Kierstyn-SpringHill locationBy far exceeded our expectations! She is incredibly knowledgeable about curly hair and truly gifted as a hairstylist. We felt so confident and comfortable with her expertise. Not only did she give us a perfect cut, but she also shared some great tips on how to care for our curls, which was such a bonus! If I were wealthy, I would have gladly given her double what I was charged as a tip – thats how amazing the experience was. We left feeling like a new person, and I cant wait to go back. Highly recommend her to anyone with curly hair – she gives 5 star service!

I have been coming to Melissa for over a year now and she has 100% of the time produced the result I wanted every single time! Super sweet, easy to talk to, and only person around I will trust with my hair. With semi regular cuts/treatments she really has transformed my hair from dull, half grey hair, to beautiful; soft long locks that feel nothing like the wiry texture they were before!! I can not recommend her enough!!!

Candace and I had an amazing consultation. She was very thorough and thoughtful with her questions to make sure I got my perfect haircut. I’m a cosmetologist myself and I will say hands down she is the best hairstylist that I have been to in all of Florida. She takes pride in her work and is so easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. She gave me a haircut that is salon book quality! Can’t wait to see her again for my next cut. :)

This was easily the best salon experience of my life. From the detail in the questionnaire and figuring out exactly what it was that I wanted to then making sure I was okay with every step she did and products she was using to even teaching me techniques and giving me tips on how to blow dry my hair at home was nothing short of a 5 star experience all around. Candace is truly an expert and couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. This was my first haircut in a few years and I was pretty nervous at first but she did an AMAZING job and I am so in love with my new hair!!

Was referred by my mother who spoke highly of this place, and I can positively say the same. Melanie conducted a very thorough consultation with me and was honest about what was achievable (I used to box-dye my hair). They offered drinks and was very kind. They answered any questions I had and was again very honest but also open minded to my hair goals. Have not had a proper hair appointment yet, but is set in stone!

Salon Halo is a little hidden gem. The facility is clean, nicely decorated, affordable, and I felt welcome when I walked in. My stylist was Cheyenne and she was amazing and very sweet! If you want perfect hair, go here. I haven’t had a cut and service this good in years. This salon definitely cured my dread over getting a hair cut. The way they have a consultation prior to starting is incredible and the products they use are chef’s kiss. Highly recommend to anyone who can’t seem to find a good fit with other salons, they will make sure you get what you want! Can’t wait for my next cut now.

I had such a fantastic experience at Salon Halo! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. And as for the haircut, it was hands down the best Ive had in a long time! I absolutely love sitting in Candace’s chair! Between us just having girl talk to her talking about the products and giving me tips/tricks on styling, it’s always a blast and informative. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she was honest and said we probably wouldn’t get to my exact vision(I’m going dark to light) but she would do her best. And let me tell you, she definitely got pretty dang close! I like that she is always honest during our appointments and if I’m not happy with anything throughout the visit, she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and walking out happy.

Kierstyn is amazing!!! She is so sweet and patient. She takes the time to really listen to her clients and get them the results they are hoping for. I always leave feeling fabulous when she does my hair. She is very talented at her craft and makes sure my hair is healthy and shiny when I leave. First impression at Salon Halo, Clean!!!!!!!!! The atmosphere is light the decor is sophisticated and the girls are beautiful and so kind. They are so professional and willing to give each other a hand at any point, it doesn’t feel like a bother, they do it happily and willingly.Now to the Best part, my forever found Stylist Aliah!!!! Right from the beginning, she did a consultation, she really asked the right questions to better understand my needs. I have Jet Black hair and I wanted a complete transformation, I told Aliah and I quote “Listen girl, I need to get laid with this look, I need to come up with a brand new name for my transformation” and she did not let a Sista down!!!! When I got home a tornado blew the roof off!!! It was absolutely loved and I feel a new sense of confidence the moment I walked out. Thank you Aliah, I appreciate you so much!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I have been going to a different salon for the past three years but wasn’t 100% satisfied with the outcome and figured if you’re gonna spend this kind of money on your hair, you better like the outcome so I looked into reviews for Salon Halo and scheduled an appointment with Melissa and she exceeded all my expectations! I am not a natural blonde, but she sure made me look like I was and fixed my layering as well. I honestly could not be happier! Plus, you feel like you’re being pampered the entire time you are there from when you walk into the welcome sign with your name on it to treats and beverages to hot towel wraps! The Salon is a whole vibe… I definitely found my place!

