When I moved 11 years ago from the northeast, was worried because not knowing any hair stylists. Well after many mistakes I met Tyler. Best thing!!! Very professional, listens to what you like and does her magic. I turned 50 & Fabulous this year and wanted to have purple hair. I am very happy to be the canvas for Tyler. Awesome work. I’ve been seeing Tyler for my monthly hair appointment for 10 + years. She has always done an outstanding job. Very professional and extremely skilled and talented. I’ve referred others to her and everyone has berm pleased. So whether your a guy or a girl, she’s got what it takes to make you look your absolute best. She can give you a new current style cut or maintain what you have. She’s the best !!!

I LOVE Tyler. I’ve been getting my hair cut/colored by the same person for the last 20+ years. My parents now live in Fl and I came to stay with them last year, in desperate need of color. I found the salon on a whim and was recommended to Tyler. Now, Every visit back to Sarasota...getting in to see Tyler is a must. She’s cut/colored my hair 3 additional times and I’m absolutely never disappointed. I was so nervous to goto someone new, but she truly took my fears away immediately. She was spot on with color, she was detailed and most importantly current. She knows what looks good, and gives it to you! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to see her again soon!

I have been seeing Tyler for over a year for vibrant hair colors. Her skill level was very high to start with and she has only gotten more skilled over time. When I moved to Florida from the Northeast in early 2016,, I found Tyler and followed her several times to her current and best location . I am always glad To go and I do frequently since I have short hair.I Have read the comments of other people, in Sarasota who pay more and are frequently disappointed. I am happy to recommend them /with confidence -to Tyler, as she takes her business seriously.

She offers a large selection of services including braiding, extentions, color including vibrants/vivid, and cut (men and women). I have always had an amazing experience sitting in her chair. Iv been going to Tyler for a little over a year now, she is so talented in so many ways! The first time I went to her my hair was bleached blonde and unhealthy and short. She put in extensions for me and did an awesome job! She always made sure to treat my hair like gold! After a few months I wanted something new so we took the extensions out and went brown/rose gold ombré! It turned out perfect!!! She is a magician when it comes to color!! After that I decided to go purple! Once again flawless!!! My hair is now so strong and healthy from the treatments that she suggested and I will never go to another stylist for as long as she is working! Not only is she so knowledgeable when it comes to hair and all the new trends but she makes you feel so comfortable in the chair, when I first sat down we were strangers and now I’m so happy to call her a friend! When you sit in Tyler’s chair you will NEVER be disappointed she really knows what she is doing and keeps up with hair education regularly and it truly shows!

Tyler is amazing!!!! I’ve gone to her for a while now and she’s always given me the best colors, cuts, and styles! I can genuinely say I have never had someone as talented as her do my hair! She took me from black to blonde SEAMLESSLY!! My hair wasn’t over processed and felt so so healthy!! On top of that the color was literally perfect, I didn’t have any funky orange or yellow it was beautiful! Since then I decided to do something a little different and she gave me the most perfect vibrant color of red! Her colors and cuts are spot on! I love that she always listens to exactly what the client wants and executes it perfectly! I’ll never go anywhere else!!

It is extremely hard to find a place that can get you in and out at a reasonable time. I’ve had only great experiences at this facility: precovid and during covid. The location couldn’t be better - as it sits right within downtown Sarasota. I can get a great cut and be on my way to some mischief downtown in no time. Tyler, a down to earth and very professional hair stylist - has been the only woman I’ve gone to at popculthair. She not only can make you feel Gucci, but she can hold a very warm and home felt conversation while she’s working her magic. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great conversation and cut.
