    Had a lovely time getting my hair done with Barbara. The Florida hard water had damaged my hair so I went in for hair extensions after cutting off over 6 inches of damaged hair. She did a great job on my extensions and her color was very gentle! I have a water softener now (plz get one if you live in FL), and my hair is growing out again. I’ll continue to see her for my color and extensions even if it’s just for volume in the future because her work is great and she’s an awesome person!

    Barbra is so awesome! I started going to her 5 years ago when I first moved here, I made the mistake of being lazy after a couple years and went to someone else! (Bad choice) I called Barbra and she got me in quickly and fixed my hair back to the way I like it! She is very skilled and loves what she does! I will make the over an hour drive to get my hair done by her.. I highly recommend her.. well worth it!

    Barbara does amazing hair extensions! I have had every type of extension in my hair and I have never loved any of them. The process of install is so quick and the quality of the hair that Barbara uses is the absolute best. She is so good at what she does and very knowledgeable about extensions.     Barbra and sweet Mary are the best for most anything you could think of!! I felt so welcomed from the second I walked in here and they have made my hair more perfect than I could’ve ever imagined.     Love this place! When I first came to see them, my hair was very damaged and full of breakage. They showed me ways to improve my natural hair and also installed the most beautiful hair extensions which gave my hair more volume and length.     Ive been very pleased with the service and care thatBarbara has provided me this past year. During my initial consultation she took the time to listen to what I wanted, and she didnt mind answering all of my questions/concerns, because she understood that I wasnt used to going to hair salons. She educated me on the services and the products she would be using. Most importantly she didnt make me feel pressured and I truly appreciated that!     I had the best experience with Barbara at Bell Arte Studio today. I went in for a consultation for my first ever set of hair extensions. I was expecting to have to come back on another day for the extensions and I actually left with the most beautiful head of hair. I was literally brought to tears. After being down in the dumps for about 2 years over my short thin hair, I decided to just do it. She gave me back my confidence in less than just one hour. I highly recommend her. The second picture was my before picture taken just 6 weeks ago.

    I love my extensions! I have never had them before so I didn’t really know what to expect. Barbara matched the color of the extensions to my hair perfectly (she ordered 2 different colors). They look very natural and help add volume to my thin hair. I also had my hair colored recently (highlights and root color). I was very pleased with the end result. Barbara and Mary are knowledgeable, talented and personable. I recommend this business for extensions or any other hair-related service.

    I havent had a haircut in three months since moving to Florida. Ive always had a certain style that I get for my haircut. I only had a past photo of my hair to show Barbara- so when all said and done I was very pleased how my hair turned out. Not only did Barbara match my style she was very professional in answering my questions about what I needed. Barbara is very caring, straight forward and acknowledges who you are, she is not anything less, if anyone says otherwise then it is surely not true. Great 5 star experience!

    Barbara is AMAZING!!!! My hair is very short, and I wanted to invest in extensions (never had them before) I cannot believe how good they look.     I’ve had tape in and keratin bond extensions before, but I am loving the cold fusion extensions Barbara did for me. She definitely gave me my mojo back after a stylist at Aveda fried my hair and then cut it way too short.     Ive been coming to Barbara for my hair extensions for nearly 1.5 years. She introduced me to a newer line of extensions that were healthier for my hair than what Id previously had, and the quality was fantastic. She is super experienced in many types of extensions and she is FAST to put them in and maintain them! A maintenance service used to take me 2.5 hours, but with Barbara its just 1 hr (I have 100 pieces). She has won awards for her work and she has so many options for various budgets. I highly suggest you meet her. Her work is high quality and NO ONE can tell you have extension hair!

