    I called around a few barbers, happen to find Oxygen tuck away in the nook by chevron and so glad I came across this diamond in the rough!!! And this man!! This man right here, is so welcoming and friendly I had to stay for a trim and a fade. My 1st time in and he had this wonderful icebreaker that still has me laughing. Very comfortable coming back again, and again. Experience 36 years is all ya need to know, really šŸ˜‰

    This place is pure class for a barber shop. I couldnā€™t be happier with my experience! My brother recommended it to me after going to the same barber for 20 years. These dudes can snip. To add to my previous review, as soon as approached the shop, he shook my hand and didnā€™t have to even ask these wonderful people if they remembered me and knew exactly what my favorite haircut is AFTER 1 time.     I am an international student at USF, and the first time I needed a haircut, I chose this barber shop just because it was super close to campus. Nevertheless, the owner is actually really good! I showed a photo of myself to make him understand how I am used to have my haircut done in my country, and he did exactly what I expected. He is super nice and I am going to go there again whenever I need a haircut in the future!

    Incredible work by very skilled barber. I always had short hairstyles my whole life, but I decided to take a risk and try a new, long hairstyle; he made it look amazing and gave tips on how to comb, prep, etc. in the morning. Best haircuts Iā€™ve had and surely best barber Iā€™ve had!

    I dont usually write reviews until after a second visit, just to make sure of my impressions.Oxygen Barbershop definitely earned this review. My first visit was great, and after the second, Im sure I have found my new barber in Temple Terrace. Sam is a great barber, who listened to what I wanted, and did a great job of cutting my hair and trimming my beard. Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to provide grooming guidance and information. I highly recommend this shop.

    Iā€™ve been coming here for almost a year now. Best barber and most efficient on time. Some barbers Iā€™ll come in for beard and haircut and it takes an hour and a half to two hours. He does it in a quarter of the time and does a better job.

    My son Raymond is 3 years old and had his first hair cut here today. I was terrified but he allowed me and my husband to feel so at ease (mainly me). He was so great working with our son, had him relaxed let him pretend shave him to get him use to the the tools played joked around had him laughing. Sam knows his business and is great at his job. His passion and commitment is so dedicated. And Rays hair cut was great he looks so good he was so comfortable with Sam that he didnt cry nor move not once during the whole time.

    Detail oriented, master with the clippers and scissors, knowledgeable, funny, and an amazing price to go with it! Highly recommend him, DO NOT HESITATE!Sam is THE MAN! Seriously, a great barber with an even better personality. The man knows how to cut hair, he cuts fast but he does it right and because hes the only one that works there. Takes pride in his work and is very detailed. He also fixed my hair, Ive been doing it a certain way (combover) and went to at least 20 different barbers during that time and hes the only one to tell me to start doing it the other way and I have never ever been more happy, my hair finally lays exactly the way I like it.ONLY downside is that hes the only barber and sometimes theres a wait, but like I said hes pretty quick with his hands and will get to you in no time.

    This is hands down the best barbershop in Temple Terrace. I walked in with coconut head hair and told Sam to give me both a professional but attractive new look, and he way outperformed any and all expectations I could have had.     Most Amazing place.It all started years ago with my special son Charlie , as I was driving home one day, I passed by here and stopped as I was running short on time yet needed Charlies hair cut.As soon as I pulled up and went in Sam immediately took Charlie from my arms to assist as he does not walk ...I was truly taken back by his sincere kindness in assisting me and till this day Sam still continues without asking to take Charlie to and from car ...Truly blessed to have met such an amazingng gentleman who cared so much in assistance without question.     THIS IS MY BARBERSHOP! A very close friend of mine recommended this place to me - I went to see Sam here & I have been going 4 Times Per Month ever since for over a year! This place reminds me of going to the barbershop back home in Philly & even gives an incredible Razor Shave!     They give great haircuts. I, with trepidation, went for my first haircut since COVID19. There were no masks and there was another customer getting a haircut right next to me. If the state puts out rules, they should be followed. I wore a mask to protect those within, only removing it to actually get my haircut. I would go back if I canā€™t find reasonable clippers myself and I knew masks were being worn/that I was the only customer in store.I can only hope nobody in there was infected.
