This salon is THE BEST! Tiffany is my stylist, and has been since I moved to Tampa 4 months ago. She got my color perfect on the first try, and it has been consistently beautiful ever since. She listens to what I want and also makes recommendations based on her experience. I just graduated to tape-in extensions, which look fantastic just as she said they would. I highly recommend everyone at Bella Toi salon - a terrific group of stylists and human beings!

Nensi did an absolutely amazing job with my hair. I dont have a good before photo, but I can say that the difference is massive. My hair was really heavy and had a lot of split end damage. She cut my hair in a deep V shape and took out some of the weight so that the finished result is what you see pictured. I had requested a hair cut with some flow or fluffiness and I think it came out perfectly. She was also able to give me advice for my hair and on products that she uses to help keep the frizz away. Nensi is so friendly and awesome to talk to! She also owns the salon, which is so gorgeous!

The ONLY salon that understands my style and can execute the color I envision are from the professionals at Belle Toi. After my experiences with seeing multiple stylists, this salon is a definite winner. The owner, Jerry, goes out of his way to make his availability work for me - which I am so grateful for since I am a busy college student. I have extremely dark hair but Jerry’s selection of professional and high quality grade bleach and toner has made for a beautiful color every time I leave the salon. The hair products he sponsors are true at heart to what he believes will work the best for you and I still use R&co to this day. I am so thankful I was recommended by this salon from a friend! There is nothing better than the personal confidence Jerry brings out in clients and his fun attitude and trust that makes for an enjoyable atmosphere at Belle Toi.

I wanted to try a new stylist and found Shantell. She did not disappoint! I love my haircut and she is so sweet and friendly. I do not dye my hair but am getting some greys 😥 and I wanted to cover them up. She put a toner on my hair and the toner matches my natural color perfectly. I am so happy with my cut and color and so happy I found a new hairdresser!

Just loveee this place. I’ve been to Hannah two times for blonding services and I’ve left sooo happy both times. She listens to exactly what I want and takes her time. The place is also gorgeous and so clean. Love that there’s a big parking lot. Everything is a 10/10!

My experience at this salon was phenomenal! The salon is clean and has the cutest decor that really enhances the atmosphere. My stylist Hannah A. gave me long layers and made sure to take time in her craft. She talked me through it step by step, to ensure I liked my haircut with each cut. She gave body, bounce and volume to my thick hair and made me feel beautiful! I recommend her services 1000%! She is a very talented stylist and I will be returning to her for more hair related needs :)

Honestly the most welcoming salon, I felt right at home! I went to Shantell, the sweetest hair girl I’ve ever had. She gave me exactly what I asked for and the styling was so great I kept it like that to go out later on. Such an amazing find! Im new to the area and more than hesitant to let someone new work with my hair. I was beyond thrilled when walking into the salon. Great trendy, fun feel and the staff was wonderful and welcoming. Most importantly, the products they introduced me to are the best I have EVER had. The gloss treatment made my hair so shinny and their hair products are worth the investment. Loved my experience and would highly recommend the salon.

I got eyelash extensions for the first time & I am really happy with my service. They were provided by Joy the owner of LovelyJoyEsthetics! Joy was really sweet & professional. She explained all of the options since it was my first time getting eyelashes extensions. I had a great experience & she made me feel very comfortable. I love my lashes! Her work speaks for itself. She does an absolutely amazing job and I am fully satisfied. I highly recommend!

My Daughter and I made an appoint with Nensi to have our hair done and loved every minute of being there and our hair turned out amazing. The staff was all very friendly and interacted with everyone. The salon is beautiful and we cant wait to go back again soon. I recommend Belle Toi to everyone I know they really have a talented staff and the owners are pretty wonderful too.

I have been to Belle Toi several times. Jerry and Nensi are amazing!! As a person who is always a bit indecisive about what I want they have done a fantastic job of guiding me in the right direction for my hair. They have colored , cut and even added extensions to my hair and I’m always blown away by how incredible my it looks. My hair is naturally curly underneath, straight on the top, super fine, with a huge cowlick in the back. Shantell Hendry is the only one that I have let touch my hair in 15 years. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and listens to what I want done. Then she explains why or why not it will or will not work. I HIGHLY recommend her for all your hair needs.

I booked an appointment at Belle Toi for the first time to get rid of some crazy pink hair I had. Jerry was my stylist and unfortunately the color removal process was a painful process (literally)! When it didn’t work out after a few tries, Jerry spent the entire night trying to fix it and make me presentable. When I say entire night I mean from 6:45 to almost midnight. He was completely pleasant and understanding during the whole process and was very meticulous about making sure my hair was perfect. Never have I ever experienced such a patient and driven hairstylist. I felt like he took complete ownership to make sure that I looked good and wouldn’t stop until the process was done. Definitely go!!! Not to mention they are SO friendly!

I have followed Nensi wherever she went because she is that good. She truly hears her customers requests and brings it to life better than you could have imagined it. She has colored me every color under the sun from long to short and shaved hair. She also introduced me to keratin treatments. They are the Holy Grail for people with thick hair like me. Nensi and Jerry did a wonderful job on creating their salon. If you are looking for an amazing hair experience, you should stop in the salon to see them.

Highly recommend! Nensi did the hair and make-up for my daughters wedding and it was incredible. I cant begin to describe how beautiful the bride looked. Her hair was perfect and the make-up was outstanding! Nensi highlighted her features in such a way that she looked as gorgeous up close as she did in the photographs. Absolutely perfect.
