    Carmen, as always, took care of me and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, and her customer service is exceptional. Every visit with Carmen feels personalized, and she truly listens to what I want. Whether itā€™s a new style or just a routine touch up, I always leave feeling refreshed and happy. Sheā€™s definitely my go to stylist, and I couldnā€™t recommend her enough! The whole team at the salon is always professional, and the atmosphere is just lovely. I canā€™t wait for my next appointment!

    I visited this salon for the first time, and my stylist was tom. he did an amazing job selecting the right toner for my hair and explained why certain shades might not complement my skin toneā€”no stylist had ever gone into that detail with me before. he was incredibly gentle with my hair, gave me a great haircut, and even shared recommendations on how to enhance my face shape. i really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. iā€™ve already booked my next appointment because this level of care and professionalism is hard to find. definitely coming back!šŸ’—

    I came in for my first Curly Haircut, Lorena was so sweet, she made me feel comfortable. She took her time to consult with me on what i really wanted for my hair. She worked her magic and made my hair more voluminous and define than iā€™ve ever done on myself. Iā€™d highly recommend her for Curly hair!

    Rin did an amazing job with my hair I have been searching for my perfect stylist not only did she hear what I wanted but I was able to sit in her chair and tell her my end goal and allow her to do what ever she needed to to get there. Itā€™s been almost two weeks and usually at this point you know if you love your hair or not I love it I love it so much my hair looks and feels healthy and beautiful and she recommended some really great product Iā€™m using in my hair. Take time to invest in your self with someone who is happy to apply there talent into making you feel your best so you can be your best. I wonā€™t go to anyone else. Literally love my hair she is amazing!!! Go to her ladies if you are looking for your perfect pallet go to her.

    The people at this salon value people and it shows!! Leah was full of great communication and is such a professional with her arsenal of colors and patterns, Iā€™ve never seen anybody do what she does!!     I canā€™t stress enough that Paige is awesome and the best hairstylist in Tampa!!! She always makes sure that I love my hair before leaving the salon and I feel refreshed every time I leave. Canā€™t recommend this salon enough! Everyone else in the salon is always super professional, friendly, helpful, and also amazing!

    I had my hair done by Paige! Originally I wanted to go lighter but she brought me back to reality and was more concerned with making sure my hair was healthy. She did an amazing cut and color and was very sweet along with another stylist that was assisting her, Jordan! I was so impressed with Paigeā€™s work that I decided to try out extensions as well. They are expensive but definitely worth it!! I love my hair so much and Iā€™m so happy I found an amazing stylist after going through so many terrible experiences before. The ambiance of the store is very nice and I had a great experience. Will be back many times to see Paige!

    Hollie is absolutely amazing, such a light soul and listens to what you want but not afraid to tell you if something wonā€™t look good or wonā€™t work with your hair.she gave me such a good hair cut. I have thick, long hair and poor girl spent almost 3 hours on it with good vibes and no complaints. The place is clean and everyone is very friendly.

    My stylist Hollie was absolutely AMAZING!! The last time I got my hair cut at another salon was horrible with the person not correctly layering and scaling my hair. I was happy to meet Hollie and she knew how to handle curly hair. She listened to what I wanted and took me step by step in what she was doing. I will definitely be back for to take care of my hair.     Came in for a full service, Hair color, cut, & a deep condition. I had the pleasure of having Meera G. fix my hair. I had a lot of different copper/blonde uneven tones she was able to get my hair even & it looks healthier than before! She did an amazing job & she was so sweet.     Kariny was amazing! I have been going to this salon for years (all different locations) and decided to try out a new stylist to accompany my new color goals. She NAILED it.     I drive one hour just to see Paige. No one touches this hair anymore. She always takes her time to understand my hair concerns and transforms my hair into that hair commercial hair.     Jocelyn is a miracle worker!!! She is more passionate about doing hair and making people happy than anyone Ive ever met and it definitely shows in her work. She really cares about making your dream hair come to life while keeping it healthy at the same time. I absolutely looove my hair. Ive been getting my hair colored for years and have never been this satisfied with it. I will definitely be coming back!! The salon itself also has great service and everyone is very sweet and helpful. 11/10Update: I went back to Jocelyn for the second session of the lightening process and a cut and my hair has never looked better or felt any healthier. She recommended options for my toner that Id never even heard of and it turned out amazing. She really knows her stuff. Not only is she just super fun to be around, she also takes her time and does the most to make sure youre happy. She simply is the best!!

