    Went and got me a cut from my beautiful hair stylist Molly. Shes only been at it for 3 months but she was awesome and I highly recommend her. If you see this Molly then thank you again and see you next time 😊 I also had the hot towel and cold towels MVP treatment which is recommended as well because Molly should be a masseuse because she got rid of a headache lol

    This location is by far the best place to get your hair taken care of. Everyone is so nice and helpful from the beginning of walking in the door to leaving with a smile with services provided. I’ve been getting my haircut here for the last 4 years and the service has been consistently amazing and if not getting even better! Definitely recommend getting the “MVP” service and make sure you use the app to check in! (This process makes your life much more easier to get serviced!)-A Loyal Customer for years

    We (my 7 year old son, my 10 year old daughter, and myself) had a wonderful experience yesterday! It all started with talking on the phone with the owner who was very nice and helpful! When we arrived everyone was friendly. Felicia was very knowledgeable and kind and did a wonderful job with my daughter and my hair! Mimi did a great job with my sons very fine hair. They both took their time and truly seemed to care. We will definitely be going back next time we need our hair cut. Thank you!!!

    Pretty trash haircut. The lady was very nice but several pieces were uneven. Had to point it out and tell her that it was completely uneven. In the end it was better but not totally salvageable. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, at least not the older woman I had. 2 stars instead of 1 for being nice.EDIT: The manager reached out directly and worked to get their best stylist to fix the bad cut. They were super thorough and extremely nice. Updated to 4 stars!

    Every time I get my haircut I got to SportsClips and come back with my new favorite haircut. This last time went, Shannon took good care of me. She managed to make my hair look better than ever while being so sweet and funny.

    Its easy to stop by and get a decent haircut. I tried the Barber Shop experience and always end up paying 2-3x as much for the same haircut (no i dont need a lightning bolt shaved onto the side of my head). The people at Sportsclips are friendly, like they understand what customer service is and thats huge because I feel welcomed, I occasionally suffer from social anxiety so this is really big for me. The last and most important thing is that I can just show up without having to deal with anther app. My life seems consumed with apps as everything has an app these days. Its refreshing and living when I can just show up somewhere on a random day I have some free time to take care of myself, in this case a haircut. I waited maybe 10 minutes after stopping by, it was great.

    Earlier this week I was waiting to have my hair cut by my stylist Chelsea. I overheard the conversation she had with the client ahead of me who drives down from Lakewood Ranch because she only wants Chelsea styling her hair. This client likely drives 30-45 minutes to the Sport Clips location where Chelsea works and it really speaks to the great work Chelsea does as a stylist. Finding someone who knows how you like your hair styled and cares about it each time you have it done is like finding a good doctor, dentist or mechanic – they become your go-to for the services they provide for you. Like that client who drives 30-45 minutes from Lakewood Ranch, I would do the same if that’s what was necessary to have Chelsea style my hair. Some things are just worth making the extra effort when you want them done right!

To my surprise, the women in the salon were happy to help me with what I needed. I had a great experience and will honestly be back for my next trim!

    I loved what a fabulous job Chelsea did with my hair! I only get it done twice or three times a year (being a female with long hair), and she is the best stylist that Ive ever come across!! She has such a grand knowledge-base, and clearly knows the tricks of the trade from layering to texturizing! I got the MVP treatment with a hair wash and I still daydream about that comforting tea-tree and lavender scent combination in the shampoo and conditioner. :)

    My boyfriend specifically got his haircut because I told him to. He took a picture to the hairdresser meanwhile I was down the road getting my nails done. After the haircut he called me to let me know it was the best haircut hes ever had in his whole life. That is hair look the best that it ever has. Soooo THANK YOU BILLY!!!!!     Came here for the first time ever and it was the best haircut Ive experienced across the country! It was the first 5 star haircut place Ive seen, and it went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did I look better, but I felt better after, thanks to the great service. As it was my first time, I got a complementary shampoo head massage, a nice hot towel on my face, and a shoulder massage. Excellent business model, great company, and extremely good pricing to boot!     Always a great experience here! My two boys, ages 5 and 9, come with me monthly on a Sunday. We rarely have to wait, and if we do we just watch sports anyway.     Ive been coming to this location for over a year now and been very happy. Im sure Ive seen all the stylists by now, as I dont have a preference. I always just see the first available stylist. But I have seen Julie the past two times and shes good. Im a little picky with my hair which seems to make stylists either nervous or annoyed to cut my hair, but she is neither. She listens, doesnt make me feel like Im being a pain in the a$$, and doesnt rush through it. Though I am happy to see any stylist there, Ill probably start requesting her from now on.

