    Warm, friendly environment. Not as pretentious as the other Supercuts in town. Very laid back, but only because they CAN be. They are masters of their craft. You rarely find a chain that retains stylists. This one does.

    It’s not just this business, but $25 for a man’s haircut that’s just a trim of short hair and a half bald head, and that only takes 10 minutes is ridiculous. I know the bills have to be paid, but I have to skip haircuts because it’s so expensive, especially for a senior on a fixed income. The stylist was excellent, however.

    Went to take my mother for a buzz cut after her hair was falling out because of chemo therapy. They took her right in and took care of her with great care and kindness. This I my regular go to Supercuts and this was just a reminder why. Great Job ladies

    Ive been going to them probably for the past 2 years probably twice or once a year and they are never scissor friendly where they cut off more than what you asked them to. I also did facial waxing and it came out great. My hair is a lot more even now. I have curly hair which is hard for some people to care and cut curly hair but they did it! Will be back again in 6 months. I usually come twice a year.

    I’ve come to this Supercuts four times now I believe. Every single time has been a wonderful experience! Three of the times I had Nichole and she is very professional and very experienced at what she does. I trust her completely and I always feel like a new person when I leave. She never seems to be in a huge rush, and is so respectful and kind to everyone that comes in even when she is in the middle of doing something.. I highly recommend this place!

    It was my first visit to Supercuts Westgate Plaza and never expected such a great experience of my haircut that was never ever happened before so far anywhere else. Kristen is such a fantastic stylist clearly getting to know the expectations first and how I wanted to have my haircut/look/length etc and perfectly transformed into the reality cutting my hair exactly as I was expecting to be. Very nicely done and had a pleasant experience.

    Took my daughter here for her hair cut before school and OMG. Her hair came out SOOO cute 😍 the lady did an amazing job. When we went in my daughters hair was straightened and she is naturally curly (like really tight curls) and the stylist was able to just cut her hair letting her keep is straight rather than wet it. My daughter was so happy with her hair too she was smiling from ear to ear.

    I randomly stopped in for a haircut while touring with the band Memphis Lightning in Florida. I asked if there was a long wait. The hairstylist said “did you make an appointment”? I said “no” and walked out. She immediately came out and said “I think you misunderstood me. I can take you after one more customer”. so I went back in. Glad I did, great haircut, I explained how I wanted it (no. 4 gauge on the sides and 1 1/2” on the top) she did exactly that, she was down to earth and did an excellent job!!!