    I had a Wonderfull balayage from kariny @notntgestylist on instagram and she was a god sent. I have graduation coming up and I havenā€™t died my hair in 4/5 years so I was scared at first, kariny was so welcoming and so informative on what I was getting done. She went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be coming back!

    I have only gotten my hair colored maybe three or four times in my whole life and have never been completely happy. I requested an appointment with Paige for a color and cut right before my graduation. I can not say enough positive things about her! She truly listens to what you what to do and gives you honest feedback. I was very nervous about cutting my hair shorter than how Iā€™ve ever had it. However, I walked out of my appointment so incredibly happy. They are expensive but in my opinion complete worth the price. I will be coming back here now as my new salon!

    I have always had positive experiences at this salon. Everyone is so friendly and itā€™s an amazing environment. I started going to this salon in 2020 and I have not switched since. I got my hair done today by Henry and I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. He does an amazing job and is very friendly, he checked on me the entire time to make sure he wasnā€™t hurting me. Not only this but he also made sure to ask if I wanted anything to drink throughout the entire appointment which was nice. My hair turned out better than I could have asked for as usual with this salon.

    I am obsessed! I found Jocelyn through instagram and booked an appointment. I went into the appointment with a picture of what I wanted and a very limited description. She was so helpful!     This salon has been my saving grace. My girl Kiki is an actual wizard!! I have never had an artist actually understand what I wanted without me saying what I wanted. She blows my mind every time! She is so incredibly kind and understanding. She knows all of the latest hair trends to keep me looking fresh. The pictures below are just an example of what an amazing artist she is. Taking me from a chunk taken out of my hair, to a beautiful and blended queen. Kiki is accommodating and wants whatā€™s best for her client. Sheā€™s my girl and I tell everyone of my friends how amazing she is!

    Holly cut my hair and she was absolutely fantastic. She let me know the cut would be $59 beforehand and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and make her own suggestions. She was so kind and asked me what music I wanted to listen to and proceeded to play it the entire time. She took her time, was super gentle, and I just had a really wonderful time. I got a trim and I am so happy with it! 10/10 I definitely would recommend.

    Just wow! Henry made my hair look gorgeous and healthy!! I mean look at the before and after photos. He was very professional with his explanation process of me, a brunette, wanting to go for more of a brown/blonde balayage blend with dimension.     My stylist was Angelina! She has such a nice bubbly vibe about her that kept a smile on the face the entire cut! She gave me exactly what i wanted and more!     Amazing! Jocelyn was my stylist and I got a cut with face framing pieces. I found her and the salon from a tik tok video, and I decided to try it out. She was enthusiastic the entire time and reassured me that the style I chose was going to look good on me. I mentioned that I have never really styled my hair before and that I didnā€™t know how to curl it, so she curled my hair and taught me how to do it as she was doing it. She even curled sections of her own hair to show me how to do it on myself! She recommended great products that I bought and love, and did an excellent job on my haircut. I normally hate layers because they look very choppy, but she made the layers blend together and look so good! I couldnā€™t be happier with my hair and my experience!

