    Russ and Karen are wonderful! My daughter and I donated our hair, Karen was very supportive and styled our cut hair nicely. Russ did a great job cutting my other daughters hair which is thick long and wavy. You both are the best!

    Armando is absolutely amazing I got a blow out a few weeks ago and I’m still in shock at how amazing it came out and how long it lasted! Very good experience and he was so thorough with my hair I will be returning to him from now on! Highly recommend!! He absolutely knows what he’s doing :)

    After bad experience with hairdresser Indigo this Saturday 1/18/2025( she cut my bangs not correctly, one side was longer, another shorter and didn’t looked like bangs) I came back in the same place, just I booked appointment with another hairdresser Ashley, and she fixed that. Now my bangs looks amazing. Highly recommend hairdresser Ashley!

    Always a great experience. Seamless haircut from checking in through the haircut to finishing up. Clean and great staff as well. Love being able to set my appointment online and the text reminders help. Highly recommend.

    Talk about amazing staff that works here they color corrected my hair after another place really did some bad work to say the least. I came in after a long night and they didn’t make me feel any less and treated me as they do anyone else. I didn’t hear not one of them say a bad word about another which you get at some places. More than professional all the way around and very pleased I hope they all stick together for a while cause they make a great team. Definitely will be my go to place from here on out.

    This review is years overdue (I’m sorry I’m so bad at doing reviews!!!) but Tara is truly the best!!! I have lost count how many hair cuts/blowouts I have done with her but if I could I would have her do my hair every day! Tara is so knowledgeable, thoughtful and just excellent at all things hair. It’s hard to find someone who “knows just what to do” but she does! I would recommend her for whatever your hair needs because she’ll give you honest and helpful feedback.     Both my boyfriend and I went to hair Cuttery on August 17. After I discovered this place by Amir chance I have never been anywhere else since I’ve been looking for an amazing place and this is it not only the hair stylist are talented and make you look great and my boyfriend switched a place that he’s been going for years to this place after I told him about this placeso this time I had Russ cut my hair for the first time, and when he turned me around in the chair, I have never loved my hair so much. Usually, you know I like/love my hair. But this time I love love love my hair and I usually don’t look at myself too much in the mirror but I just love my hair so thank you Russ and I will definitely be with you and you’re so worth the price. You can’t go wrong having Russ cut your hair and my boyfriend loves his stylist as well.

    Jesus is awesome!!!! He takes his time, listens to the client, asks questions to gain an understanding but doesn’t try to make too much uncomfortable and unnecessary small talk.     My stylist was Armando, who I found through his Instagram account (@armando_the_hair_master), where he shows his beautiful work. Armando did a beautiful job, and is very reasonably priced. The salon is bright, cheerful and spotless. Ill be back for sure.

    Tara is amazing! I often change hair colors and she always takes the time to make sure she fully understands what I want before we get started. I’ve been a regular client of hers for years and at this point won’t trust anyone else with my hair! She also understands what a trim means and then clarifies the length being cut. She may suggest a larger trim or more gradual color changing process but only to keep hair as healthy as possible! I go back and forth between blonde and red, which is pretty bad for hair health. Tara makes it gradual enough though that my hair is pretty long still, mid back, and not breaking off! Highly recommend Tara!

    I have been going to Armando for the last three years for all of my hair care needs. My sisters and even my mom, who travels from Puerto Rico to get her hair done, also see him. Hes great at listening to your needs and providing recommendations that enhance your look. I love how he blow-dries hair, and Ive always been pleased with my haircuts and color.     Was referred to Armando by my great friend, at first I was very hesitant to make an appointment afraid it would be an arm and a leg for my desired outcome. Armando talked me through the process step by step and was able to exceed my expectations without breaking the bank. I drove an hour to see him and let’s just say he’s got me as a forever client now. Take the leap and treat yo self ! It’s so worth it.

    Im giving 5 stars as an overall review based on a few things. In my non-hair-styling opinion, This is the type of place that you would want to know exactly what you want done to your hair and they will do it. When I say exactly, it would be exact. I only experienced 1 stylist & she did exactly what I asked for. What I didnt realize with this exact methodology is that I dont know exactly what I need. I had change hair styles and with super thick hair, I didnt know to ask for a few more things. Cant fault the salon. I got what I asked for. It was clean, everyone was nice. You can go online and book which was easy. I was also seen promptly at the time of my apt with no delays.

    Scotty was amazing and I had a wonderful first time experience at the salon. He was very thorough and told me all about the different services in the salon, and some of the products that would be best for my hair type. He took great care to make sure that he cut my hair to my satisfaction, and his high standards. 😉 I will definitely be back!

