivering the same awesome customer service and giving me plenty of attention. I loved the transformation I decided to make in my service with Gabriela, after recommendations from friends who had already been treated by her. The suggested cut brought youthfulness and also the hair botox applied left my hair super soft and easy to maintain on a daily basis. I highly recommend Gabriela!

Nov 18th deep conditioning and glam blow out! Maddi is always the most amazing and sweetest! Always makes my week to get spoiled by her!!I came in again and this time I went to Maddie! What a magical hair fairy a godmother ! She transformed my hair from dowdie old lady to glamorous diva! She was meticulous and is such a sweetheart! Thank you Maddie for taking your time to make me feel like a million bucks! I’ll have to drag the husband out to dinner now to show off this reshreshed goddess!I came in to get myself ready to welcome the New Year so wonderfully talented Emily could make me gorgeous again. She’s sensational - very knowledgeable and very skilled. I followed the girls from their previous salon and they opened this new FABULOUS one which I love that it’s much closer to I-75 for quick and easy access. I don’t trust my highlights to anyone and it’s been a journey finding a place that doesn’t fry my hair. I leave her like a Glamazon every single visit.
