    I have my kids get their hair cut here. Staff is always friendly and try their best to do what you ask for. My 3 year old had his 1st haircut here a little over a month ago. We were worried that it was going to be traumatizing for not just him but his stylist as well. She was absolutely amazing with him. She had patience and took her time showing him what she was going to do before she did it. He did wonderful, and he looked amazing when she was done. I wish I could remember her name. Makes me so mad that I didnt write it down.

    If you need your kids hair cut I highly recommend coming to this great clips. It is always fast so the kids don’t get anxious waiting and you can check in online to shorten the wait. It is always nice and clean too with a nice selection of hair products to buy.

    Ive been here a few times, but last week, my hair was cut and styled by Leslie! She was not only warm and friendly, but she really listened to me and what I wanted to accomplish with my hair and then executed beautifully. I dont have much to work with up top, but she worked wonders! She also got me turned on to a hair product that really helps. Thank you, Leslie! Im looking forward to my next visit!

    I got my haircut from Brandon, and it was easily the best haircut of my life. Although it certainly was a wonderful cut, I have to admit my favorite part of the experience was that it only took him about five minutes (tops) to do the entire haircut. I was very happy with the entire experience, and certainly will be going back.UPDATE [2/16/19]: Went back, and Brandon still gives absolutely the best haircut. Will continue returning in the future.

    This is by far the best Great Clips Ive ever been to. Its always a pleasant experience, and I look forward to my haircut every week. I have never had a ridiculous wait like other barber shops Ive been to, and all of the staff genuinely care about ensuring you leave with exactly the haircut you want.

    Michael is the best. He is the only person that I will let cut my hair. Tell him what you want, and he will do his best to accommodate you. He has a high attention to detail. My only regret is that you never know when he will be working so you always have to call ahead to find out when he will be in next. and you cant make an appointment. It seems to me GCS thinking is that if a stylist, built up a clientele, that person would leave and go on their own taking GCS business, in this day and age I think this is less likely.     Pierre went above and beyond for my daughters hair. It was quite matted due to its extremely curly texture. She’s 2, and doesn’t let me or my husband touch her hair but she let Pierre wash it, cut it, and comb it! I was so surprised! He’s awesome. And great with kids. We will be going back to him every time :)

    Great haircut. Let me elaborate a bit,James cut my hair, and he was polite, professional, and did a great job. Typically I sit for an extremely long time when I get a fade. I suppose I have an odd shaped head, but not this time and Im very pleased with the cut! Ill definitely be back! Thanks guys!P.s. I also saw a very young man getting his haircut (less than 6 years old) the gentleman cutting his hair was very patient and he left with a great haircut as well!

    This Great Clips is Awesome !! The Staff is Always Very Friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you leave Happy and Satisfied with your cut.     Martina did a great job with my hair today. I came in not knowing exactly how to describe what I wanted except that I wanted to grow it out. I spent 35 years in the Army keeping it buzzcut. Time for a change now that I’m retired. She showed me a photo and I said let’s try it. I really liked what she did. My wife really liked it. So thanks Martina for helping me figure out my new hairstyle. I checked in on line and was seen almost immediately. I like that system. This was my first time in Great Clips but I’ll be going back for hair maintenance from now on!

    Love this great clips location. Loretta is awesome! In addition to doing adult haircuts, shes great with small children. She gave my 1.5yr old her first haircut, she has tons of patience and skill when dealing with restless toddlers :)

    I love this place! I have been going to this salon for 3+ years, or however long they have been open now. The staff is great! Some come and some good. Overall they are all great people and more importantly expert stylists.P.S. They are very friendly with military discounts, special rates on military mondays and lastly with free haircuts for veterans day.

    She worked well with my two year old and made him comfortable with everything she had to use to get the cut right. He was happy at the end and did not fuss or cry the entire time. So proud of him for being brave and so thankful that I took him to Great Clips.