    I recently moved to Tampa from Chicago and have had extensions for over 5 years. Barbara is the best in this business that I have seen so far! I have spent thousands of dollars on hair and applications in the past and with Barbara you definitely get what you pay for. She works with your individual needs as a client, she is flexible around your schedule and her personality is welcoming and makes you feel at ease no matter what you want done to your hair.     Im so happy with my hair!! Totally worth the investment. My blonde hair was damaged and breaking. Barbara colored, treated my hair and gave me long glorious hair with extensions that blended perfectly with my own damaged hair. I had given up on beauticians. I would rather go to the dentist then another beautician. I stopped going for regular haircuts because all I wanted was a trim but everyone I went to was only interested in cutting my long hair off.     I am yet again leaving the salon, and somehow always feel like I just had a visit with my girlfriends. I have actually been coming to Bell arte for over a year. I originally had tape in extensions and Barbara introduced me to the cold fusion method. It literally changed the life of my hair. I sincerely feel that my hair is healthier, and that the extensions are less visible. I can honestly say in my opinion the one thing I love about Barbara is she always gives me honest feedback. Example being… I thought I needed new extensions after it being a year. I literally recommend redoing everything. I have five packs and she was like no, The majority of your hair is fantastic. Let’s replace two packs. ( saving me a ton ).. it’s an expensive investment and I greatly appreciate someone that keeps it real and does not make me spend additional funds when they are not needed. I honestly cannot ask for more from my stylist. Also, her assistant- Sonja is top-notch and ever so sweet and kind hearted. I drive 40 mins one way to see these ladies and certainly don’t see anything changing.

She has proved to be not only a gifted extensionist, but also so pleasant and accommodating; a friend.     Barbara is phenomenal! She makes you feel like a family member right away! She took care of my elderly Mom as if she was her Mom and I really appreciate that since I am very protective of her. When my Mom began feeling sluggish Barbara offered her snacks and drinks now this is ‘above and beyond’ customer service!     Barbara is AMAZING! I have hair that is long down my back and am VERY picky when is comes to my hair. I have only died my hair once and let Barbara do it the second time and she went above and beyond what I wanted. There is no way the person that remains anonymous is being truthful. Even if that were to happen Barbara would go out of her way to make it right. She is sweet and an amazing hair dresser.     Barbara and Sonia are absolutely AMAZING!!! I am very picky when it comes to who does my hair. I give them 10 stars. I had relocated to Florida from NY and have been looking for my new hair artist. I googled and read Barbara’s reviews and watched her video and said she just may be the one! It took me 15 minutes there and I knew yes! She is honest about your hair but she also truly knows her art of hair. It’s not an opinion. She works to make you feel beautiful not just do your hair. We are hair married for life lol. She takes her time but is finished at an amazing quick turn around. Hair extensions and color are absolutely perfect! Best I’ve had yet.     Barbara is amazing!.. I recently cut 4 1/2 inches off my hair due to some bad hair color that did major damage ...I absolutely hated it and couldnt do anything with it .     When I started going to Barbara at Belle Arte Hair two years ago, my hair was severely damaged, overprocessed, and a frizzy mess. Barbara made a plan of what I needed to do over time to get my hair back healthy and strong. We cut a large portion off and then began with keratin treatments to strengthen my hair, and lightened it using non-bleach products. Two years later, my hair is healthy and strong thanks to Barbaras treatments and cuts. They say you get what you pay for, and trust me, it is true. The cheaper fly by night salons might be easier on your wallet, but you will pay for it in the end with the damage done to your hair. Thanks Barbara!

