This woman is very professional and does an amazing job. Trust me, Im very picky when it comes to how a person braids my hair, so take it from me she does very well. Ill be back for stitch braids real soon. Also, prices are very reasonable.

SHES WONDERFUL! I’ve used Mrs. Oumy for the last four years. And I’m definitely going to continue! My hair is always even, and always the way I explain I want it. The price is good and if I ever mess it up, she’s great about getting me another appointment so it can be fixed. She also has oil and soaps and conditioners for sale. (Which I am purchasing for myself today, she just put it out in her new shop.) Which is lovely and coming together more each time. I currently drive an hour and a half away. And will continue. Oumy is AWESOME!!! Her work speaks for itself. In fact, I discovered Oumys African Hair Braiding by complimenting a lady on her hair at the Atlanta airport. Her braids were beautifully done and quite neat and when I asked where did she get hair done? She said a lady named Oumy in Tampa, FL. What? I live in Tampa and the rest is history. I have been a client of hers for nearly a decade now and Im pleased to say that she is a reliable and consistent hair dresser.
