    I am beyond excited about my new look. I am now in love with Virginia at Monaco Bay2Bay location. 😊 She is absolutely amazing!! She has such a great spirit and exceptionally talented at what she does. I couldn’t be happier with my Brazilian blowout and 2 row extensions. On top of Virginia being so amazing the salon itself is gorgeous. Great customer service and wonderful products. My cousin has a consultation scheduled and will be flying in from Ohio in the near future to have her hair done by Virginia. 10 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Had my first visit yesterday (12/14) and everything from the environment to the service was amazing!!! My stylist, Miranda, made sure I was confident in my decision, educated me on the important parts of the service I was getting and was extremely personable. I left the salon feeling 10x better than when I walked in, with healthy beautiful new hair. I will 100% be back and I recommend this salon and most importantly Miranda! Thanks Monaco :)

    I recently completed a two-day intensive training with Krista at her Tampa, Florida location on Bay2Bay, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Krista is incredibly knowledgeable and precise in her teaching. She customized the training to fit my needs perfectly, ensuring I learned as much as possible.As an experienced hairstylist who has worked with extensions before, I wasn’t starting from scratch—I was looking to elevate my craft to the next level. Krista met me exactly where I was in my journey and provided the advanced knowledge and techniques I was seeking.The training included hands-on experience, theory, and provided models, making the entire process seamless and effective. Since completing the program, my extension clientele has grown significantly, and I’m more motivated than ever to take my extensions business in Atlanta, Georgia to new heights.I highly recommend Krista’s shadowing program to any stylist looking to refine their skills and expand their extensions business.

    I wanted to take some time to tell everyone about Alexa. She is highly skilled and will make sure that your hair looks amazing, and exactly how YOU want it. I was wanting to go from a dark blonde to almost full platinum. She was very transparent about how we could get it there in one session, or do it over a couple sessions to maintain the integrity and health of my hair. She went over pricing with me up front to make sure she was meeting my goals within my budget.Once we started drying it, I noticed it wasnt as light as the pictures I showed her, which I was fine with since I knew it this would be a process. It was still a light, very beautiful color (I even had her write down the formula she used for another time), but she said something about it immediately. She reassured me it would be no problem for her to tone and wash it again to get it exactly the way it looked in my inspo pics. With all the foils I needed, my girl put in work that day, but it came out perfect. My hair has never looked this good. :) She is literally one of the sweetest human beings on the planet. Easy to talk to, is always in a bubbly mood, and makes it a relaxing and fun experience. You can tell she is very passionate about her work, and truly cares about her clients and their happiness.She has also installed extensions on me a few times and is always extremely gentle. I never feel sore during or afterwards. They have amazing extensions at Monaco. They never itch! The salon has a wonderful selection of Paul Mitchell and Kerastase products. All the staff at Monaco Ive spoken to have been so kind and professional. You can tell they are like family and very supportive of one another. The vibes there are so good. I cannot recommend Monaco Hair Salon enough!

    Kaysie Soto & Laura Foulkes at Monaco Salon off Bay to Bay in Tampa, Florida are by far the best hair wizards in the hair industry. To start, I have extremely thin hair and it breaks the minute I comb it or pull it back in a ponytail. The saying, “you always want what you don’t have,” has been my reality when it came to my hair. I have always been self conscious about my hair appearance especially in social media. All of my family pics consists of me wearing hats or my hair up in a ponytail. I have always felt invisible for most of my adult life until I finally decided to invest in me. I have always been a huge skeptic of hair extensions especially after 20 + years of horrific salon nightmares and people saying my hair was too thin so I never thought it was even an option.In late 2023, I started doing lots of research and visited with Monaco Salon. After two consults i did it, I made the decision to get hair extensions in December of 2023. Fast forward, that was by far the best decision I made, outside of my husband and kids. Kaysie and Laura observed and listened to me, they asked so many questions and most importantly they understood me! 18months have passed and I can happily say I love me again, I am 51 years old and I’m finally living. My family, friends and colleagues have seen such a positive difference in me and my confidence. Kaysie and Laura thank you for making me love me again. You will never know how much I appreciate you both.

