    I originally posted this many months ago and wanted to update it. We are a returning customer and all during this time, I have been extremely pleased with Julie’s braiding. The braids stay, my granddaughter loves them and Julie is very dependable. I highly recommend!Julie is amazing! She is kind, detailed, and took time to explain how best to care for my granddaughters hair. I look forward to being a return customer.

    OMG I LOVE HER! Shes super kind, professional and quick! The time frame is a must for me because Im always running! My braids always last 2 or three weeks because I dont do much aftercare but shes awesome Ill recommend her all the way!

    Julie is the absolute best braider in Tampa. She’ll does a great job at communicating with you to make sure you get the results you want, and is very gentle and never braids too tight. And if you feel like she is braiding too tight, then she’ll gladly readjust to make sure you’re comfortable during the process.She has great attention to detail and always takes great care of me. I’m really big on protective styles and protecting my natural hair the best I can, and I really appreciate how she takes the time to make sure my natural hair will be protected.She’s super kind and easy to talk to. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else to do my hair. Thanks for all that you do Julie 💛

    Of all the braids I got done over the years Julie is bessss!!!.. She takes her time and gives the client what they want and more...her braiding is exceptionally neat. My hairstyle lasts me 3 months with small touches to the front. Julie got my hair!! Thanks Julie..

    Very Professional beautician and actually cares about the state of your natural hair during install of plaits or braids! I love the fact that she doesnt use a lighter to run up and down your weave plait which is damaging to your real hair, but she actually takes time to cut loose weave hairs with hair sheers. She also greased my daughters scalp and gave hair tips. She really cares about your natural hair. Took my daughters here to get knotless braids, they came out flawless, and the price was reasonable and worth it! Julies work station was clean and the salon as a whole. I will be back!

    I have been looking for an African place to do hair , She is very professional, one of my braids was coming out because my hair is very silky and I asked her if she can re do it , she without a question said YES and I drove to her store , she had a customer sitting and she told him if it was okay to do my hair fast he said yes and she did it . I love that!!! She is the best . She does an amazing job❤️ I got my braids done with her and it’s worth the money , she has good customer service and that’s what I’m all about . Worth every single penny.

    Julie is the best hair braider in Tampa. I moved to Tampa three years ago and I finally found an amazing braider that I refuse to go anywhere else. The professionalism she possess is hard to come by these days and the cleanliness of her shop is another reason why I refuse to go elsewhere. She’s very affordable and the neatness of her braids is off the charts. I was really impressed when I scheduled an appointment for 11:00am and when I walked in she was braiding this young ladies hair and I was thinking to myself man I should’ve scheduled for a different time because she’s already doing someone else’s hair but I was sadly mistaken, she stopped braiding the young ladies hair and honored my scheduled appointment. I was flabbergasted!!!! By the way I was getting a simple hair style and the young lady was getting some plaits done so it wasn’t an issue at all. But the importance of making sure she honored my appointment blew me away because in the past I’ll schedule an appointment and they’ll have me sitting for hours when they could’ve just pushed my appointment back so to me it’s simple things like that that shows how important each customer is to her. SO PLEASE CHECK HER OUT GUYS!!!!! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED TRUST ME!!!!!
