I made a surprisingly delightful discovery today at Imperial Salon. From the moment I stepped inside the inviting entry, I felt surrounded by beauty…jewelry, a few clothing items, skincare items to name a few…but it was the girls working there who were the most delightful and beautiful! I got a manicure from Mandy. She removed my gel polish, being mindful to protect the integrity of my nails. She was meticulous and I am quite pleased with her professionalism and her skill as a nail tech. I will def be returning! Can’t wait to check out their other services!

I can’t say enough good things about my appointment! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. They listened to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and helped me choose a cut and color that truly flatters me. The end result was even better than I imagined—my hair has never looked this good! I’ve gotten so many compliments already. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Thank you Imperial crew for a divine birthday treat! I desperately needed some me-time and I felt like a whole princess here. Im so glad I got Marcus for the massage. That was surreal. Everyone should treat themselves to a massage by Marcus at least once. Seriously, its like he factory reset my whole body. I also had the pleasure of meeting both Shannon and Megan during my facial. Their advice and expertise were top tier. Im literally glowing. 10 million stars!! 🌟

I had a wonderful massage with Juliet. She was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a Customer Service issue a few weeks ago and the manager called me within two days and provided immediate resolution. Imperial is one of my favorite spas. I love the complementary champagne and the delicious cookies, as well as being able to relax in the sauna and steam room before and after services.

I got the cleansing facial that was so relaxing and definitely improved my skin and I also got a lash tint and lift. Great experience and Megan took great care of me for both services. Ana is the best! I’ve been going to get my hair highlighted for over 2 years and she has helped me make it the healthiest it has ever been. My hair was destroyed from so much processing and she really did save it. Today she did a balayage and her tequnique and professionalism is unmatched. 💛 It’s also so nice that she is a joy to be around.

I have had a wonderful experience every time I have used this spa, everyone is so nice. I see Jackie for a therapeutic massage regularly, she is amazing. I was having tension headaches and she worked on my neck, shoulder and upper back to help relieve my headaches. I would recommend her, she definitely knows what she doing.I have seen Bianca and Megan for facials they are both very knowledgeable on skin care. All three of these ladies are very positive and make you feel very welcome. I have had a great experience with the front desk checking in and out, they are always smiling and just very sweet. I always feel fantastic after my experiences with this spa.

Yes, this place looks “fancy” and it is quality through and through. A visitor coming by and wishing I could bring this spa with me back home to be “a regular”. Sam gave me a massage and is so very incredible as his work! He understands the bones and contour of the body well. He makes sure the pressure is perfect at all times and will listen to what you need and can figure it out without having to say anything as well. After paddling on the water all week and with his unique tlc I’m not only reset, but feel spoiled and won’t forget. I’d love for all my girlfriends to enjoy this experience!!

I couldn’t be happier to have Jasmine as my go to hair girl. She always listens carefully to what I want and always goes above and beyond every hair appointment I have. I appreciate her because she’s someone who genuinely cares about not only making my hair look amazing but making sure I feel amazing too which is huge as a new mom with a less than one year old baby. Her skills are unmatched whether it’s color, a fresh cut, or even needing a hair style for a special occasion she does it all I can’t recommend Jasmine enough!

Nicole( Coley) is so talented at eyelash extensions!! She’s very educated and is able to do different styles. Sometime I do classic, sometimes I like them more whispy.Lu will give you the best facial of your life!! I love the Hydrafacial and Red Carpet Peel! I always get dermaplaning done with them and my skin looks AMAZING!! But any facial with Lu is amazing, she’s truly gifted!!

After being sick with Long Covid and not being able to get out and get my hair taken care of for over 6 months, I received excellent results from Nancy at Imperial Salon and Spa! The owner and all of the staff are amazing and kind. Nancy is so nice and friendly! She is very knowledgeable about hair health and my family said that my hair color and highlights looked great and natural. I don’t think I could have had a better experience 💖!!!

Today I joined the ranks of men who get facials. And its awesome! You really should try this. To be treated so nicely, and at the end of it, your face looks and just feels BETTER, is totally worth it. Megan could not have been nicer and she clearly is very good at her craft. I will certainly be doing this regularly from now on. I love dealing with Imperial for all my aesthetic and personal needs. They make every customer feel like royalty.

I can not express how pleased I was with my recent visit to Imperial. I threw my back out and could barely walk. I booked a 90 minute session with Marcus. Upon greeting me in the lobby, he could tell something was wrong. I explained the pain and he said he understood. He worked my back and stretched my whole body all while staying in tune with the touch or pressure.At the conclusion of the massage, I was still tender but able to walk out a lot faster than I entered.He is a miracle worker and I rebooked for the following month.