    THANK YOU PAIGE!!!!! I had been looking to lightening my hair back to how it use to be (Platinum blonde) for a long time now. I started to follow Paiges Instagram to do my research. I followed her for months and LOVED her work. Finally, after some time, I made my appointment and was SUPER HAPPY that I did! She did an amazing job by listening to what my goal was, what exact color I was striving for and by letting me know exactly what the process will look like until I met my goal. She also did an amazing job of lightening my roots and of giving the rest of my hair LIFE. It was semi damaged when I arrived and when she finished, you would not be able to tell that it was any where near damaged!!! I also bought treatment products to keep up the look and I made my next appointment in 4 months!! Paige will not disappoint and she knows her stuff!! Overall staff was great from the moment I walked in, sat on the chair, and till the very end! I felt welcomed and right at home with all the music jams they had playing! Such great energy! 100% recommend.

    It was my first time going to this salon and I had my hair done by Kallista. My hair was dark brown to begin with and I asked for a blonde balayage. Kallista explained in detail what she could do for me, and since it was only my first session it probably wouldnt be as blonde as I wanted it which I understood. At the end of it all I am absolutely in LOVE with my results and my hair still feels and looks healthy after bleaching. She did an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

    I have been through a long hair journey to get my hair finally how I love it . Paige has helped me so much getting there . I first came in a little over a year ago to start my balayage after having black box dye in my hair . I have gone to places that I wasnā€™t so happy with and ended up having to cut a lot of my hair off to get healthy hair again. I was very scared about getting my hair done again but after I went to Paige for the first time my hair has never been healthier!! I started getting my hair done with Paige when my hair was to my shoulders and it has grown so much now. I live 6 six hours away now and I refuse to go anywhere else just because Iā€™m so happy with Paigeā€™s work she doesā€¦ so when Iā€™m there to visit, I will always go to Paige to get my hair done .

    Love this place! Everyone is so fun, professional, and kind. This is my second time visiting J.Joseph Salon in the citrus park location and itā€™s the best! She gives you knowledge, she tells you egh, I dont think we should do that when its needed (thank the heavens as she has saved me from an awkward phase) and she does this magic thing where her brain and hands come together and somehow that results in gorgeous, silky, color perfection locks. Its also suggested to have a cut once every 1-2 months to maintain healthy hair.     Yes, we know... its expensive, but honestly, youre paying for their expertise, high level of customer service, and to have your hair done right. I had my hair done by Lina and she was honestly the best. From her sweet personality, to really listening and making sure you feel heard, and hyping you up. I have tried to have my hair balayage at multiple places and it never turned out the way I wanted it to. Lina made sure she was able to deliver on what I asked for, since I have really dark black hair and its really hard to lift, but she did it! If you are able to spend the money, do it because youll get what youre asking for!     Jocelyn completely transformed my hair and Iā€™ve never loved the color more! My hair feels so healthy and shiny.     I went here to get my hair dyed for the first time ever (I was pretty nervous) and I had such a wonderful time! Jasmine was very professional and incredibly sweet. She talked me through the process and took her time explaining the details of what she was doing. When I wasnt really sure what I wanted, she had great recommendations. Im very happy with the outcome! It was apparent that everyone working there loves their job and is passionate about what they do and being in such a lively environment made it a much better experience!

    I have been coming to this salon for over a year and I always leave feeling so amazing! The staff is very friendly and the salon is always clean. I book with Henry and he does a great job at listening to my desires for my hair while also giving advice on what he thinks will look best on me. He does an amazing job maintaining my blonde hair, and I have never been this happy with my hair before! I very highly recommend this salon :)

    Kariny has been done my hair 3 times and every time I go to her I am impressed. If you want someone to take the time to listen and understand what you want you absolutely need to go to her šŸ’Æ. Definitely cares about her clients. Shes the Best!!!

    I had Julia color, cut, and style my hair, and she did a fantastic job! She did my balayage exactly how I want it, and she uses products to keep my hair nice and healthy. Before doing my hair, Julia told me the price to make sure I was okay with it. Sheā€™s made me feel very comfortable and offered me water a few times. I can tell she really enjoys her job and treats all of her guests very well! Truly an amazing experience! Already made an appointment for Julia to do my hair again next time!