    I came to Barbara to help fix a color and cut mistake from another salon in Tampa. Barbara was very knowledgeable in corrections. Not only did she do a color correction, she also did a hair Botox treatment that repaired my fried hair and made it shiny and healthy looking.     The highest quality, most natural-looking hair extensions Ive ever had! Ive tried every type of hair extension you could imagine, over the past 10+ years. Im so impressed with Barbara and the system that she uses. She can match your color, texture and uses a method that is non-damaging, and the hair lasts longer than the average 3 to 4 months, of other brands. A big plus for me because my natural hair can be very dry and brittle. Im also impressed with the Hair Botox product that she uses to make my hair smooth and shiny.     I found Barbara through google reviews. She was a God-send.My hair was damaged from a previous procedure at a different salon and I had to cut off 2.5”. I was feeling like I had no hair!This is the first time I had extensions. She squeezed me in for a consultation.Barbara said she was a hair whisperer and that is no lie. I didn’t have to tell her about my hair history, she could read it from my hair. I ordered 2 packs of hair extensions after the consultation and it was overnighted. The hair is beautiful. Again she squeezed me in the next day because I had to go of town.She is an expert. What a miraculous transformation! I have beautiful hair again. I feel good again.     The place is beautiful! Barbara is very helpful. I came in not knowing what I wanted exactly, I had the notion of getting tape ins installed to be honest. Instead of making money off of me and installing something that could damage my hair for her benefit she actually took the time to explain to me why we shouldnt go the route of tape ins and showed me Better extensions that benefit my hair texture. She is so knowledgeable about color, hair extensions, and all the latest trends including Keratin and Botox, that you’ll never find a more talented individual. She is from Italy, and was raised in the industry, by her very talented and creative parents. When she first came to America, she was already a licensed stylist in Europe, and very knowledgeable about the spa business. She is the only one I’ll let touch my hair, and I’ve been a loyal client for over 15 years. It’s not uncommon to watch her fix someone else’s botched hair color or glued-in extensions.     Im visiting here in Florida from Phoenix for a few days and after being on the road in our RV for over 8 weeks I was looking for someone to re-install my weft. Unfortunately I called around and no one would even schedule a consultation until late next week - Monaco Hair Extensions was extremely rude on the phone even though they rave on line about being the best around ... but that led me to stumble across Bell Arte via Google search and Barbara answered the phone. She was so accommodating, asked me about my weft, the brand and type of hair, and even though she wasnt able to install them using the technique she has mastered, she offered me other options (over the phone) and fit me in on a day she usually doesnt work.I went in and she gave me her professional opinion about what she thought would look best and be a better hair extension for my lifestyle and color/match of hair. She ended up installing Perfectress Private Links (2 pks of 14) and the match of color, was incredible - perfection!! I loved how she could fill in areas that were thinner than others where a weft cannot do that.I walked out of her salon a very happy customer!! So happy that I didnt give up calling around because this truly was worth the time, effort and cost - loving the volume!!