    I’ve been working with Krista and Hallie, who are amazing! I’ve never had hand tied extensions before and wanted them for my wedding in February. Krista guided me through my first appointment and actually made me reschedule so that my hair would look amazing for as long as possible since I was leaving for 2 weeks after the wedding. I needed a little guidance so I appreciated it so much!I’m absolutely addicted to my long hair and everyone is convinced it’s real. I don’t think I’ll ever go back, BUT, if I did choose to go back I know my hair would look exactly like it did before the extensions. Krista took such good care of my hair while doing the installation that it was literally the same when I went to my appointment to move them up.If you’re looking to try extensions or just a new place to go, Monaco is definitely the place.     Let me tell you! Everyone here is the best of the best at Monaco hair extensions lounge. I started coming here two years ago, and they have changed my life and brought me my hair goal dreams.     Last December 2020 I visited Monaco Hair salon on west bay to bay Blvd to talk about having extensions applied for my wedding, well that turned into now a year ongoing addiction! They are all so overly qualified and talented at what they do and I absolutely love the passion each stylist has in playing there role ! Never anything but Above & beyond satisfaction guaranteed! I wear 3 rows of hand- tied extensions previously installed by The owner Krista who is a sweetheart and saved my hair, money, and integrity by being kind enough to help me after getting talked into using another stylist who caused a horrible reaction to my scalp and was so painful. Krista allowed Jordan who was in training at the time to re- install them the correct way, which helped me pay to have the mistake fixed properly. I went in crying but when I left I felt like a million dollars. I still have people ask who I go to or where I went. I’ve gotten to many compliments from the work they do! Warning ⚠️ THIS CAN BECOME AN OBSESSION! I can’t wait to get back in to see you all. The last photos show a removal with Color by Rebecca . I personally recommend Seth for color, but they all have their specialties that’s why you go for a consultation. You get what you pay for.🤷🏼‍♀️

    Let me just say….. Anel did my hair and is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I wanted a brighter blonde to compliment my natural color and he far exceeded my imagination. I’m literally OBSESSED with the color!     Anel did my hair, and brought my blonde back to life! He understood exactly what I was asking for and helped me find the tone of blonde that worked best for me.     Klodjana is wonderful. Super personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you got what you came there for. She made me feel beautiful while protecting my hair from any damage.     Ive been to several upscale salons in Tampa who have destroyed my hair. I did research and chose to try Monaco. I called Monday, and they were able to get me in on Monday. The front desk went above and beyond to check with both salons and stylists to find the best fit for me. When I entered the Extension Lounge, it was so clean and bright. Big windows surround the place, so theres so much natural light coming in. The front desk lady greeted me and was so happy and professional. She brought me a glass of wine. Lauren was my stylist. She did a wonderful job, was fun to talk to, had so much knowledge, and was so motivated and energetic. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back. I finally found the salon for me. It wasnt too crowded, everyone was so nice and professional, and it felt like home.

    I went in for a color and keratin bond extensions. Laura did my color. She was very easy to work with and very attentive. I came back two weeks later for my custom orders extensions. The extensions we ordered were not the best color but Krista who did my extensions went right to work on a solution. Luckily she had some extensions in house that worked better for me. I am very pleased with my entire experience at Monaco. My hair looks great. Based on my experience I trust I received high quality extensions installed by a talented professional. I realized when I received my receipt I tipped less than 20% so I will be calling the salon back to add to my gratuity so the team is tipped appropriately - the experience and final look was that good!

    My girl Hallie did her thing last night again, per usual. Hallie is honestly the best hair dresser I’ve ever had by far. She’s not only so professional and talented, but she’s a wonderful person and friend. We started with 22 inch extensions and this year upgraded to 26 inch extensions and I love them so much. My girl Hallie is a keeper and I don’t mind driving over an hour to see her. 5/5, would definitely recommend.

    I highly recommend Laura as a colorist, she was able to transform my dull dry hair into a perfectly colored hair that worked great with my life style and maintenance level. Could not ask for kinder or nicer hair stylist. Highly recommend Krista for invisible bead extentions. She does such an amazing job and it gives me so much confidence in my look.

    Krista and her team at Monaco are absolutely incredible! When I first came to Krista my hair was badly damaged, and very unhealthy. I wanted extensions to cover up the mess I had made of it. Krista and her team took great care of me and gave me the most natural looking extensions- taking the time and the care to get the color just right to match me and exactly what I wanted. I truly felt like a valued client where all of the details mattered. I was worried about extensions doing even more damage to my hair but the entire process gave me such confidence in Krista and her team. Krista took the time to discuss my concerns with me and her goals for my hair, and she explained to me how the method they utilized for extensions was safe and healthy. I can honestly say, after starting my care at Monaco with Krista -not even a year later- my hair was completely restored. Full of volume, growing and healthy. I even took my extensions out I was so happy with my natural hair again! Couldn’t thank her and recommend her and her team enough! Hailley matched the color exactly and my result was precisely what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

    Virginia is the most patient hair person. She takes the time to deal with my freak outs…not many people know how to deal with darker hair. I feel comfortable always going to her. Not once has she complained. I keep coming back because of her :) The salon can ask who I am and I’ll directly tell them. For the sake of public anonymity only am I withholding my name here.