    My child has gotten his hair cut here since they first opened! He loves to get the VIP treatment :) there is no trouble getting my son to go get a haircut anymore! The only reason I didnt give them 5stars is that the stylists change often & my son prefers to keep the same stylist. Their computer system keeps all past customer notes though :)

    So I have been to a lot of places around Sarasota to get my hair cut and could never find a place that I liked or did my hair the way I wanted it. I ha e used a couple of people in here and they have done a great job but Rachel is the one you want to see. She makes you feel very welcome and treats you more like family then a customer. All I do is sit in the chair and she goes to work on my hair I don’t have to say a word on how I want it and I love that. She also takes the time to get to know me as a person and that makes feel like at and good ole country barbershop!!!

    Highly recommend! I really like the ease of making and appointment and checking in via the website (or app). Plus, you get a text when its your turn. The stylists are knowledgable and friendly- I never feel pressured or rushed. They pay attention to detail, and are great about asking how Id like this or that done (the angle of the lines, sideburns, etc.).     Best place in Sarasota to go, just a tip however they get busy fast, so book an appointment. Wait times can be from 30 minutes to about an hour, even with the wait time they do an excellent job on getting in those that are walk-ins.

    Im from Canada and I had to get a haircut while visiting Sarasota. This was my best experience so far getting a haircut. Julie did my hair. I took atleast 3 mins to explain exacly what I wanted for my haircut and she took the time to listen to every little details I had to say. Her attention to details is amazing. She will do your hair as if it was her own. Im very satisfied with the service I had. I got a free VIP upgrade for my first visit ( hot facial towel, hair wash with head massage + chair massage and another massage with a little machine around my neck and shoulders) She also gave me 5 free haircut cards to refer other clients. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a fresh haircut.

    I gotta admit: when I came to Florida (from, yup, NY!) the HARDEST thing - in a funny vein - was finding a good barber! Musta been to a half-dozen til I came to Sport Clips! And obviously, Im very happy here - and pleasantly surprised that whatever barber/hair stylist Ive had, has been EXCELLENT. Really. Yeah, having a customer historycard on hand is a great idea for each stylist to know how each customer likes their hair styled, but the simple truth is that each barber thus far has simply been superb at what they do. And very caring. And professional. And the whole nine yards! THANK YOU

    I have paid anywhere from $8-$80 for a haircut, so money isnt my only consideration. New stylist, Kahlan, has earned my endorsement for actually listening to my suggestions and keeping them in mind while shes styling my hair. Too often, that seems hard to find. Kahlan is new to this location, but has years of experience, and its such a bonus to pay only $20. Ill be back and Im telling my friends.

    I loved getting my haircuts at Sport Clips in Atlanta for the years I lived there. Since moving home to Sarasota, Ive been missing the MVP experience. I met the owner, Michelle, at a Spring Training baseball game last week. She owns the location in Sarasota on Tamiami Trail in the new Pelican Plaza with Total Wine, Ulta, Starbucks, and a brand new Chick-fil-a. She also owns the location in downtown Bradenton, close to Lecom Park, where the Bradenton Marauders play.I went to her South Sarasota location, and my stylist Cindy was really great. Besides being friendly and helpful, I trusted her to try a new haircut, and she nailed it!The best part of the whole experience is what you get in addition to the haircut. Where else can you go to get a spa day experience in less than 30 mins? I love the massage chair, shampoo, scalp massage, hot towel face treatment, and shoulder massage MVP treatment. The hardest part is staying awake when they have the lights dimmed in the salon, haha!10 out of 10 stars! I highly recommend Michelle and Sport Clips.