    I went to this Great Clips as I have for about the past year and I was running a bit late. I checked in online around 5:30 but had a quick errand that pushed me a bit late. I arrived a bit after 6 pm on Sunday and they were closing the shop for the night. Desmond greeted me with a smile and expressed that they were closing. I explained that I checked in earlier and that I was running a bit late and was hoping they would take me real quick. Without hesitation he and Starr said No problem, we will be happy to cut your hair...I was pleased. Sayda cut my hair in 15 minutes and did an excellent job. I dont write many reviews but, wanted to express that these little things make all the difference and turned out to be the little highlight to my day. This is exactly the reason why I come from Kennedy and Dale Mabry passing all other salons to get my cut at this location. Sometimes, going the extra mile to make a customer happy is all it takes for my business. I would suggest you do the same next time your looking for a quality hair cut at a friendly place.Paul

    Guy must be new ..as he first said the other girl was showing him how to layer. I told him I wanted my hair layered and asked him if he knew how to do it.He said yes...He was triming my hair then wanted to do some blendi g with my bangs ( face something)..I said are you going to layer it? I told you thats what I wanted. He said oh I didnt hear that. He was very pleasant. And does take his time on your cut...

    This Great Clips location is a breath of fresh air compared to the Great Clips in SoHo which I reviewed earlier. It was clean and the stylists were very pleasant and had smiling faces. Also am happy to say it was cool inside and I know that their thermostat was not on 82 degrees! I will now be a customer at this Great Clips as they take Pride in their Salon!

    Loved my haircut from Laura ❤️. I have long hair. They do only provide haircuts no color service ( I asked for my son) I was welcomed, very friendly and when I had difficult questions and some cuts that werent done the way I like it were done the wayi requested it second time without any trouble.When you go there ask for Laura.

    Great Clips Encore Commons. Excellent haircuts by true professionals. Over the past year I have had my hair cut 22 times by several stylist their stylist and I get the same result every time, excellence!     Honestly cant complain at all. Checked in online and only waited 5 minutes even with the back to school rush. Brandon was awesome! He did my sons hair from a not so great picture perfectly!     Tabor was truly amazing, i mentioned to him at the beginning that my wife rules on how she likes my hair. She didnt want the stylist to use clippers because it would look like a cheap hair cut, he thought that statement seemed a little odd, so he proceeded to cut it the way I wanted, On my god long story short, I got home and my wife said that was the best haircut I have ever gotten since we have been married, which has been for 34 yrs. to please my wife just earned you a bigger tip next time, thx.     This place is awesome and the staff is friendly! I was so sick of stylists not listening to my requests and doing their own thing to my hair. I was about to give up when I luckily stopped by this place. Im happy to finally have someone who listens to me and really cares about their customer! Today we all see horrible customer service in most industries so its refreshing to have these guys display such professionalism! I will NEVER get my hair cut anywhere else.

    Great clips is, well, pretty great. No frills, in and out, good price, and stylists that are good at what they do. Tip them well!I love the online check in within their app, and the clip notes they use to store your preferred hair style is wonderful because I never remember what number they used, or how it was shaped haha.

    Me and my son get our hair cuts there all the time, weve been going there for the last 2-3 years. The manager Brandon is great and Ive watched him go above and beyond for customers to make them happy. When you walk into get a haircut at most places and the lobby is full, you know your gonna be there a while. Weather you check in on line or walk in this place its always busy and they get people in and outta there because usually all the chairs have people working. Not like most places with 2 or 3 ladys who are usually standing around chit chatting about nonsense while 10 people are waiting to get their hair cuts.All the hairdressers here are skilled and know their stuff, we particularly like Nika...shes awesome if you get the chance, ask for her and after she makes you look good...shell give you a lollipop!! Lol...Thanks Brandon and Nika...yall rock!!

    The staff at this location were energetic, engaging, friendly and gave the strong impression that they loved their jobs and loved their store... My haircut and attention to detail were impeccable... Wait time was double the posted estimate but I think that is due in part to the extra individualized attention given to each customer... I will return again!!
