    I used to go to Salt Hair Studio a few years ago and always had a positive experience with Sybil.I was in town this weekend and wanted to get by hair highlighted here because of these past positive experiences. Sybil did not have availability so the salon booked me with another hairdresser.Though I was not happy with the results, the salon did everything in their power to rectify the situation. I am very touched and happy with the salon’s customer service. The salon’s owner was understanding and empathetic, listening to my own situation carefully and sharing her own wisdom and experience. Highly recommended this salon for customer service and for treating me like family!

    Katie is great! She’s been doing my hair since I moved here. I started going for color and cut, but now she has shown me my hair has curls. She is a Ouidad specialist and has helped show me how to fix my wavy hair. I’m so glad I found this place. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

    Since I moved to the area in 2018, I have used Katie at Salt Hair for all of my hair needs. She always gets the color right. And when I get adventurous for a new hairstyle, all I have to do is show her a pic of my idea, and she duplicates it perfectly. I cant recommend her enough. Shes the best!

    Kate is the only one that could give me the color I was looking for, she blends it so well and ot is perfect color everytime.Also I have very curly hair and she always works with it for the natural look, very professional and the whole studio staff are very kind. They always ask if you want a drink or anything that they could give you when you come in. Great place if you are looking for the hometown feeling hair salon.

    I had my hair foil retouched today with some additional low-lights. Kaylee did an amazing job. It was my first time there and she made it exactly like the picture I showed her. I used to work as a hairdresser in this same town. I can tell when someone is excellent with color and she is an expert stylist. The pricing was very reasonable, NOT like some of the crazy salons charging over $200 for highlights. The inside is so well set up with Texan decor. It was an all around refreshing atmosphere. I will be returning. Thanks Kaylee, I finally found a stylist that really listened and did exactly what I requested. You should also know this is only my 3rd review I have written in my lifetime.

    Love this place! Every stylist here are just so nice. I love Marty...shes been doing my hair for awhile now and I walk away so happy everytime.Before ,- long and nappy - after, shorter, healthier and pretty!

    7/19/21: Last week I got tired of having green hair, so I made the mistake of bleaching it at home (DONT do this). My hair didnt get damaged by the bleach but I looked like a sprite can lol. The next day I called Salt to see if they could fix it and they got me in with Sybil a couple days later. Sybil did a great job of removing the green and bringing me to a blonde. I then decided I wanted to go purple, so we scheduled an appointment for me to come back. Katie worked on my hair and gave me the most beautiful, bright purple I could imagine. Its perfect!!!! I love it. Huge shout-out to everyone at Salt for helping fix my mistake! I will always come back to Salt and I recommend them to anyone. Ive added a picture of my beautiful purple hair and the in-between blonde. 💜💜💜💜💜 5*original review: I havent had a haircut for over a decade. This year my hair had grown to about hip-length and I had dyed it green. I finally decided enough was enough and called to get an appointment to cut it all off. They were able to get me in same day for an appointment with Sybil. She made it such a great experience and Ill 100% be back to get my hair done here again! My hair is so beautiful and looks so much healthier now! Thank yall so incredibly much! ♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️ 5*

    Katie is wonderful! She really listens to what her clients want. I am in the process of growing my hair out from a pixie cut and I have curly/wavey hair. She is able to keep my hair looking good during this process!

    I was today in the salon. Clean and comfortable, good place. The master was pleasant. I got a haircut shorter than I wanted, but it turned out not bad, I think in a month they will grow up and it will be exactly what I wanted.

    I have been going to Chan for many many years now for a reason. She helped me repair my hair from another stylist who burned it off. She is always up on latest treatments, continues her education, and has a variety of products specifically for the clients needs. My hair was straight and due to illness and medications it has become curly. Salt and Chan had a solution for me for this also! I have started wearing my hair curly and Chan is a master at curly cut and styling too! She gave me a very cute stylish cut and helped me understand my new hair. I am a hard core devoted client of this salon for all these reasons. I have referred many clients to them and everyone is happy as well. Client for life!

