    Lorraine is my absolute favorite hair stylist Ive ever had the privilege of going to. She always does my hair beyond all my expectations, and always has a warm and kind energy. Shes a master of color, always seamlessly blending my hair, and her haircuts are incredible. She regularly gave me the most beautiful butterfly cut -- its so good, Ive had other hair stylists ask who cuts my hair.After trying Lorraine a couple times, I sent my boyfriend to her as well -- he also agrees that its the best haircut hes ever had, and her ability to replicate his request is unmatched.I cant recommend Lorraine enough, she is by far the best hair stylist Ive found in the Tampa Bay area!

    Had a lash lift and tint by Lorraine and it was the best I have ever had! No stinging, every lash lifted, perfectly tinted, no tint bleeding, and was done in about an hour, start to finish. Not only does she do gorgeous hair, sheā€™s your go to person for your lashes as well!

    Lorraine Fred is my curly hair soulmate who I have been searching for all my life. I am a 54 years young beautiful mixed woman who has struggled to find a stylist who gets my type of curls. The receptionist at the desk recommended Lorraine when making my appt. During my first appt with her, I basically had tears of joy when she spun me around in her chair. Her color work and styling for curly hair is magic. My daughter was with me and couldnt believe how gorgeous šŸ˜ my curls looked. Lorraine is an amazingly stylist and colorist.

    I come all the way from Fort Lauderdale to get my hair done with Carolina and I wouldnā€™t have it any other way! She does an excellent job always giving me the cut and color I want as well as being lovely to converse with. Sofia also made me a delicious mimosa while I was waiting to be picked up after my latest appointment! Definitely the best spot in South Florida to get your hair (and nails) done.

    I went to the salon and saw Lorraine about 6 weeks ago for the first time because my previous hair salon person of almost 2 years from another salon cut my hair way too short. Lorraine was able to make my hair look better which made me feel better. Lorraine did a great job with making my haircut look better. She also did my color. I recently went back to see Lorraine and she did an amazing job again. She is so great at what she does. She is very knowledgeable very professional. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

    I came in wanting something cute and sassy, but not sure exactly what style. Lorraine was my stylist and she gave me my first ever bob cut with highlights! I absolutely loved it!     I came in to get my eyebrows shaped & laminated by Lorraine and she is a dream! I told her my past experience before with my brows when they would sometimes take off too muchā€¦she did not disappoint !! She is so sweet and listens to you and gives feedback also which I loved.     I came to Lorraine for my highlights and curly cut. LET ME TELL TOU THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A SALON. My highlights came out beautiful i always struggled in the past with highlights getting lost in my curls but Lorraine understood what i wanted and gave me what i wanted and more ! And then my haircut from past experiences always were flat and never had much volume. Lorraine gave me definition and volume all in one ! Iā€™ve never loved my hair so much until i sat in Lorraineā€™s chair .

    I have been coming to The Grande since 2017 and have never looked back. What a phenomenal location and superb service. I have worked hand in hand with the owner upon which is a hands on owner and really does get to know each client individually that enters this establishment. Iā€™ve received a variety of services ranging from Eye lash extensions with angie whom is excellent and delicate. The famous facials by their world renowned licensed aesthetician & skin care guru Rita. And have done my blonde color and tape extensions with a number of people and their new head stylist Lorraine is such a fantastic person. Along with Carolina for blow outs. This is a place of pure talent and Just recently had Lorraine do highlights color and we have tape in extensions upcoming in the next week. I highly recommend this phenomenal place for all your beauty needs! Exceptional ownership!

    This has been my go to place for years. Lynda is the only one that I allowed to love on my skin. She is by far the best technician. The way she understands my skin, and what my skin needs, is an absolute game changer. She takes the time to feel what your body needs. I have never experienced an aesthetician thatā€™s done such.Danny is also my go to got hair!! Heā€™s a hair genius, and his techniques are phenomenal.

    Try a massage with Lily from Grand Beauty Spa in Tampa. She is new and I had my first massage with her yesterday. I was more than pleased and am buying another massage package to make sure I see her monthly. One of the top massages I have had and I have had massages all over the world. She did not disappoint and in fact she exceeded my expectations. Calming energy, great hands, and you can tell she cares about really doing a great job and making sure you are more than pleased.     Wow! This place is such a special gem. The entire facility is an oasis. Grand Beauty truly teaches you how to spa, relax and enjoy taking care of yourself. The staff are absolutely fabulous and sincere. (Shout out to Sophia who makes you feel like royalty at the front desk when you come in )I highly recommend Linda for facials. She is so talented, knowledgable and incredibly kind. Her personalization and focus on delivering QUALITY each and every time is incredible. She is helping me battle very difficult hormonal skin changes and let me tell you, its working. I was so impressed with the people and service here at Grand Beauty that I brought my mother and sister here for treatments as well. Could not ask for a better place, I wish I found them sooner.