    Krista is simply the best at what she does. I had lost alot of my hair due to an autoimmune condition and Krista worked her magic to make me feel like my normal self. Due to the thinness of my hair we had to do a mixture of bonds and wefts, but she spent so much time on making sure my extensions looked seamless and natural. I highly recommend, especially to those with more challenging cases like mine!

    Anel from Monaco salon has been the biggest help and has done the best job on my extensions. As someone who has not had extensions previously I was definitely a girl with alot of questions!     Krista did my sew in extensions and is amazing. Will always come back. But her assistant is the reason I’ll always come back (I can’t remember her name :(((( sweet soft spoken girl) she is so gentle. Whenever she removed my extensions literally close to no hair was pulled or cut. Absolutely AMAZING!!! Love her. Will only want that assistant to touch my hair!! Deserves a raise!!! On the other hand… i booked last minute and a diff assistant took out my extensions since I was a last min appt. She was so terrible ripped so much hair out of my head when I saw it on the floor I wanted to cry ..I was not only sad but pisses off. I didn’t reaply my extensions since that day bc I was so stressed out by how agressive she was and how much hair I lost. I wish I took a picture I was in shock. Anyways !! Book with Krista and her soft spoken assistant !!! Them 2 are the only way I’ll come back!!!

    Krista /Owner of Monaco is probably one of the most amazing stylist of our time!! That is saying a lot since I’ve had my hair done with the best in NYC & Worldwide. As a 80’s Super-Model I’m very picky about my hair… as well as my looks & even more so as the years pass. Now as a Structual Engineer & CGC worldwide 🌎Though I still do ads for top cosmetic companies plus I have a new Vogue cover coming out in 2025.It’s important to stay on top of my game in a world where “Age & Beauty” reigns… Krista & the unbelievably talented stylist that Krista hires to work in her salons truly have you walking out of the Salon & you feel you like you just shot your first Vogue Magazine Cover-it’s that Incredible… Listen don’t take my word for it, Go experience it for yourself and I’d better be ready for competition because you’ll emerge from the Salon feeling like a Supermodel…. Sometimes I’ve just had a simple wash & blowout with pretty much all of the stylist at the Bay to Bay location. Forget that number 23 in the USA the ratings say I’m telling you they are number One in my book!!!Get your hair colored by Virginia or Laura or HallieBut if your fortunate you get the Owner Krista who I can’t say enough about that woman & honestly every stylist they have at the Bay to Bay salon is incredible!!!I think every single stylist at a station or being trained my Krista to soon be at their own station is under the watchful & skillful incredible Eye of KRISTA/Owner…This woman is Incredible & I would Know …but don’t just take my word go book an appointment & I can promise you will emerge feeling quite beautiful & the Men you’ll feel quite Handsome.. If your hair just needs something to make you feel great about yourself again, their extension department which is Krista the Owner’s secret weapon btw, I’ve watched people come in but when they walked out… OMG I just am in awe that after NYC & now relocating my new company to Florida that this Diamond of Salon’s worldwide is here in Tampa Florida WOW & WOW ..     After losing a lot of my hair due to stress I felt extremely ashamed and ugly. When I did my consultation with Monaco over zoom, I was extremely nervous that they would judge me or tell me I wouldnt be able to do much...however it was the complete opposite. The staff was incredibly supportive and made me feel more comfortable than any salon Ive ever been to before. Krista does my hand tied extensions and let me just tell you, she killed it. With the help of her amazing staff, they matched my hair color perfectly and got to work.Let me just say, they seriously put all their attention on you and making your hair look exactly how you want it. I love this salon and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the best service, professionalism, and good laughs. Love, love, love this place and all the lovely people that work here.     I highly recommend Anel! I have always had subpar experiences with stylists and never getting exactly what I want.     I went to Monaco Hair Extensions Salon for my first set of hair extensions. Going in, I was nervous because I have been growing out my pixie cut for a year and it was still pretty short, with a lot of different layers and lengths. However, Kristi quickly set my mind at ease. She and Kaysie spent a good amount of time planning the best approach to make sure the extensions blended seamlessly, keeping me updated every step of the way. Kristi, who did the install, put so much time, care, and effort into making sure the extensions looked incredibly natural and that I was happy with them. She was a wealth of knowledge when it came to explaining how to best care for the extensions and how to style them. I could not be more thrilled with how the extensions turned out!!!     Jordan is the hair extension WHISPERER! I came to her with some major tracks-showing issues (not done by her or anyone at Monaco).     I had been going to the same salon for over 10 years. For the past year I had been asking for a change and for some kind of treatment for my over processed and dry hair. After asking for so long I just got a bit frustrated so I wanted to try a new place. I read the reviews and my daughter has friends that use this salon. She said they all loved it. I made my appointment and was set up with Malia. Oh my goodness! Malia listened to me and tried a treatment. I was so pleased with how it came out. I went back a second time and she suggested trying another treatment for damage and this stuff made my hair SO amazing! I love the fact that Malia listened to my concerns and truly made a difference. She is so sweet and personable as well. The whole reception team is super courteous and sweet. The manager came up to me the at the conclusion of my first appointment and wanted to know if I was happy with the service, etc. I thought that was so great. They also offer you water and snacks.     Melissa is my hair stylist and she is super nice and super friendly. Overall, everyone there is so professional and nice. Right when I walk in I feel a sense of welcoming and you are automatically greeted and offered water or coffee. If your stylist is running a little behind they make sure you are aware and still acknowledged. I started my hair journey here October 2020 and I can say there is a huge difference now. My hair was probably the most damaged (rock bottom) and to date my hair has improved tremendously with the help of treatments, healthy cuts, and healthy methods with products. Worth every penny. I have very challenging thin hair and they have gone above and beyond to try and make me feel more confident. I think I like the tape in better than tie-ins but giving the hand tied a chance. I’m a little worried based on a review I read though. The hair quality is okay. Not as soft as I was hoping for but I think it’s more about me not knowing how to treat it b/c when I leave the salon it feels soft and looks beautiful. The owner is excellent- really awesome- at cutting hair. And she was very kind in her follow up and offer to help correct a small issue I had. She has very professional customer service skills.     They do great on hair coloring and experts at extensions. I do the hand tied extensions, and they are amazing ! The application process is very quick, and so is the removal.It is pricey. I get a double process color (blonde) and it cost me $365 plus tip. Extensions for the application start around 4ish and run in the upward $600. The extensions are not included in the price. That is separate.