    I have been going to Salt for over 2 years and I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my hair! They are amazing...and heres why...I feel so comfortable and at home there. Not just a client, but a friend, and family member. The salon is so clean and well kept. All the stylists are absolute pros at what they do. They are very well trained and up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and fashion. They travel all over the country for training, investing in themselves, and holding themselves to a VERY high standard of service. They offer everything you could imagine or need...from Dream Catcher extensions, and Quidad curl products, to Keratin treatments. Plus, they are ALL certified as MASTER colorists with Goldwell. I buy all my hair products in there as well. They have the BEST brands and are almost always running a sale so I get great products at a great price. I love the fact that I can go home with the same shampoo/conditioner or dry shampoo, or root lifter etc...(the list could go on and on) that they use while Im there. They are always stocked very well with products and tools.Chan, the owner, has an amazing team of stylists! My personal favorite is Katie! She is my hair expert and I love hair appointment day! You will be so glad you chose Salt Hair, trust me!

    Got a brand new style from a brand new (for me) stylist, Katy. She was like Richard Scissor Hand. Thought Id faint watching my hair flying in every direction. When she was done, my hair was transformed into the best haircut Ive had in 40 years! Totally different from any of my expectations, and beautiful. The proof came as soon as I got home. A neighbor came to say hi, and immediately said my hair looked GREAT, and asked about it.Again, this stylists name is Katy. Shes a pro! Gave great styling tips, knew the best style for my hair type, my face shape, even based it on how much time I devote to my hair. This gamble worked out so well. Thank you, Katy.

    Im new to this area and had the same hair stylist in Miami for 18 years. I have very long, thick, dark curly hair and was hesitant to try a new place. I saw the reviews on Yelp for Salt and decided to try it. BEST decision I ever made!! Trish knocked it out of the ball park for me. She took the time to listen to my concerns, together we came up with a plan and she executed it perfectly! I took my daughter to get her hair cut by Sybil and she too was just awesome! Everyone there is professional and nice. It smells great when you walk in, not all chemically like other salons. The chairs for washing your hair are cozy and have a head rest so your neck doesnt hurt. The hair color they use doesnt dry out your hair. The prices are reasonable. Trish took her time with me and stayed late until my hair was perfect. I love this place and now recommend it to everyone

    After recently moving to the area and not having a stylist here (...and girls...we all know that can be a major anxiety trigger situation lol), I was referred to Salt by a good friend who has always has fabulous hair. When I first called to set up an appointment they were booked for weeks (I had been warned) but that does not deter me and instead find it to be a fairly good indication of a quality salon.Beverly at the front desk was more than helpful and went above and beyond to match me with a stylist and try to fit me in the schedule. She was warm and understanding and put me on the waiting list. Unlike many places where youll never hear from again after being told you are on the list...she called me any time they had an opening. Im so grateful eventually a slot opened that I could make in perfect timing for a very important event.The salon itself is beautiful and welcoming with jewel tone colors and a beachy, laid-back feel. A drink was offered upon entering and it wasnt long before I met Chan, who would be doing my hair. I definitely noticed the woman in her chair had gorgeous hair and instantly felt comfortable. Chan is an obvious professional and does a stellar job! I enjoyed talking and laughing with her and am so happy with the results. Her highlight artistry looks natural and toned...just like I wanted.Thank you so much to the team at Salt! And if youre looking for a new look or simply maintenance to your current style, but most importantly good vibe people who care...this is your place!

    My kids and I love Salt! Chan has been cutting my hair for many years. She is amazing with color and keratin and I always leave happy with the end result. I have recommended her to many friends who are now regular clients of hers. Sybil cuts both of my kid’s hair and she does a great job and they love her. The entire staff at Salt are friendly and always make you feel welcome.

    Ive seen Cybil twice now and shes great! I saw that Salt had good ratings, so I chose to go to them for a big haircut (long to bob) a few months back. Cybil did a fantastic job and talked out the haircut and styling options with me before she made the cut, which was great. Just went in for a trim earlier and had another good experience. I recommend them!

    I cant say enough good things about Salt and the wonderful people who work here. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a hair salon. I cant stop raving about it! My hair looks so good and is everything I asked for and more. Im amazed, I dont think Ive ever loved my hair this much in my life. Trish went above and beyond.     This salon is very clean and professional. My stylist, Sybil, is just amazing. I always enjoy my time there. I also just have to mention the sinks they have to wash your hair in have support for your head! Ive never been more comfortable while my hair has been washed. No more aching neck from the edge of the bowl!