    Lorraine is the best!!! There is nobody I trust more with my cut, color, and brows.     Anytime my pores get clogged or I get acne I come in and get a facial. I love Linda she makes it feel like such a luxurious spa experience with amazing massages and knowledge. I get a hydrafacial and an extraction to get rid of all the acne and my huge pores are always completely empty and my big zits are cured and itā€™s amazinngggg! Definitely get your facials here! Everyone always compliments my skin after I leave here even though I just got an extraction lol because my skin is so glowy

    This was my first time at The Grand and it was amazing! The entire spa was spotless and everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. It was easy to relax and enjoy my services. Rita, who did my facial, was so professional and extremely knowledgable. I cannot recommend her enough, and I really liked how she reviewed my paperwork and asked questions as I have very sensitive skin. I enjoyed a delicious lunch in the zen garden and then had a pedicure. Joanne was excellent as well and my polish looks perfect. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

    So very relieved and happy to find The Grand Beauty Spa. Iā€™ve been searching for a year since I moved from CT for someone who can do beautiful blonde hair with definition and not overdo it. Itā€™s a beautiful space with lovely people who are clearly highly skilled and work hard to provide excellence in all they do.This is not a high-drama spa, just a place where you are encouraged to relax in their calming environment. All products are high end. I would feel very comfortable going to any of the talented and sweet people providing services.Iā€™ve found my place for blonde hair, and Iā€™ll be trying other services as well.Iā€™ve had a grand day!

    Dan colored and cut my hair. It was my first time at Grand Salon. He is amazing! He made me feel comfortable and really listened to me. Heā€™s a perfectionist and I knew I would be happy with my hair. The shop is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everyone there made me feel welcome. It was a great experience!     Iā€™ve been here previously and have never been disappointed, however, today I came for a massage and a haircut and my husband came for a pedicure (having to bring our 6 yr old as well) and it exceeded my expectations!The staff was so wonderful and kind, especially with our daughter, not once making us feel like she was a nuisance for having her there.Bruce was my masseuse and Iā€™ve had plenty of massages before and i honestly have to say he was by far the best. Not only was he professional and kind but made sure my experience was nothing but relaxing. I then had my haircut with Calee, who was just as great. For someone who lacks the knowledge of hair coloring, cutting and whatnot, I thoroughly appreciate going somewhere and having someone just take over in a sense, knowing what looks best but also being aware of my preferences.Everyone has their own experiences and some may differ each time you go back but itā€™s been a while since Iā€™ve been here and I will say it again that this time back exceeded my expectations

    I planned a girlsā€™ spa day. We had facials, massages, and lunch. It was perfect! The entire group was thrilled with their services. Both Bruce (massage) and Rita (facial) were exceptional! Bruce especially took such great care of us...serving champagne, etc. Front staff were all great too. Lisa, Sam, and Sydney were all so friendly. I especially appreciate how clean the spa was and the extra care everyone took to keep us safe with hand washing, use of sanitizer and face mask, etc. Fantastic service all around!

    My Hydrafacial with Linda was amazing. I left with brand new skin that was so clean and glowing. My glow has continued and I clearly see a difference in my face. I am definitely going to make this a part of my regular skin regimen going forward and HIGHLY recommend Linda for this treatment sheā€™s knowledgeable, friendly, professional and she took her time to ensure my skin would be exceptional and it definitely was.     I have been going to Tanya for the past 3+ years. When I moved here, I didnt know very many people, but one of my co-workers always had the cutest hair cuts, so I asked her who she went to... Thats how I discovered Tanya! She is amazing! My hair has NEVER looked better! I absolutely LOVE my cuts and color. She also has figured out how to cover my stubborn gray hair (which is very resistant to color)... Im too young to have gray hair!! The Grand is seriously my happy place! The massage shampoo chairs are SO relaxing! And I love getting my head massaged as my hair is being washed. Ive also had a few massages, and Kim is FANTASTIC! I came to her with a lot of pain in my shoulder and she managed to work that issue out! I cannot wait to go back. It is worth every penny!!