Today was my first time visiting Salon Halo, i recently moved here from Washington state and to be honest I had a tremendous amount of anxiety in regard to finding the right salon and stylist for me. Salon Halo quickly alleviated all of my stress! They did a free consultation to determine where I was at and what my goals were with my hair. My stylist (Candace) was great at ensuring i was comfortable with everything and that we were both on the same page before my cut. If I could rate Salon Halo higher I would, if I could rate my stylist Candace I would give her the maximum choice available. I am so HAPPY with my new hairstyle and the product Candace suggested for me. I will be back every 6 weeks and Candace is surely my stylist moving forward! Highly recommend Salon Halo!!!!!

After having a bad experience at a previous salon that ended with a bleeding scalp and hair falling out, I was super nervous about getting my hair done again!I went to Kierstyn for just a cut at first, to talk to her about my situation and see if I liked the salon since I’d never been there.Everyone was so welcoming and Kierstyn made me feel so comfortable I couldn’t wait to book my color appointment with her!Finally got it done yesterday and I could not be happier. She really took the time to explain every step of the process and get my input on it. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy during the process and got me the closest I’ve ever seen to my inspo picture.I was in the salon for about 5 hours and I’ve never seen a group of women work so well together either. Every single stylist helped another at some point while I was there and would come talk to clients even if they weren’t their own. The vibe in this salon is incredible! I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend any stylist at this salon, but especially Kierstyn!

I can’t say enough good things about my stylist Kierstyn. She did AMAZING ! Originally booked to go from a natural black to a dark copper. I already went in with the mindset that it was going to take a few trial and errors before we got the color right. In the first appointment we got very close to the color I desired, it just needed to be a tiny bit darker. The following week, I came back for my redo and she got it exactly right! She was very patient with me, which I usually get very nervous about speaking my mind, but she reassured me that we were going to get it right and she did! She was so professional, super polite, educated me, and was as sweet as can be. Great support staff as well. Anybody with free hands would help her if they were able. The salon itself is beautiful and they go out their way to make sure you’re comfortable. 100% recommend this place and my beautiful stylist Kierstyn ❤️

She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, she was not rushed and she gave a precision cut. I will definitely be going back. The salon was clean and comfortable. They offer a beverage. I got water and it was served on a tray with a berry infused ice cube. Nice touch. Oh, and their shampoo sinks are very comfortable.

I was looking for a place with an edge of elegance not the average beauty salon. My stylist has high quality skills and was personable, attentive. Ok...heres the rub: Salon Halo really pushes the sale of products. The stylists also have to give a survey to u at start of every appt. This tells me the owners are overbearing, micromanaging. Also, no manager is present so when the cat is away the mice will play. One time, my stylist put me at their bistro snack table to dye my hair. It took days for my back to heal. She said her station was occupied and my feeling was, for $300 bucks, you find me a station. Also, their hair washing station is cramped and uncomfortable. I quit Salon Halo after the bistro table incident. Unprofessional.

I read each of their reviews and decided to book an appointment with Candice. I HAVE FOUND MY NEW STYLIST!!!! Candice took the time to discuss my concerns with my hair, and troubles I was having. She also taught me quite a few things! She was attentive, and made sure I was happy with my cut. She also explained every product she used and why, but did not push me to buy them now as I had told her I had just bought some products. She told me how to use what I had properly to get the results I wanted. I like the products she used better and will purchase them in the future. I would highly recommend her. As for the salon itself, I would recommend. All of the staff were friendly and ready to lend a helping hand. It is clean and comfortable. 5 stars from me!!!

Ayana is amazing!!! Seriously, the only person I will trust with my hair and I am very picky! I came to her almost 2 years ago with dark brown hair and after our first appointment she achieved the exact blonde/balayage I was looking for! Every time I go, she hits the nail on the head for what color blonde I like. And most importantly to me, the grow out 3-4 months in still looks great!! I never leave the salon with my hair feeling or looking fried. And this is the nicest consistently my hair has felt in years. I had such a great experience my first time at Salon Halo. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Natasha was extremely helpful when it came to figuring out what kind of color I wanted. She asked lots of questions and my results are phenomenal. Best experience by far. All of the staff were friendly and professional.

Saying that my experience is excellent doesn’t do it justice! I would have to say that my experience with Melanie was PHENOMENAL! She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted and then some. I truly had no idea that I could even love my hair as much as I do right now! The cut, the color, the feel…everything about it is PERFECTION! I can’t thank you enough. Right off jump street everyone, I had Natasha as my stylist, I haven’t been so happy about my hair in such a long time! She was very excited to take on the challenge of my hair as well! Couldn’t be happier with what it turned out to look like!!!! I don’t know about anyone else but it’s refreshing to have someone do my hair that clearly loves what they do! She’s amazing at it as well, would recommend her to anyone!!!!!

