    This was a great, relaxing experience! Who knew that this could happen! Getting my hair colored has always been a noisy experience: floors getting swept, lots of people making lots of noise! Etc! But not here! This was like being pampered! To say nothing about how the tech matched my hair color, EXACTLY!Of course you have to “do your own hair” after it has been colored and shampooed! I didn’t mind at all!I pay a monthly fee that was about half of what I normally pay to have my curly locks colored.I highly recommend you trying this!

    Shawna was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She gave me the best scalp treatment, and the best color service! I felt like a VIP customer!! The facility and the staff are outstanding. I felt welcomed from the moment I sat down until the time I left! Thank you so much, Shawna for being amazing and the entire Madison Reed staff. I highly recommend this location!!!

    Midtown salon is beautiful> It smelled fresh, clean and was bright. Best part no bad odors or chemicals because they dont use them. Everyone was very friendly, and my colorist was Brandy, she did an awesome job from beginning to end. My hair felt soft and healthy. I highly recommend Madsion Reed.

    I had an incredible experience at Madison Reed with Luisa as my stylist. Despite my hairs challenging history with multiple black box dyes, Luisa worked her magic and gave me a head full of stunning highlights on my very first visit. The results were realistic and beyond my expectations, making me extremely happy.I have super thick hair, and right before coming here, I was turned away by another salon because of the amount of hair I have. I came to Madison Reed feeling desperate, but I left so happy. Luisa went above and beyond for me, even staying late to ensure I got my blowout. Her talent and dedication are truly remarkable.I would recommend Madison Reed to everyone—they account for all types of hair! This place has definitely won me over, and Im already looking forward to my next appointment.

    I really enjoyed my 1st visit w/ Luisa!! She was soooo helpful, engaging & kind. I loved the Big Hair Board where you can see all the different colors of for example, blondes…I said, it would be perfect if u could slide ur photo in to “TRY ON THE COLOR”!     Great experience!! This is my second time going to the salon. I have a membership which saves me money on my root touch-ups. The color technicians are very professional and know their products inside and out. shout out to Jasmine, Kate and they’re lovely store manager.

    Love Madison Reed color, I have been using it at home so I treated myself and went to the color bar, good location easy to get to, greeted quickly and only waited a short time.The color specialist was nice, efficient and I have no complaints.I think the only negative would be the cleanliness of the salon…needs a good cleaning! And maybe the price of a blow out …was way too much! They did supply a place to do it yourself. I would go back.

    I went to Madison Reed in Tampa for the first time. I moved to Florida from Wisconsin and had only ever used the Madison Reed box color at home, so I was thrilled when I discovered a Madison Reed salon.I read the reviews and am honestly so surprised at the negative ones. This was the best first experience I could have asked for at a salon. I was greeted by everyone there and promptly offered coffee and water. I believe it was the manager who brought me the coffee with cream and sugar, I felt like I was in a cafe. I went in for an all over color, as I had patches of different colors going on from my own at-home box color touch ups, plus grays, plus fading. Shawna was my colorist and she was AMAZING!! She took the time to consult with me and go through what the most suitable color would be for me. I know nothing about hair and initially wanted something that was not the right shade. Luckily, Shawna was honest and advised me the right way, the color she suggested that I go with instead ended up PERFECT.Another thing I loved is that it is relatively affordable. In Wisconsin the salons I went to were a scam - I have long hair and I would always be charged additional for them having to mix extra color. Madison Reed doesnt do that. And instead of charging me extra for drying my hair, they have a self-service blow dry station with their own products to use. I would normally leave the salon with wet hair because I dont pay for blow drying, but I didnt have to do that here which was so amazing and something other salons dont provide.I am a full-time student in law school, so time and money are two things I dont have a lot of right now. To spend an entire afternoon and $100 on a beauty treatment is a big deal for me and this was worth every penny. It is days later and I am still absolutely loving and admiring my new hair. I will definitely be going back!

    The staff that work here are all amazing from the Manager, Adam to the stylists Stefanie, Luisa and Brandy!! They have my back and make sure everything is right before I leave the salon! Great location too right off the freeway! Best experience, color and style. They are experts at what they do!! They go above and beyond!

    I love my stylist Luisa. It was sheer destiny to have her here with her magic skills! She is so personable and knowledgeable. My color is never wrong and I’m always so eager to get back in her chair because it just feels like my bff is taking care of my color with such care.     My experience with Madison Reed has been excellent! I used to live in Atlanta and would go to the Peachtree Corners location. The service is top-notch, they recommend products, and the best part is you can take home your color touch-up if you want to do it yourself. Now Im living in Florida, and I visited the Tampa location. I liked it even more than the one in Atlanta, and that one was already pretty good! The color came out stunning, and the service is exceptional. My hair doesnt feel damaged, and it has been two weeks, but the color still looks beautiful. Additionally, I bought several products to touch up my hair at home since this location is only a 40-minute drive from my house, which isnt too far, but still, if Im short on time, I can do it here! I genuinely recommend it 100%. Thank you!

    I have the unlimited root touch up membership and it works great for me! I have aggressive grays so being able to pop in every couple weeks Save’s me time and money. The ladies here are so friendly and do a wonderful job. The only thing I’d say is sometimes I’ll end up with hair dye on my face and in my ears lol, but luckily they have dye removal and cotton pads at each station. It’s a small price to pay for the savings and convenience.

    My hair looks awesome!! They blended my balayage and toned to the perfect shade of ash blonde and got rid of the warm/orange tones near my roots from previous dye job.