    Rita gave me the best facial Ive ever had! She was very attentive to my concerns ! I had a spray tan 1day prior! ( it was my first time)and had a bad reaction to it. My face felt like it was on fire! She knew exactly what to do! When I left I felt like a pampered princess. She gave me samples that were amazing. Facials in the past have been relaxing,but this facial actually made a visual impact! The next day I was Pleasantly surprised!Dark spots were lighter, my my face was glowing. I look 2 years younger! I am so excited about my next visit! I will definitely Make this part of my monthly routine!!

    I went here for a hot stone massage. Tanya was terrific! She actually reviewed my form (which I feel not all spas actually do), and asked questions about my pain points and preferred massage techniques. I would recommend her to friends and family.     My husband purchased a package for me yesterday for a graduation gift. I have always wanted to go to spa but never had the opportunity. I am giving this place five stars over the services that I received. The staff went out of their way to provide with extraordinary care and they all were so kind! I had the Grand Anniversary Package, which included a 55 minute massage with Bruce who was AMAZING, a facial by Linda that was also AMAZING, pedi and manicure done by Suzanne that was AMAZING! I also had add ons that was extra but was AMAZING, such as makeup and hair. The whole entire experience was like being in Heaven! Their facility is very clean with a very relaxing setting!I had the opportunity to meet the owner and she was very down to earth! I was there for an entire day and I loved every single minute of it! Not one time was I treated like I was just another customer. They all treated me with dignity, respect, and kindness! After my facial I looked like I did when I was in my 20s, I am 45! I actually cried when I looked in the mirror and saw no more puffiness. I posted my pictures to my Facebook page last night and all of my family and friends were amazed. I cannot say enough great things about my experience! I WILL BE GOING BACK, especially for their massage and facial!They also provided me with great makeup tips and facial tips to keep my skin glowing! Thank you to everyone who made my day special!!!     I first came to the Grand Beauty Spa a few years ago with a hair emergency! The previous salon I went to had literally fried my hair. Tanya worked a miracle with conditioning treatments and an incredible hair cut. I was sold on Tanya and The Grand Beauty Spa after that experience and have been going there ever since. My hair has never looked so healthy! I have referred several of my friends and co-workers to the Grand Beauty Spa and they have all had incredible experiences as well.     Iā€™ve used this spa for a solid year. Iā€™m big into facials- always have been. Rita does my facials and no matter where I go, Iā€™ve never had anyone as good as her. TRULY. Thereā€™s a huge difference and itā€™s worth every penny. Try it once and youā€™ll see. As for my hair, Iā€™m very loyal. Iā€™ve had the same two people for 20 years. Anytime Iā€™ve tried someone else, I havenā€™t been happy. (Picky girl here). So with my membership at The Grand, I get the monthly Blowdry. Dan is incredible!!! He came from Miami and after 7 months of being a member, I finally let him give me a haircut. All.haircuts.are.not.the.same! Heā€™s phenomenal. He definitely brought a Miami technique to Tampa. His blow drys are awesome, too. Clearly, I am one happy customer and more than happy to write this review. Hey, you get what you pay for- every dollar at The Grand is money well spent.

    The Grand is a wonderful place, has professional and knowledgeable staff, and the facility is beautiful and super clean. Suzanne gives the best pedicures, my feet feel amazing Having a facial with Rita is a treat for your skin she really knows how to take good care of you. Definitely check them out!!

    I came in for my third 80 minute massage with Tonya B. She asked me if I would like to try their new CBD massage. I was involved in a car accident last April and use CBD at home so I decided to try the one offered at The Grand. I absolutely loved everything about this massage. The texture, and scents were amazing. My body felt amazingly relaxed. I went into a deep realization sleep. I didnā€™t sleep well last night so it was exactly what I needed. Most importantly Tonya applies the right pressure, no tickles, I didnā€™t have to guide her once! She was absolutely perfect. Sheā€™s a strong former fire fighter šŸ”„ šŸ§Æwith a nurturing personality. After the massage she gave me a salt caramel chocolate and a hot cup of tea. I canā€™t wait for my next massage with her!

    Place is clean and on time! I had Tanya B. for a sugar scrub, mud wrap and a massage. All the products smelled and felt amazing. Tanya was professional and detailed. I was able to relax and enjoy the process. If you need a massage and need to feel relaxed, pampered, or even just have muscle pain to be worked out, ask for Tanya B. She is the best.