    I recently got 22 inch beaded sew in extensions put in by Kaysie. I am blown away by the quality of the hair and how seamlessly it was installed and blended.     Rebecca is my colorist and hair stylist. I am new to Florida and I have seen her a few times. She did an amazing job doing a drastic haircut. I went from long hair that had some grown out blond pieces to a short messy Bob haircut. Then we added in highlights with a color melt. Amazing! I feel like a new person !!!

    Coming in post quarantine I was impressed with the safety measures Monaco took to ensure their guests and employees were safe. Per usual, Laura was fantastic! Just when I thought her jokes couldn’t get any better, quarantine happened 😉I am most likely Laura’s most annoying client because I always ask a ton of questions since I know nothing about hair; however, she is always fabulous. Everything I know now is because of her and my hair is so much healthier because of her. She’s hilarious and just fun to be around always making the experience wonderful. I am super picky about who can touch my hair but with Laura I always trust her. If you are looking for a stylist post COVID hair then you have found your person and that’s Laura

    Klodjana and Kaysie did an amazing job on my hair today. I showed Klodjana a picture of the tone and overall look I wanted and she nailed it. I have never had a stylist get my hair color exactly right until now. Kaysie did a seamless job on my hand tied extensions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everyone who helped in between were total professionals and so skilled. This is the best my hair has ever looked and I am so thankful to have found this place. Best salon experience hands down!!

    Maggie did an amazing job on my hair! I came in for a full highlight and shadow root. I was looking for a stylist that could make my blonde hair very ashy and cool toned, and add more brightness overall to give the effect of being a bright blonde, without too much damage - and that is exactly what Maggie did! She did exactly what I asked and I couldnt be happier with the way my hair tuned out. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this salon.

    KLODJANA IS AMAZING!! I first went to Monaco after having my hair bleached at another salon. I naturally have dark brown hair and experienced damage and didn’t like the color my hair turned out. Klodjana did a great job of not only giving me THE CUTEST BOB EVER but of explaining what was and wasn’t good for my hair. I always had long hair so my whole life I’ve always wanted to go longer, not shorter. Now that I have— I FEEL SO CONFIDENT!! As someone who’s originally from Tampa but has moved out of state for college and work. Whenever I am back in town I always make sure to stop in. I love the salon and Klodjana so much that even after living in New York & Nashville, I still only go to Monaco. While I am sure she has many many clients, Klodjana does a great job at making conversation, hyping you up, and making you feel like you are her “only client.” And although you can call the salon and ask for her by name, if you message her on social media (IG - @hair_divaaa) she responds VERY quickly (I’ve always gotten same day responses). Overall, the salon is great, it looks elegant, and although Klodjana is the hairstylist Ialways see, I have had great interactions with ALL the other stylists!