Lovely spa located in a strip mall which is different. Inside was very clean and welcoming. I love their little tea room while waiting for the service that I booked, a massage. Jaime did not disappoint! My only complaint is that the clean robes, stacked neatly, we not completely dry. Nothing better than putting on a warm, dry robe at a spa. All in all, I will definitely return to Imperial Spa in Indian Harbor Beach.

I got my hair done at Imperial for the first time and I’m absolutely in awe. The salon had a beautiful appearance and atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend getting your hair done with Jazmen. Apart from making me feel really comfortable and making conversation with me which I love, she brought my hair back to life. She exceeded my expectations and made my hair look just how I wanted it! Just left the salon and already got so many compliments on it. She gave me beautiful layers and bouncy curls that will last me all day :) 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Jazmen, and I couldnt be happier with the results! Im a blonde and have had many hairdressers fail at getting the color just right, which is why I hadnt dared to color it in a long time. But Jazmen completely changed that! She is an absolutely amazing colorist--her attention to detail and expertise in blending tones is unmatched. My blonde turned out vibrant, natural, and exactly what I envisioned. The haircut was just as impressive--clean, precise, and styled perfectly. Jazmen truly knows how to bring out the best in her clients hair. If youre looking for a skilled colorist and stylist, I highly recommend her!!

Marcus was the masseuse that gave me one of the best deep tissue massages. He asked me about areas of concern. I explained my problem with my legs/thighs. I dont think I could have picked a better place for my wedding hair and my makeup. Hallie is such a bad ass she did my hair which turned out way better then I could have imagined from the cut and color to my wedding hairstyle, she saw my inspo and just killed it. I dont normally wear a full face of makeup and I dont like really like wearing a lot of it but Nicole is amazing the way she did my makeup felt like I didnt have a lot of and she took her time to listen and really understood what I was looking for. These ladies are both amazing and they really did make my big so special. Thank you so much I really couldnt have asked for a better team.

Ale is the best hair stylist I have ever worked with. Just look at the before and after pics. I used to go to another high end local salon and my first experience there was good, but look at how the lady there cut my hair the second time around in the before pic… it’s a shame because I was trying to grow my hair long and she ruined it.Ale fixed this atrocity by bringing the layers closer together and recoloring my hair. The end results were incredible. It’s been 3 months since I got my hair colored and cut by Ale and other than the new growth, my hair color looks exactly like it did when Ale first fixed my hair. She is clearly a very talented with hair and I will only be going to her for my hair cuts and coloring. Thank you Ale!

I love my deep tissue massages by Amanda here. She is soooo nice and she really pays attention to my sore areas and works out the knots. She is gentle but firmly gets into those sore spots well! I never had an herbal ball massage so I thought I would give it a try. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist and she guided me to the locker room and then the tea room. It really set the mood for a relaxing time. Amy got me from the tea room and brought me to the massage room. There she used heated herbal balls to workout all my kinks and knots. She also gave me a fantastic foot massage. Most massages and even pedicures dont include a foot massage so that was a real treat. After an herbal ball massage you get to take them home with you so you can continue massaging on your own for the next week or so. Very lovely experience.

Went in to imperial for my makeup trial and she did an amazing job! I explained my hair situation and there happened to be an opening and they fit me in! They were able to fix my hair and do it up just as I wanted even without having the tools they thought they needed. Ended up looking amazing for my final wedding dress fitting!! But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The only reason I wouldnt give it 5 starts on this visit is because of the front desk receptionists. Each time weve been there, they have been pompous and obvious about attempting to persuade them clientele to pay to dollar for unnecessary time and products. Beware that the receptionists will say they have provided the stylists with your wants and recommendations/expectations but in fact they have not. This leads to confusion between the stylists and clients. Bottom line, deal directly with your stylists.

In 2016 she began micro blading, and I was confident to be her first real appointment. And I LOVE them.And last I will mention the front desk staff are the best!! They are never stuffy, arrogant, or rude (like Ive experienced in other high end salons). They are knowledgeable, friendly, and fun!!

All the staff where friendly. I had a facial for the first time there. Ashley did an awesome job, paying special attention to shaping my eyebrows as to not expose a scar i have under one . The facial was relaxing and the products she used left my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Highly recommend.

Lisamae and Coley (Nicole) are wonderful for manicures and pedicures. We’ve been enjoying their professionalism and attention to detail for the past 3 years. They stay current with new styles and are always accommodating. Lu does an amazing job with eyebrows and facials. She customizes the facials to her customers’ needs and her scalp and neck massages are dreamy.

As a man I never had a facial before. Today I got a facial and it was amazing. This spot has a very relaxing aura, the staff is great, and the wine is a nice touch. The massage was very relaxing too. My wife did the couples massage and I really enjoyed it. The manager is very attentive and all the staff was great! This was a great gift idea from my wife. I’m definitely doing this again!