Tiffany is a wonderful stylist!! Shes very thorough and makes sure to explain what shes doing if you have any question. Shes also a super nice person overall!!Salon Halo as a business itself is also fantastic-- the money I pay is well worth it (though still being better priced compared to other business i tried out in the area!) Very clean and organized, and the other staff and stylists are wonderful as well. I recommend this place to anyone who asks about where to get their hair done!

If your looking for the perfect salon come heree! Every time I come Natasha leaves my hair looking so beautiful, there’s never anything wrong with the color or styling afterwards. She pretty much saved my hair when I first came to her. Everyone is always so friendly and attentive and they all help each other out asking questions and giving advice. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever stop coming here I’m addicted! :))))

My hair looks and feels incredible. We did a nice chop today to get rid of very dry split ends and brassy tips. My hair looks like I had full, luxury services done (like color, treatments, etc) but it was simply just a great hair cut, well selected products, and one heck of a blowout. It’s shiny, soft, so healthy, and all of the brassy tones are gone. I’m really so thankful.

Taylor was amazing!!! I went into the salon not really knowing what to do with my hair and Taylor took the time to show me pictures and hair color swatches so I could make a decision. I have never been happier with my hair. It turned out fantastic!!! If you want someone who is professional and listens to what you have to say, I highly recommend Taylor. She is such a sweetheart!!! I brought my 14 year old daughter in for a haircut and style before starting her first year in high school and my daughter left feeling great about herself. We both adored Kaylee! She talked with us the whole time and explained everything to my daughter and showed her how to style her new bangs. She was wonderful and did great with my daughters curly hair! I haven’t had a haircut in a few years because I’m very sensitive with my hair & how it looks. Last haircut I got was just traumatizing for me. I finally decided I desperately needed one so I googled salons near me. I found Salon Halo & got booked with Kierstyn. She is the loveliest person ever. She asked me exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with cut and length. I couldn’t have chosen a better place or person to go to. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and it was even better than I was expecting. I can’t thank her enough for giving me back the courage to go into a hair salon and not having to worry if I’ll walk out crying. She did so amazing. The salon itself is so beautiful too! 10/10 recommend this salon AND kierstyn if you need anything done with your hair! ❤️

Aliya did amazing! Ive tried going short several times and was unhappy every time. I finally found someone who did it right! I decided to go to the fancier salon and it was actually cheaper than Id normally pay going to a place like great clips, which shocked me. The scalp massage was amazing, the consultation was so thorough and she did exactly what I wanted. I dont think Ive ever been happier with a haircut. Ill be rebooking with her for sure.

Leighan is amazing!! She gave me the best haircut I have ever had! She was very sweet and kind and made me feel so at ease. She made sure to get as much information as possible before she started cutting to make sure I got exactly the style I wanted. Her attention to the little details that make a haircut perfect were so appreciated. Already scheduled my next visit! The salon is excellent as well. Everyone was pleasant and wearing masks and it is very clean. Pricing varies per stylist and Leighan was worth every bit of $45.

I love Salon Halo. From every single person working there to the talent that they all have. I recently got hair extensions in my hair from Ryann and they are amazing. I tried the weave in kind, the glue in kind, the clip in kind and I hated all of them and they damaged my hair. I just got the Simplicity tape in extensions and they are very much worth the money. They are comfortable, easy to wash and style and they look great. Thanks again to everyone at the salon. You make the experience fun and I always come out looking great. If you are looking for a new salon to go to there is no question about it, this is the salon. Also my mother recently got her hair done by Hope and she loves it. She said that she is going to keep going back there. It was a great atmosphere and fun people to talk to.Gina

The staff are nice, and Aliah always does a great job of cutting my hair how I like it (lots of layers and face framing). They will listen to any haircare concerns you bring up and will avoid any product ingredients you say you are sensitive to such as fragrance. They use good quality products and provide a wash and style with their cuts (plus they bring you water/coffee & a snack). I always walk away feeling pampered 🥰.Its not the cheapest, but you get great service so I think its worth it. Atleast for a haircut every 3-4 months. I cant speak for anything else such as coloring your hair there because I havent tried that yet.If you decide to visit for a consultation, I definitely recommend coming prepared with an idea of what you want and reference photos. It makes their job easier :)
