Penny is amazing! I have been going to her since I moved to Florida 2007. She always uses high quality products on my hair and goes the extra mile to ensure I LOVE my hair when I leave her chair. She is extremely professional and takes the time too LISTEN to what Im asking for. I have never left her chair unhappy. I have tried value salons when in a rush and always go back to Penny immediately to color my hair the way I like it. She is always prompt and accomidating when it comes to scheduling a appointment with her. Im SO happy I met her and always send my friends. She also cuts my childrens hair and they love Ms Penny ♡ Thank you!!!!

PENNY IS OUTSTANDING! 5/23/17 was my first visit to tropical salon. As anyone knows when trying to find an exceptional hair dresser/colorist it is very difficult. She understood what I wanted and preformed beautifully. I would recommend her to anyone especially someone looking for a phenomenal colorist. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Penny was OUTSTANDING! I’m always hesitant with trusting blonde touch ups (my fellow blondes can relate) but she was super informative and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I just had my hair colored and cut with Penney , who is so much fun to talk with. Love the color and cut. I have that dishwater blonde hair that either looks too dark or too blonde and Penney fixed me right up. She give me the best color and highlight along with hair cut . I will definitely recommend this place to everyone .

They are only allowing by appointment styling. Susan is wonderful, so are many of the other stylists, all friendly.
