    Shala is amazing!!! I have fine naturally straight hair and she does the same styles I ask for without hesitation, even though it requires more skill to braid them with my hair texture.She’s so skilled at braiding. I go to her over and over again and she’s never disappointed me. I give her one photo of what I want my hair to look like and she gets it spot on every time.Good prices and good service. She’s reliable and has rescheduled me per my needs more than once with minimal coordination. She also has a second location in South Tampa and she’s always flexible to accommodate my preferences.Thank you Shala!!

    I am absolutely satisfied. Im new to Tampa and have been looking for a place to get my hair done and I stumbled upon this shop. Ms.Simone did my hair and she went above and beyond to ensure that she achieved the style I was aiming for. On top of that, it was very time efficient and very reasonable. The shop was clean and organized. I will definitely be back!!!!

    Shala is an amazing human. We had great convo while she did my braids and the salon was quiet so I also got some work done.Her work is meticulous and thorough.     I have been getting my hair braided here since 2011. I have always had an awesome outcome and the cutest styles. My stylist, Shala, communicates well and listens to my concerns. I love that she helps me grow my hair by suggesting products and ways to take care of my hair.

    Hidden gem of West Tampa! After my daughters braider moved out of town we where in search of a new professional location that could deliver and boy did American braids & beauty deliver. From the first call they where very responsive and professional with booking. Then when we arrived they where very courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to what we asked. Stylist Thalia worked on my sons head with starter locs and Denise worked on my daughter with no knot braids. Both exceeded our request. Worth every penny ! We will absolutely be returning and recommend them to anyone serious about quality hair care.

    I have never got hair braider care For a client like Wislande in that place. last week I had my hair done by her i will never regret in my life I had her she doesnt really speak English but she always has to ask her sister to ask me if Im ok almost every 10,15 minutes always offer me water telling me if I dont like anything in the cooler please let her know what can she go buy for me she just trying to not let me stay thirsty after I done that when I find out that she and her sister are HaitianThey are so sweet and kind I recommend someone like me when you try to go fight to have experience that I had Again thank a lot

    Jaana and Diana were beyond amazing! I had an idea of what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. Im in love with my hair. I spent 7 hours at their salon and time went by so fast. Ill definitely come to back for my touchup. Completely satisfied with my Senegalese twist braids.

    The Westshore location is wonderful! Ive been looking for a place to get a retwist that is closer than where I was traveling before. The prices and services are great and the stylist is timely. Ill definitely be returning to this location for service

    I love, love, love, love this place! My hair always looks fabulous! I used to have problems finding stylists that could braid using human hair. They would say that they could but in the end it was always disastrous...until I found Shala! My micros always look amazing ! Shala has also given me tips on my natural hair to get my edges to grow out and too bring my hair to a healthier natural state. I will never go anywhere else!!!

    When I go to see Shayla it has always been a great experience and I leave feeling and looking beautiful!!❤️️❤️️❤️️ Her customer service is second none!! No matter where I travel in the world 🌎 I will come back to her to get all of my braided styles- from crotchets to cornrows to micros to sew-in weaves- shes one of the best in the business.

    Love Love this hair braiding shop. Ms. Shala is very creative and great at what she does. The shop has a very laid back family atmosphere and they can do hair of all ethnicities and welcome everyone...young and old, men and women. I have been going here for 20 years