    Ask for Debra (probably spelt wrong) sorry girl😁. Let me just say AMAZING. This woman washed my hair so good I swear best shampoo EVA!!! She was so friendly and complimented my hair and skin even though my hair was just a mess and I had acne breakouts with no makeup. Gurrrl know how to make you feel good. My hair cut was great, she cut probably 8 inches off and it looks so good, so healthy. And I usually dont by salon products from salon cuz of the prices but the stuff she used was so amazing and she was so great I just wanted to support her more. Ask for her and love your look. Thanks girl!!!!

    Well, I hope this review does not confuse you. The only reason I give five-star to this place is because of my hair stylist, Russell. Otherwise, they will not even get one star; I’ve received nothing but a bad attitude from the rest of the people; however, when Russell is there, everything is five stars, including the haircut. You guys better keep him as long as you can.

    Debra did a fantastic job with my haircut, not only that she helped me feel gorgeous and welcome in the salon. Everyone there was so kind and easy to talk to. Its hard to find a salon that offers great cuts and an enormous amount of kindness. I also appreciated the knowledge and genuine confidence of their talents, I plan on going back for a color too.     Such an amazing experience! I made an appointment the same day and so glad I did.Jesus was professional and gave me supreme attention and service. From start to finish, it was a relaxing experience with a beautiful result. I love my cut and style! My brows are perfect. I cant wait to book with Manuel (Jesus) again! Every one there has a great attitude and are professional!Since my first visit I have come here for brow waxing and follow-up hair appointments and I stand by my first impression.     Mariette gives an excellent cut. She follows your suggestions about what you like and what you want done. She is so nice to be around, you will never have anyone else cut your hair again! The salon itself is clean and a serene place to be. Try it out!

    I brought my son in for a basic trim up and he was a little nervous because his mother had been his stylist for his entire life until she recently passed, so he was understandably apprehensive as any teenager would be. I made sure to mention that to the staff beforehand and they were so great to us. Armando took him to his chair and did an amazing job,very patient and kind. Tara also made great conversation with me,probably noticing that I had a bit of anxiety about it. Little things like that are what keep people coming back, and I’ll definitely be returning.

    Hair Cuttery itself would have to be probably a three out of five. Theres nothing wrong with the establishment but also nothing special that stands out compared to other hair cut chains.The only exception to this is and the reason I gave them five stars is because of their professional hair stylist Tara. I walked in with basically the simple fact I wanted a haircut, I had no idea what I wanted.When I told her, she told me not a problem and that shell help me find the perfect cut. So she walked me through how my hair was structured and began making recommendations on what would look best with my face shape.I took a leap and listened to her advice and Im very grateful I did (so is my wife, she didnt like my long hair)!If youre in the area and looking for a cut/color, I wouldnt go to any other shop or stylist other than Tara at Hair Cuttery!

    Ever since they added levels of stylists, I have been able to get a good even at Hair Cuttery. Time is gone that you were getting botched at Hair Cuttery. (In the years way past, I left hair cuttery with hair 1 inch all over.) Take your time select your stylist and you will have a great experience. I have had purple highlights complimented by everyone and awesome cuts.

    Hair by Troy~Amazing wash, cut and blow dry. In the past I have tried 2 different hair salons — one in Carrollwood and one and South Tampa — and neither cut my hair the way I liked it.He was great at listening and knew what I wanted.     I highly recommend Armando Serrano as the hairstylist for every single one of you. He has great attention to detail, takes his time and ensures his customers are happy. You’ll never have a bad time when sitting on his chair and you will most definitely not regret his facials and hair washing magic. When sitting on his chair you will see a slideshow of all the work he has done in the past.     Tara has once again mastered my color. Ive been blonde for many years but gray has become predominant over the past # of years. She seems to have somehow managed to adjust the tone to a beautifully natural and flattering shade that should blend better without harsh yellow/gold. She is seriously magikal in not just cuts and styling, but color.

    If you want someone that can help you find the best cut and color for you see Hector Carvajal. I always receive compliments from people I know after I have had the Hector treatment. I was so nervous to seek out a new stylist after having been with the same one for over 15 years but Hector has put me at ease and gained my trust that I can let him do whatever he thinks is best and I will look polished and professional.

    Great salon filled with talented stylists and friendly faces. Walk-ins are accepted, but I definitely recommend calling ahead or booking online as they book up very quickly. Most of the stylists have been at this store since reopening post quarantine and there is at least one stylist who specializes in almost any service you can think of. They are well worth a wait!

    Finally found a nice stylist and not at ridiculous salon prices. Its about $20 including tip for a wash, cut, blow dry style. I had a great stylist too. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted and cleaned up my hairs split ends quickly.