    I went to Monaco in South Tampa for two years. Hand tide sewings. Are just a weave. It will rip out all your hair. In the end their thread was constantly breaking. I have to drive back four times in three months to have them re-zone. Their stylus are rude there is no customer service. They would not refund me I asked if I could start over with a new stylist and spend more money. They refused. I wrote And honest review and they drop me in as their client and would not repair. The owner is stuck up rude and condescending. Trust me absolutely zero customer service. Once I confirmed with the front desk person in the formula they had used for my hair and had put in the wrong color. When I asked to talk to Krista the owner. She bald faced lie to me and said they use the same color. Ridiculous because they record all their phone conversations.several of their past disgruntled Clients recommended bell Arte. She uses a process called coldfusio. And it does not damage your hair. The hair is European and there’s naturally different colors. And it even comes in several textures including wavy and curly. The color match is impecable. I went to Monica with blonde hair and asked that they color it to light brown. The color is overdid it and it came out black. I was stuck with black extensions for a year. And my hair never matched l.The ends of the weave at Monico were always extremely thin. It just doesn’t compare. The thickness the texture the way it matches my hair. I may update with some pictures. She has multiple price ranges for those that may be on a budget.For different levels and the amount of hair that you buy the actual hair maybe a little more expensive than Monaco.     Barbara is AMAZING!! I initially filled out an online form for a consultation and an hour later was called personally by Barbara!! She told me all about the different kinds of extensions. I was scared because I had hot fusion about 10 years prior and wow have extensions come a long way especially for blonde hair!! I was e cites to say the least and she got me In for a consultation the very next day!! When I met her a she was great and I was so excited about having long full hair again I screamed I want it NOW!!!! And....     Ive been coming to Barbara for almost a year and a half.. My first set of extensions (tape) were done as a whim in Las Vegas but I was determined to continue because it was fun and I needed the change. I went straight to the person everyone spoke about, Barbara Fasano Summerall. Well, Im a very straight forward, outspoken person and wasted no words re what I wanted. However, in retrospect, what I wanted, and I am clearly NOT an expert, was not top drawer for me. Barbara knew this and tried to explain it but I closed off and didntwish to go with anyone but myself. Did she throw me out? No, Did she argue? No. She let me come around on my own and it was the smartest thing anyone can do when dealing with me. I would like to move ahead for a moment to comment on the above. Barbara cares for the people with whom she works. She takes much time to deal with your problems, answer your questions, schedule an emergency appointment. If you apologize, she always tells you not to because she cares. I can attest to this because I am the greatest abuser of her time. She so quickly becomes your close friend.....it falls into the stunning category. I have been an assistant choreographer on Broadway (examples are Chicago and Fosse), associate choreographer on shows and have directed and choreographed tours. After working on two Tony Award winning shows I have been blessed enough to work with the best and have had my hair done around the world and that includes the hair Mecca of the young and hip, London, where I spent much time, and New York City, working with....the best in the business. Not ONE of them comes close to matching this womans work, taste, care for her clients and expectations of herself. New York, you only WISH you had her up there. Not once, in either city, did I get the high number of compliments on my hair on just the beauty of it (color by Barbara) and her extensions. In the United States, I am stopped by people on the street. It is an odd occurrence for me, given my seemingly intimidating exterior, but quite frankly? I love it! When I get my publicity shots from now on, shes my hair and makeup person. Im tough and dont spare words. However, I am cautious and when someone scores, I also dont spare words. Barbara is top drawer. BELIEVE IT! If you go somewhere else, most likely your hair could look artificial, in comparison to what you see when you walk out of Barbaras House of Magic.     I came in for a consultation, color match, and ordering; and then again for an installation of Hairtalk tape in extensions. When the hair order showed up, we discovered that Hairtalk does not use universal colors so the wefts were slightly blonder than expected. Barbara was very honest about the options and suggested a creative solution of toning both my hair and extensions for a match as matching my unique color was not possible with Hairtalks standard colors. She went forward with the installation (which took no time at all) and we discovered my hair DID match and made the perfect ombre transition and blended so naturally. She told me to not even bother with the toning just keep it as it. And she was right. I am getting constant compliments on my ombre hair color.I have had the extensions in for several days now and they are comfortable (not too tight or loose) and placed just right that the wefts dont show even when my hair moves or is pulled back. Very happy with Barbaras advice and her workmanship in placing the wefts. My only regret is not taking a before and after pic!As far as the Hairtalk hair, so far so good! The hair is of very nice quality. Feels like the cuticle is intact and the hairs are all going the right way. I found not evidence of hair bulbs at the tips (a tell-tale sign the hairs are NOT aligned in the same direction and an indication of bad quality). After washing it the first time (48hrs after install) it had waaaaay too much body/wave/frizz to blend again and I had to flat iron it with a relatively high heat level to get it back to its original silky straight texture that it had at install. I usually use a level 2 heat on my natural hair (extra fine texture) but I had to turn it up to a level 5 because this hair requires more aggressive heat to straighten out. I used a ton of redken heat protector and it did not singe or dry out the hair. It held up well and did not show any signs of being dried out by the high heat setting. I will update on how well the Hairtalk hair stands up to this sort of treatment in a few months.

    I spoke with Barbara on the phone, about doing half black and half silver on my hair. She advices me that it wasnt going to be a good idea, because it will damaged my hair more since it was damaged once and because I have used a box hair color dye. If she was another hair salon business, they would have had me come in and stripper my hair down and caused more damage. Thank you Barbara for the advice. I will not forget you.     I came to Barbara with a butchered haircut that I got at a different salon and she put extensions in my hair that looked and blended so perfectly you couldn’t tell I had a terrible cut. I would recommend Bell Arte Hair Extensions!