    Mens cut and scalp massageSheā€™s beautiful inside and out and a rare breed in Tampa. Sheā€™s from Canada and sheā€™s one of the most genuine souls Iā€™ve ever met. She stands out and itā€™s natural. I felt so comfortable being a man in a salon but Calee aced my haircut and made me feel welcomed.I highly recommend Calee for haircut or any hair service.

    One of the best massages Iā€™ve ever had. Iā€™ve had massages in Germany, New York, and Vegas and Bruce(the masseuse) was very professional and gave a very relaxing yet therapeutic massage. They have a beautiful boutique and massage area plus a dressing area. Having their own parking lot is a plus. Plus they gave us champagne!

    Calee is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is transforming my look from military to modern. She takes her time and explains what she is doing and why she is doing it that way for the end result. The best part is getting my hair washed with the scalp massage. Heavenly!!! I love coming here.

    Calee did my hair yesterday when I had a last minute event. She is so wonderful! My color is beautiful and she was so pleasant and fun to speak with while I was hanging out. Not only did she take me as a last minute client, but she also cut my hair even though I was given a heads up that there may not be time as the spa was closing soon. Calee stayed later just to be sure I was able to get what I needed; it was so very sweet of her. She really made me feel comfortable and confident; I had to have pictures taken the following day so I wanted to make sure I was ready. The building is beautiful and Calee is a delight and did such a wonderful job, Iā€™ll definitely return.

    It can be so hard to find a good hairstylist but this place has GREAT hairstylists. Caylee turned my tired and grown out hair into fresh, heathy, and beautifully blonde hair.The service was impeccable and spa is the perfect get away from a busy life. I love this place and canā€™t wait to go back!

    I have been seeing Richard Lopez as my hair stylist for more than one and one half years. When I first saw Richard I had broken over-processed hair. Within 3 months he had my hair back to a tolerable condition. Now, more than a year later I have other women asking me several times per week, who is your hair dresser? I went from longer stringy dry hair to a very cute, yet sophisticated short cut. It is so shiny and healthy! I cannot tolerate my gray roots showing. Richard uses a professional strength product from Loreal that covers my gray hairs so much better than any other salon I have gone to. Richard also gives a massaging shampoo in the incredible luxury massaging shampoo chairs!!! It is so wonderful! Worth every penny and I deserve it! Thank you The Grand and thank you Richard Lopez!!!     I got the treat yourself package and all of the services were done wonderfully. Very professional and clean environment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I got complimentary coffee and wine, it was my birthday and all of the staff made me feel so special. I left feeling great, worth every penny! I will recommend to all of my friends and will absolutely be back!

    As a business owner it is so important that I recharge so I can be the best at what I do! This week was a very challenging one for me physically. I am at the age where I just cant bounce back like I used to! So, I started searching online for spas specifically with steam rooms. The benefits of a steam bath works WONDERS on your skin! Unfortunately, i only found questionable establishments which offered steam services, ugh! During my search of calling around Tampa I came across this spa. I am SO HAPPY I did!!!! The spa is CLEAN, bright and welcoming! The staff is AMAZING!!! I feel like Im being treated like a queen!! They are very welcoming and friendly! I thought I would just be using the spa for the steam room on occasion but ended up buying one of their monthly packages which includes a monthly massage! Uh YES PLEASE!!!Most of our clients live in South Tampa so Ive been spreading the word like wild fire!! On second thought .. maybe I should keep this gem to myself! Ha!!

    The Grand lives up to its name. The atmosphere is very relaxing and there are so many services to choose from. I really enjoy the sauna and steam room. My favorite service is the 80 minute Deep Tissue Massage. I always leave stress free.! Thank you Bruce.

    I visited Calee for a color correction. During the 5 months of quarantine, I had the great idea of box coloring my hair, then decided red would be fun... it wasnā€™t. Calee listened to my needs and concerns and talked me through every single step. She was able to get me back to my natural light brown color, and I am excited to start my high lighting transition back to blonde! So happy that I found my new salon home! It also helps that every employee in this place is extremely nice, and they place is beautifully decorated.

    Daniel totally slayed my haircut and color after a summer of sun damage and neglect during Pandemic. Heā€™s new to tampa from miami and brings a great attitude and tons of experience. Definitely go meet him!! ā¤ļøā¤ļø Plus, this place has all of the state of the art techniques for cleaning, Temp checks and overall safety.     Had a massage with Bruce and pedicure by Suzanne and both were PHENOMENAL! The decor and ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. The facilities that are available are incredible and I LOVED the outdoor patio spaces. Gorgeous place with top notch service!!
